Please answer me how this is the corporate store??? First observation, does the manager only check people in all day? She claims customers will be waiting for only her reps, what? Minerva has horrible customer service, her employees are amazing but you should have a manager who can multitask without being frustrated. I know the customer who has been with you for 21 years that you were very rude to ms. Solutions manager then when he blew up on you. Your company has just lost my business account you do not care about loyalty.
