Great guys to work with. Super friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and their shop is well organized and clean. Not only can you buy new wheels from them in the store front area but they also have back shop to replace the wheels. So they’re a full end to end shop where you can purchase and have the wheels replaced. Also, if your current wheels are in good shape they can also sell them for you. I’m very happy with their service and will work with them again.

I Worked with Ed (by email) for my purchase of the Rohana Rc7 in Matte Graphite. He answered all the questions I had with a super fast response time. He even replied on his day off. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I placed the order and shipping was also super fast. The new wheels gave some life to my older 2009 is250 Lexus. Best customer service and ordering process!I needed to order a new set of wheels/tires for my car, and as I was browsing online I had a few questions. After entering their chat service, Arman was quick to answer questions, check to ensure the items I wanted were in stock, and put together a setup for a really competitive price.Within a few weeks they were delivered and better than I expected! I want to let you know how much I appreciate my experience with you people at VIBE Motorsports. I ordered wheels about 3 weeks ago, and so anxious to get them on my car. To me, its a big deal to change the look of your car. It becomes part of you, a bit of a reflection of your spirit in life. I expected the wheels to arrive about 2-3 weeks, but right from the start it was about 2 weeks out. BUT they arrived in about 2.5 weeks. I found that my order was short a part, so I emailed them, and that same day I received an email back to me, AND they had already shipped the missing part. Over the past couple of years now Ive purchased two different sets of custom wheels from Vibe Motorsports. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and about both experiences Ive had while making my wheel & tire purchases from them. These guys right here are the ones that you most definitely want to make contact with when you’re ready to make your investment on your new custom wheels & tires for your vehicle. They have all the correct specs for each vehicle make, model, and year and they can tell you what wheel and tire sizes with what offsets will and will not work based on your specific vehicle. Theyll let you know what all wheel sizes (for each specific brand of wheel they carry) that youll be able to run perfectly on whichever vehicle that youre contacting them about and going to be doing the install on.Nate is the salesman who helped me on my recent purchase of 20 Savini wheels and Hankook tires and he did an amazing job and hes very knowledgeable of all of the products that Vibe Motorsports sells. Theyve always had great pricing on all of their stock of wheels and tires both, and theyll also ship them to you already touchless mounted, road force balanced, and ready for install as soon as you receive them. Horrible customer service. I would stay away from this vendor. I will never ever give them my business again. I ordered a set of Vertini wheels and my front wheel cracked after no more than 3,000 miles of use. I called and had a new wheel sent to me (which I paid for) and upon arriving, they sent me the wrong size wheel. They refuse to take it back and send me the correct wheel. Asking that I pay for another replacement wheel. It’s literally ridiculous and horrible customer service. I will never give my business to Vibe Motorsports again. Not to mention, my wheel cracked without the tire even being damaged. That alone tells you about the quality of the wheel.

I had a great experience purchasing a set of rims from Salesman Leo. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Leo was able to price match the rims in order to fit my budget.Unfortunately, two of the rims came with a defect from the factory. I notified Leo of the issue and provided some documentation/evidence. Leo immediately apologized and jumped on the issue. He was able to get me two replacement wheels and even picked up the additional cost it took me to install, mount, and balance.In todays world, it is very difficult to find a company that supports their customers and stands behind the product they sell. Their sales team did a great job showing me all the different options in their showroom and online until we picked the right set for my car. I didnt feel rushed at all and walked out of there a little smarter than I walked in. We scheduled the change around my calendar and they delivered as they promised. As a real estate agent, I drive a lot - A LOT - and it was great that they took the extra time to get me the right tires that last long and are smooth enough to not annoy my clients. I called about having a light installed on my WRX and found out Alex also has the same car I do. He said he could do it and didnt qoute me some ridiculous price just to have a simple install done. He was pretty easy going and gladly talked to me about the mods to his car. I was interested in doing a cat back swap on mine and he said he could do it as well, just to let him know which one I wanted to go with. He made a couple suggestions, but wasnt pushy or trying to sell me anything I wasnt interested in which I highly appreciated.The whole process was pretty easy and hassle free. He kept me informed on the parts he ordered for my car so we could schedule a drop off. Install was done within the time he said it would take. Since I live really close by, he even offered to drop off my old parts at my apartment so I could hang on to them.I definitely would recommend them to anyone wanting custom mods and or impressive rims and tires, which is what they specialize in.

Highly recommend the good folks at Vibe Motorsports. I live in Washington, DC—and had contacted a few shops locally, but no one seemed to have enough knowledge about the types/size of rims/tires that could fit on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude. So I found them on Instagram and they had some examples of other clients’ jobs—and within 10 mins one of their team members, Ryan, had a quote for two packages (one High/one Low) based on what I wanted to get and my budget. Ive gotten wheels from here twice already and both experiences have been 10/10. Even if they werent local Id still work with Vibe. I worked with Leo and he is the definition of professionalism.Super helpful and answers all my questions, and just does everything the right way. Always great communication too, I got wheels installed within 2 days of contacting Leo!The Vibe office also is a very nice building, most people probably dont pay attention to the little details but very nice flooring, very nice showroom, Im a fan of the entire experience.The showroom is something you need to snapchat or something lol its cool. I dont want to sound like the cliche yelp reviewer but for real this place is where its at as far as car customization goes.I cant find anything to complain about.
