I was reluctant about talking to someone, I thought there was no way they could help. Havent had a whole lotta great experiences with the VA. A very good brother of mine recommended Veteran Advisers and had told me what they were able to help him with. Took me months to reach out. But once I did, I had hope. Stephanie was freaking awesome! I was reluctant to reach out to a company for assistance with getting my disability increased. I had been encouraged by fellow veterans from all branches since retirement to use an advisory/consulting company to help with the paperwork and I resisted. That’s until I was visiting a friend who had recently used Veteran sing Consulting. The process was smooth and effortless. I went from putting my information on their website as a potential customer to a disability increase decision in less that 5 months (almost all of the wait time was on the VA).

I was referred to this company by a good friend of mine. These people not only evaluated me well, the only needed a small administration fee to get the entire process done. They only want their entire fee when I gain the results I was looking for. I was 100% T&P in less than 3 months!! Their fee amount was very reasonable too. My only issues is they want their total payment in a short amount of time.

I cannot express how grateful I am for this company. I worked with a few representatives, but the first and most notable was Tori. She made the process so easy and pleasant!! She truly cares about her veterans and was in constant communication with me throughout the process. I started the process on March 12th with a 40% rating and I received my 100% rating on May 3rd!!! Was recommended Veteran Adviser by a co-worker, and it was the best thing I could’ve done. They were incredibly efficient at working with me through the claims process, a welcome change of pace from the usual VA timelines. They made it easy every step of the way until I filed my claim, which came back with a positive increase only 3 days after I filed the claim. They do good work! Definitely consider working with these solid professionals. If youre on the fence, dont waste time. Open up an intent to file and from there you have up to a year to decide how to proceed. Take a call from one of them and they will explain the process. It doesnt hurt to talk.

Veteran Adviser was instrumental in filing my claim in the accuracy of the paperwork, scheduling the doctors’ examinations and the actual filing with the VA. My only complaint is the 45% fee from my claim payout. 25% - 30% is more appropriate to me. But they are fantastic and I have recommended them to several of my friends and acquaintances seeking to file claims.

The VA process is very daunting and overwhelming to those just trying to figure out the process. After retiring with nearly 29 years service I did not put any real thought into the VA process. I could only go so far before I needed help getting a better rating since I did not understand the process and paperwork needed. Tori is the absolute BEST!2 months 100% Permanant and Total !She was so polite and VERY efficient! She walked me through every step of the whole process ! I have struggled for years to try to get my disability taken care of with so many obstacles, Tori came in like an angel and took the grief out of everything. She made sure I had doctors that were there to help ME not the VA. All the grueling paperwork that I dreaded everytime....became as easy as breathing. My experience was very positive. Once I decided to proceed with them, they assisted me step by step on the process. Once they determine the potential increase, they provided a clear copy of the agreement and the payment for their service based on the increase. After my visit with their doctors for evaluation on my conditions, they gave an assessment of the potential increase due to deterioration of my previous condition. They were correct, I went from 50 to 90%. They don’t make promises, they only provide an assessment of your potential increase based on your condition. They know how to write and provide the correct medical terms, information and documents need it for the VA representative make the correct determination of your condition. They provide a well organized package, making it easy for review. The only thing I will say it was a little annoying was getting ask about the status of my claim by two different people twice in a day or the same week. I guess they miss to talk to each other or update their system. You have to understand and they make sure you do, that you are the one submitting your claim and tracking the progress. They only help you to put together the claim package so you can submit it to the VA. Once you get your claim approved and new ratting, you need to notify them and fulfill your agreement with them. They are not legally authorized to represent you, so they don’t have access to your VA information. Only what you provide to them. They will go over this with you. Again the same service is supposedly provided for free by other organizations listed in the VA affairs website. But, the ones I try were not very effective. Except the first one, they got up to 50%. But the particular person that help me retire, and I did get the same quality help. I found Veteran Advisers, I like the reviews I read and I like their approach. I’m happy with their service.

Tori & This company have just been a god send for my husband and our family. My husband was rated at 60% initially by the VA once he ended service, and had multiple issues that constituted for a higher rating. Tori was able to get him from 60% to 100% permanent and total in just a few months. Their process is extremely easy. Tori guided us through every step of the way and kept up with communication the entire time. There is an initial fee you pay to get your process started- but the fee is nothing compared to the overall satisfaction you’ll receive emotionally and financially after Tori helps you as a disabled veteran. We will never be able to express our gratitude enough and we’ll forever recommend her and her company to all disabled vets who deserve the best. My advisor, Ritchie always stayed in contact with me and I never felt like just another number. Don’t be afraid that they are not located in your state, because, they are top-notch with their communication. They will even find a doctor for you to go to for all of your medical appointments, And hope you take care of all the paperwork. Great decision to get some help from these people. I had been trying to do this on my own for years. The process could not have been any easier. A few phone calls they set up for me, an appointment they set up for me and finally the computer paperwork they set up for me. I dont think its an in-person service, but I could be wrong. Its definitely a telephone and email service to help veterans get their deserved medical rating, when the VA has failed. They are akin to lawyers. If you are awarded a rating, they take their fee from your 1st paycheck. They are very thorough and help you find and sift through those pesky medical books; I mean records ;) The process may take a bit of time, but youve waited this long what do you have to loose?

I had a great experience working with Ritchie and his team! I was active duty in the Army for six years and I received 80%. With the help of Veteran Adviser I was able to get 100%. They were all very informative, helpful, and were always there when I had a question. The process was fairly easy and they guided me step by step on how to fill out the paperwork. The first time we submitted the paperwork for a VA appeal it got denied, but then the Veteran Adviser team was able to fight for the rating I deserved and got me 100%. 90% up to 100%. Walked me through the process and explained the typical practices of the VA. They got me an appointment with a physician who understands VA claims and everything was very smooth. Longest part of the process came from the VA side when they spent months attempting to get me to go to a VA physician for no reason, since I had submitted a fully developed claim. Very thankful for Veteran Adviser.Make sure you keep in mind that they base your fee off of your disability increases projected backpay. They provide a service, and the better the result, the more the cost. It doesnt take anything out of your pocket, because the fee is based on the backpay. Dont count on spending your 8k backpay on a car or something. Pay your fee, enjoy the fact you are getting a larger monthly paycheck and free healthcare now.

Ritchie at Veteran Adviser was so good! I applied on my own initially and was given 50%. Veteran Adviser filed a new claim, and I was approved at 100%. A year later, I was also granted t&p. Wow! How do I make this sound like I am not a paid employee of Veteran Advisor! I wholeheartedly recommend this business for anyone who want to put a claim into the VA, and here is why! They are going to have you state your current disability up front; If they dont feel they can assist they are going to tell you! In my case, (and yes I was Leary at first) they said: We are very confident we can get you a higher rating. Yes, I made a contractual deposit, in which i would have gotten that back, if it did not work out, but it did. Could a person do it on their own and save 7000 or so dollars, maybe, but there was a huge amount of paperwork they sifted through and put together, in addition to others who review it. They arrange the medical appointment, they get online, with your assist, to file the claim, They have another team to proof the claim to make sure it is ricky ticky tight. They advise you on how to best describe your disability and military related injury etc. Veteran adviser is a small team, as opposed to others who do the same. I selected them, for being smaller and more willing to hold my hand through the process! Again, this probably sounds too good to be true, but it is not. Again, they will let you know if they think they can help, and will not string you along... Again, you have nothing to loose... Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!!!!!

My experience with Veteran Adviser was overwhelmingly positive. They helped me to increase my VA Compensation to the amount it should have been to begin with. I was very underrated when I came to Veteran Advisor but they were able to help me get it fixed with much less stress and frustration than the first time I made a claim (on my own).They know what theyre doing. They understand the process and what-means-what in your medical records. You still need to actually have the conditions youre claiming, of course, but they will make sure that you describe them appropriately and that you dont underestimate your symptoms (which is something a lot of ex-service members seem to do).They were also flexible when it came to paying for their services once Id received my rating. I was extremely busy with very important tasks when I became aware that I had my new rating and they were gracious enough to give me about 3 weeks to pay my invoice without harassing me about it or being difficult at all.Overall, based on my experience, they are a solid company. I worked with Brandon Stevens on my claim. The process was very easy and everything except the doctor appointment was done via phone. I was rated at 90% when I initially got out. I reached out to veteran adviser on April 10th and by August 1st my disability rating went from 90% to 100% permanent and total and I was back paid from the day I got out of the Army. First off, if you are working with these folks, you should have already worked through the process with a non-profit VSO. Unfortunately, the system doesnt always work. When it fails, Veteran Adviser is a great option to see if you can get your ratings increased. We all know and share the same sentiments able the Veterans Affairs. After fighting and fighting with the VA over my injuries and rating increase, I have submitted my claim a total of 4 times before I came to VAC.. Through surgeries, and countless therapy etc, Veteran Adviser were able to aid me in getting my claim from 70% to 100% with ease.. Submitted my claim and received my 100% P&T two weeks later… Couldn’t be any happier.. Whole process took about 4 months.. Outstanding result! I went from 40% to 100% on the first attempt with Veteran Advisers. After 20 years of living with chronic pain Im finally getting the acknowledgment and compensation I need. I deducted 1 star because my case manager passed me off on someone else who stopped returning my calls halfway through the process. When I finally heard from him, he texted me about how hes so busy but still didnt call me back, and I couldnt get a response from my original case manager either. My friend mentioned this company to me while discussing ratings. I was stuck at 80% for years, but I was content with it. I didn’t want to claim more, or ask for an increase, due to the fear of my rating being lowered. After a little back and forth, I was finally convinced to give it a shot. I called, and spoke with one of their advisors. He assured me of the success the company had at getting Veterans like my up to 100%. The process was easy, and simple. I had to retrieve my medical records by going online to the VA website. I submitted my files to the company for review. Once they reviewed my documents, I scheduled an appointment with their doctor. After seeing their physician, the final report was sent back to the company. I then scheduled my consultation so that I could upload my documents. Veteran Adviser Consulting completed about 90% of the work. I just had to do a little minor file gathering. My file was submitted to the VA the beginning of November of 22. I finally received my increase to 100% towards the end of February 2023. I highly recommend this company. You don’t pay any fees upfront. You will have to pay a small preparation fee. I think it was $85. If your rating stays the same, you pay them nothing. If you’re on the fence like I was, it’s in your best interest to at least try. I have since recommended this company to 4 other Veterans. Lastly, there was no pressure from the company, constantly calling, or trying to get me to sign up. I called them one time. They explained the service they provided, and that was the gist of it.

I went 5 years without having my 90% rating reviewed. I went with a local company that worked with VA docs and failed miserably after a 6 month wait. My buddy used Vet Advisor and had a good experience, so I went with them. I was skeptical when my advisor told me I was a shoe-in for 100 P&T, but I took a chance anyway. They set me up with a non-VA doc who evaluated me, and after another few months (5 or so months total for the whole process with this company) I received a letter saying I was 100% P&T! They made the process easy. My only real complaint would be that they need to ensure the advocate is more responsive, however in the end it didnt matter. They did their job very, very well!

If you are hesitant at all..read this post. I have been separated from service for over 10 years and was sitting on a rating I was told was the best the VA can do. I accepted it and went on with my life. I was referred by a good friend who said this company was legit and did what they said they would do so I got a over the phone consult. Every person I communicated with took the time to really understand my file and told me they would get me the max benefit I deserved. Which was more than half of what I was getting for 10 years. Each case is different I’m sure but the communication, breakdown of fees and follow through with Brandon and his team is not like any other with other companies who say they will help with an increase. Paperwork can be held up for several reasons and the importance is finding a reputable company who knows what to say and how to say it so the paperwork will be submitted without errors and without being denied in my case. I honestly can say I have no idea what I would’ve done without this amazing team of people. They helped me when the VA unexpectedly decided to drop my disability without explanation at a time when my medical conditions were getting worse. And at this point I grew so exhausted of fighting the VA I didn’t know what I was going to do, until a friend of ours recommended using them to help. He said they helped him get his ratings to where they should’ve been and he was right. They never gave up on me, even when the VA kicked back my claim the first time. Let me start off by saying I am super grateful for Juliana and her team of professionals my life has been literally changed by them. They were very professional and the process is so smooth. We all know anything dealing with the VA is NEVER EVER smooth. I was told that I could possibly rated at a certain percent and they were able to get it higher than originally expected!!! So grateful! Like I said before my life has been changed forever. Now we cant have one without the other.... I will say as veterans we have a tendency to sign things without reading EXACTLY what it says. This is what happened with me. I was told a certain price for their service should I get an increase to that certain percentage. I dont remember anyone telling me that should it be higher than what they expected they would be charging me more money.... that difference wasnt small and I wasnt at all happy to pay it. There fee ate up literally half of my backpay which I could have really used. I asked about payment options... the payment option is not good so if you end up in this situation just pay their fee and move on. All this annoyance on my part couldve been avoided had I actually read what I signed. I dont quite understand why they charge more when its the same amount of work on their part, but hey thats business they want to make money too. All in all I am happy and grateful for the service I received and Juliana is a boss! I hope you get her when you do call. Just remember READ WHAT YOU SIGN.

After 6 years of active service I was awarded a 30% disability by the VA. I was then shortly after that reactivated from the reserves for an additional 4 years. I knew I could request an increase in benefits from the additional wear and tear on my body once I was released from active service again, but was worried that the VA would for some reason take away or reduce my rating. My disabilities have slowly gotten worse and worse over the past 10 years and I always thought about trying to get an increase but I listened to other vets who warned me against it. I randomly met a guy who highly recommended Veteran Adviser Consulting (VAC). I decided to take a chance and contacted them. They were so professional and made the process very easy for me. VAC was instrumental in me receiving the correct rating from the VA. I had been helped by some of the larger Advocacy Groups but none of them were able to truly get me the rating my injuries deserved.
