Terrible service. I asked for a charger, he got it and came back and then I thought maybe Ill get a new phone so I was asking questions and he told me, you said you wanted a charger and I got it, I dont have time for questions Ive got other things to do. I was in shock! Needless to say I left and didnt even buy the charger and Ill be filing a complaint with corporate in New York. His name was Mark. BTW he also lied and said he was the mgr he is NOT the Mgr. ... terrible.
