We have utilized managed IT for about 10 years prior to switching to Verve IT. By far Verve’s customer service, expert technicians, and support is far superior to any other service we have ever experienced. Before we signed an agreement, I met with multiple Verve clients to discuss how their transition went. When you run a business, any downtime equates to lost revenue and it is imperative the transition go smooth. I would be lying if I said I was not nervous about the transition, but it went flawless. In retrospect I was nervous because many of my previous transitions with other companies did not go smooth. Chad and his Verve team communicated throughout the process putting my mind at ease. If you are unhappy with your current managed IT or would like to scale your business, but your technology has created a barrier for growth I would highly recommend Verve Networks. Their whole group is amazing! Our facility has been using Verve for 3 years. We have only had the best service from them! They get right on the problem and fix it right there if possible! I have been in this field for 20 years and this is the best IT group that I have ever worked with!

Verve Networks has top-notch customer service which is probably the reason why most customers are with them for IT support and full service network support. Verve can handle the small end business to large business because they employ a broad range of very knowledgable and friendly staff. As our business expanded and grew we needed someone who could do excellent project management and look toward the future in our expansion with us. They managed our expansion project flawlessly and continue to support us as our complete IT solution company on a regular basis. We have been a Verve customer for 7+ years and look forward to many more!
