Went in for a sim card problem. Manger came over and had sales person go to other people and then she took over but couldnt leave other sales alone kept leaving me and putting her nose in other employees work very frustrating as she couldnt leave others alone a 15 minute repair took 1 hr probably wont go to that store again if she is on the floor

The service itself was terrible. Customer service was even worse. Theyre free trial ended up costing me $40 in gas about 4 hours of phone calls transfers and driving to return their router.
