I was told by the staff in the store that there was nothing that they could do about my situation with my phone although I have insurance and it’s paid up full what you have there is a lazy Supervisor, who doesn’t want to do anything. All he does is waddle around the store, and pretend like he’s important. If it weren’t for one of the younger non managerial staff who took the time to help me, I would’ve had to walk out with nothing. Verizon really needs an assessment on these employees. They are literally going to lose customers with their current supervisor on duty people. He argued with me and had no idea for possible resolution to this situation. the manager i i iwas speaking to had llittle to know knowledge of his store’s product and policy.

Walk-in didnt wait long. Took care of business. All the people Ive interacted with were courtesy, knowledgeable and worked to take care of my issues Thats why Ive been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and at this store.

This place is worse than Post Office and DMV.No sign to follow, nobody greets customer comming into the store so you get lost for several minutes.When you finally be able to talk to someone, he/ she asks you if youve been checked in, and point out to whom had been sitting by himself in the middle of the store for the whole this time to check-in.Then you just bumped into one of the DMV/ Post Office clerk.

They increased the family plan for the 2nd time without telling us about it when we went to the store we were given one price and now the bill increased two times thats not right for them to raise the price of the family plan 2 times .
