Vertical IT Solutions has been an immense pleasure to work with. Every person has been pleasant and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They upgraded my business phone system to something easy to use and maintain, and now my business has a lot more options. I really appreciate how they handled the transfer of the phone system. They did a wonderful job, and would highly recommend their services to anyone!

I started working with Vertical IT Solutions many years ago to host my toll free numbers. They were excellent and were immediately available if I had any problems. Their services are excellent. Their response and customer service are second to none. I closed my businesses, due to Covid, and I continue to work with Vertical to hold my toll free numbers just in case, I open another business or I decide to give away or sell the numbers.

You guys always are quick to respond. I appreciate that when I call with a small thing, you’re right on it. When it was a big thing, my hard drive, you worked quick and made my time without my computer as seamless as possible. I was incredibly grateful for that!Our organization has been using them for years. Most recently I received a call from the Vertical Team saying my hard drive was about to fail…the heads up, and days notice, helped with ordering the right parts so I was without my computer for the least amount of time. Our company discovered Vertical at a user conference for the Accounting software that we use. Wed had issues with running the software on our own server. For example, we spent years (10+) trying to get our internal IT team to update the OS so that the software would perform correctly. Also, we work in a hybrid environment, and accessing our server through our companys VPN often resulted in losing connection. The lag through VPN often meant that just moving the cursor from field-to-field took some users 5-10 seconds.Enter Vertical. From initial conversations through implementation and now support...everything worked so smoothly.Vertical configured a server to meet the requirements of our accounting software. 10 years of year-end closing tasks that we hadnt been able to perform for over a decade because of the OS on our internal server....I completed in less than 4 hours thanks to Verticals ability and willingness to work with us.Logging into the Vertical environment is easy and the software runs SO much faster in the hosted environment.The support team is responsive - AND - we have very few issues that require support now. When we need to update our software, we schedule it with Vertical and it gets done. When we need to add or delete access to the Vertical environment it gets done.Quickly.Thank you Vertical IT Solutions for helping our Accounting team get our work done efficiently!

Vertical Computers has come in clutch multiple times for our organization. I have gone to them when experiencing urgent and major server issues. They are always able to resolve the issue, whether it be with iSCSI, FreeNAS, Hyper-V. They even helped during a major cryptovirus hack. VC has helped with maintaining our VoIP server and helped us migrate to Office 365.

Excellent product and amazing customer service. We have had very few issues and they respond immediately when needed.
