Brought in my dog, 17 years old toy poodle because she was having a heart failure in the middle of the night. I called first to ask about her condition and the doctor was very helpful and supportive instead of trying to hang up the phone as soon as possible. She was hospitalized for overnight and throughout the whole process every staffs and every doctors were super supportive and my dog made it through fine with their help. I called many times even after she was released so ask questions regarding her current condition and every time I called, they were very kind to answer my questions with care.

Don’t mind this place - just a group of angels doing the Lords work. No really, from the bottom of my heart, I was shown a different kind of care here; A kind I won’t forget. Doctor Donna is the most kind hearted professional I’ve ever seen. Who ever is reading this looking for the right place to take your pet - look no further, you found the right place. They so genuinely care about their clients and pets, I felt like I was at home. Their cookies are very tasty, too.Thank you for saving my little baby’s life

Very clean and happy staff! Happy team atmosphere. I highly recommend!

What can I say about a place that saved my dogs life ? Only that they are ANGELS.My girl Sophia came in lethargic. We were so nervous and devastated. The VEG team walked us each step of the way with a clear care plan and upfront costs. Our girl was there for almost 5 days. Yikes I thought but we were determined to save her.Everyone that works for this VEG has only one agenda to give your pet the best care possible. Its a very difficult place to meet some very beautiful people who love your pets as their own.Thank you all for saving our girls life and being such heroic people..Forever grateful clients

I didnt feel good and started not to eat and poop (GI stasis) so my hoomins took me here (20 minute car ride). They have rabbit savvy vets like Dr. Kate that made me feel all better after some fluids and anti-nausea medicine there and pain meds and anti-inflammatory meds to go.The price for all of this wasnt too bad ($400).Thank you for making me feel better! I was eating and pooping once we got home.

I received amazing care on Christmas weekend for my dog who was attacked by another dog and needed stitches and a drain in his neck. The staff greets you immediately as you walk in and offered me cookies and water and my dog a blanket. Everyone was kind, caring and professional. They treated everyone who came in with kindness and respect. What an amazing group of people!!! I highly recommend the Danville location for emergency treatment of your pets!

I cannot thank this place enough. They are amazing and saved my puppies life. My 14 year old daughter called this place for help after our 7 month old shepherd had swallowed a sock. They were very respectful and helpful to my daughter. As soon as we arrived to the hospital they did xrays and did surgery. These people truly love what they do. Bagel is recovering fine and my daughter us super grateful.

Ive had a few dogs and spent my share of time in the ER over the years. This was by far the best experience ever! Our 15 yo dog has had a few bad vet experiences in the past and will no longer set foot in a traditional vets office without a full freakout. The open floor layout of VEG seemed to help him put things into perspective. I think seeing all the other animals in their various conditions let him know this was no time for his usual drama as well as letting us be there throughout the process. No back rooms here. The staff was great, attentive and caring. They put up with his anxiety professionally and found just the right drug to calm him and allow them to do their job.It was totally worth the drive out from Oakland.Check him out on IG @pantoneismydog

Hands down… extremely quick and competent care. Really helped our bunny bounce back from GI Stasis. Glad to have visited. They offered guidance and advice that has been very beneficial. Not only just corrective care but they helped us identify the cause of the prolonged issue.Dr Kate, Devin & Emily, They worked hard to cover all basis and avoided overlooking anything no matter how small. It was worth traveling a distance to go here.

This is, hands down, the most caring veterinary group I have ever visited. Dr. Jason, Dr. Perkins were super kind as well as the entire staff. I am still planning to make a TikTok documenting our journey that night but for now I’ve attached some pictures. The first picture is of him the next day back home after the procedure, second is him today - 9 months later, healthy as can be. I want to note that 3 other veterinarians had told me he needed surgery- either to cut open his bladder, or to do the PU surgery. Dr. Perkins and her team were able to push his bladder stones out without having to cut him open. My sweet little guy is happy and healthy now, all thanks to VEG :’) I also love that their hospital is open concept. You can actually see them working on your pet- whereas every other veterinarian I have visited keeps me in a room and takes my cat to the back and you never get to see what’s going on until they’re all done. You can even stay overnight with your pet if you’d like! The facility is clean, everyone is friendly, and they have some amazingly delicious treats (the white chocolate was sooooo good). My little guy and I are so grateful for VEG- thank you!!
