I waited over 2 hours to get help which isnt the problem. Once it was my turn I told them what phone I wanted and they had it on stock. I asked to see the phone and hold it and was told I cant. So you are basically buying blindly. She said it was cream colored and all I wanted to do was see it. I guess Verizon assumes everyone is a criminal.

I had not purchased a new phone and a very long time I had a dinosaur iPhone 7 and I upgraded to an iPhone 14. Yes, I had some questions and the sales representative was extremely helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. She encouraged me to come back anytime I had any problems and she would help me figure out how to use my new phone… I’m not a tech person so her help was very much appreciated . Eliana was awesome 🤘

I went to the Verizon Callaway store to buy a phone on 25 April 2023 and came back the next day as I had questions and help with my new phone. During this time I dealt with employees Katie, Eliana, and Jennifer. They all were very nice, patient, and respectful towards me. Im old and not great with the new phones, but they took the time and got me through what I needed to feel confident using my new phone. I greatly appreciate all three of them treating me as a valued customer and providing a positive relaxed atmosphere for me as a customer. They welcomed me back if I needed help with my phone. I greatly appreciate it!

Giovanni was fast and friendly. Our first visit to the store was not pleasant. It was a lot of fast talking sales tactics from several employees. They were all just trying to sell me something but then giving the oh and by the way later on. It ended up costing me way more than they quoted. I was not happy to have to return to the store and dreaded the thought...but Giovanni didnt pressure us into anything. We was fast, friendly, up front and very knowledgeable. Hes a great rep and saved us a lot of money. I hope he is still there should I ever need to go in store again.

Eliana was thorough, friendly, explained the process well, offered to help, offered additional products that would enhance my phone and phone using experience, without feeling pushy or too sales like. She explained warranties on products and was very efficient while educating me. I was very impressed. I walked away feeling prepared to use my new phone, pleased that I didn’t have to wait in the store for long periods of time. Store texted me when my new phone was ready for pick up. Whole process was seamless and easy. Eliana was good natured and seemed happy at her job. I know her nameBecause while standing there i kept feeling so impressed. I purposely looked at her name tag becAuse I had the thought she deserved a good review for excellent service. I’d go here again!

The manager of this store is amazing! He answered all my questions early in the day. Took time to go through all my options and phone information. When I came in later to pick up the phones I had bought he helped set them up and was extremely helpful. He was friendly and knew what he was doing!

This store is amazing! Quick and easy. They get you in and out in a timely manner. The reps take the time to make sure you understand everything and answer any questions that need to be addressed. PLUS they are an Apple service provider so when the Appe store gets backed up you can just come here and get the same service

Located in the northwest side of town in a tight strip you will find the Verizon store. I was pleasantly greeted. I like this location as the consultants are always willing to assist and it’s never crowded.Upgrading my phone required a combo pack that included the phone charger and screen protector.While setting up the phone we chatted about tv shows and movies to help the time go by. I left with a few movie recommendations as well as my purchase.I decided to upgrade the charger and purchased a multi charger after a few tries I realized it simply did not work. So I took it back to exchange it and the rep tried a new replacement and couldn’t get the multi-function Mophie charger to work either. After several attempts I decided I would go with the single charger. She gladly replaced and refunded the difference.For ease and great customer service try this location

I had the best experience when upgrading to my new iPhone XR. I ordered online with pickup at this location. Stephen, the manager got me all set up on my new phone and even came out to get it synched with my car. Being that I’m totally not tech savvy, I had to make two more trips to the location for additional help. Stephen and Robert were so patient and helpful. I can’t say enough how pleased I am with my new phone and the way I was treated at this location.

Im glad I decided to give this location a chance, rather than driving across town to the corporate store. The guys working were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They helped my girlfriend and myself transfer all of our information to our new phones and worked very effeciently. They offered us water while we waited and kindly answered all of our questions. If you live in the area, Id definitely recommend this location over the corporate store!

I recommend just going to an actual Verizon store. I tried to go in and buy a new phone and setup a business account. They wouldn’t do it unless it was a in some sort of bundle and with a payment plan, i didn’t want a payment plan I wanted to buy the phone outright.

Giovanni was helpful when I was switching from T-Mobile to Verizon being added to my husband’s plan. My husband also upgraded to an iPhone 12 and got the new iPad. Even after we left the store, there were a couple questions my husband had and Giovanni continued to answer all his questions and be really helpful the following days.

My mom went in because her iPhone 6+ battery was struggling. Well the verizon store was there to help. The sold by 68yr old mom an iPhone 7+,phone case and screen protector. WOW!! Talk about amazing sales person. Or.. this was a sales person who totally took advantage of my mom. Did she really need a 128gb iPhone 7+. Just 2 week before the iPhone 8 comes out. The worst part was when the sales rep said, we dont know if a new phone will come out. Good try. Everyone in the world knows the 8 is coming. So sad that commission/ sales are more important than doing what is right for the customer. By the way, you did not even do the back up and restore correct. She had to go back to get it fixed. Cant wait to cancel the contract. Shame on you. Worst part, this was a member of management that did this.

Do not go to this Verizon they are shady they will lie to you just so you can purchase a new phone from them. I went in to switch my old broken phone to a different phone I purchased from a friend of mine clean imei well the manager that goes by cristian there said I couldnt switch it to my acount because it wasnt compatible and that I needed to get a new phone. So i went on with it and purchased a new phone from them and once I got home I did my own research and turns out my phone was compatible all I did was switch the sim card from the new phone I purchased from them to the phone I wanted to connect and it worked. I dont know much about phones so he took advantage dont be fooled by this store. Thats how they treat their LOYAL customers they will lie to you just to get your money.

LIARS AND THIEFS - I asked three times before being signed up for service if my corporate account was accepted and Manuel promised me it was and sent me an email to my work address. I signed up and the very next day i received my next month billing with NO Corporate Discount. I called Verizon Corporate and they stated I do not have the corporate discount and that I need to return all my equipment if I was not happy for a FULL refund. I sent an email to the Manager Fabian and explained this. He said yes that I didnt have the corporate discount because I didnt purchase an eligible line. I explained to him that I was going to return the devices for a full refund per the conversation I had with Verizon corporate. I went in yesterday to get my refund. Rico stated I could not get my Activation fees and Restocking fees refunded and had to contact corporate. Corporate stated otherwise. Since I didnt get what I wanted I should be refunded in full. Fabian still wont give me my refund and had to file a dispute with my credit card company.Fabian still refuses to offer me a refund for their mistake in taking my money promising my discount would apply.

This is an Apple IPhone authorized repair location but trust me have yours fixed at the Apple store in the Valley Plaza they are ALOT CHEAPER at the apple store! Ridiculous that they want to be authorized by Apple but want to charge over $25 or more for the same repairs that the apple store at the plaza can do for less!
