I do not recommend this Veronicas insurance, bad service, dont give you all the information, and never ever give your deposit if you cancel within. Days of purchasing the insurance they kept 460 dollars of my deposit and always try to talk to them and never give you a straight answer from the deposit I gave I will not give a good review for them

Thanks to Yasbeth I got a better deal with same coverage I had before. She explained everything thoroughly. She demonstrated to have excellent customer service skills, and very knowledgeable of all types of coverages. Not only did I walked out with a better deal, but a much pleasant experience.

I went in to get a quote on car insurance and was met by a very friendly Cindy who gave me a very detailed understanding of my qualifications. I went in the next day and was met by yet another friendly Yasbeth who very simply handled all of what Cindy said would be possible for me. Great customer service skills and I dont know if everyone gets a discount but I did. It was all very much appreciated. Thanks Ladys!

I had called to get a quick quote for my 2 cars and was helped by Yasbeth. She is/was super sweet, helpful and very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all the questions that I had and was able to get me a great deal. She’s amazing! I would definitely recommend my friends and family to her.

I was paying way too much for my Mercedes, Astrid helped reduce the rates to almost 50% even after adding another car. She is such an understanding, polite and professional.I could definitely recommend her to anyone.

Ive been with this company off and on floor a few years, but will not be renewing my policy. As of late they have consistently disappointed with their level of service. Ive been sent text messages saying my policy was canceled ( by a Natali) when it wasnt as well as it being reported to the dmv that my policy was canceled when it wasnt resulting in me having to pay extra to have a registration reinstated. If you can pay the extra money somewhere else for better service.
