Ask for the manager, Francisco Best customer service I ever received did not know my Apple ID password. He was able to restore all my stuff from my lost phone and give me a thorough explanation of my new bill. I appreciate the great customer service

The assistant manager Ace, in Verizon on Newport and Murrieta is AMAZING and a very good person! He helped me so much and out of 5 stars, he should be getting 6 stars! Adam and Sebastian are amazing! I came in yesterday and both of them were busy with customers but did make sure to greet me when I came in. Unfortunately I ran out of time and had to leave before I could complete my purchase but Adam made sure to break down all of my options for what would best fit my phone plan. I left feeling prepared for when I returned the next day. Also when I came in I witnessed poor Sebastian having to deal with incredibly rude customers. Sebastian remained professional and patient. He helped them to the best of his ability however it was very clear by their racist remarks some people cannot be happy. Today when I came Sebastian was the one to help me with my purchase and he delivered me the same customer service he gave to those gross individuals yesterday which just shows his level of commitment to making a customer happy and professionalism no matter the customers behavior. I will only be going to this location for my phone purchases because I know Sebastian and Adam take care of their customers! Great job guys and thank you for all your help!

Ace helped me out with all my phone needs. I came in with a broken iPhone and he made my transition, into a new phone smooth and pleasant. He was helping out another person when I arrived and still was able to accommodate me in a timely manner. I appreciate his ability to multi task and his friendly demeanor. I love my new iPhone 15 and Apple Watch. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Be careful, they are not transparent with the charges. We went in to upgrade 2 of our phones and they charged us a $40 set up fee for each phone without disclosing that charge. Unfortunately we did not catch it until we had already paid so we are out $80 when we would have happily set up our phones on our own. Treat this place like a car dealership and do your own math to make sure they arent charging hidden fees. Also, they signed us up for a $17/mo insurance that we didnt want or ask for, again without telling us, so we had to cancel that as well. Very, very disappointing. Check out their yelp reviews for a more accurate assessment of their business practices.

This store is great. Dennis Brown went above and beyond to help me get my new iPhone working. There were several know. Issues with the iPhone 14 on its release day. Dennis is highly intelligent with the technical details and he knew exactly what to do. It took some time due to the need of updating my old phone but he made it work. He was also able to help other customers in the process. I was impressed by him and the other employees in the store and I will be making all of my phone purchases at this store from now on.

I have on numerous occasions come into this store for all sorts of help. The new staff that the manager Jason has put together is amazing. Taylor is pleasurable and very delightful the manager is so informative that it is refreshing. I came in today with a screen protector today on a cell I bought from another store where the reps did not want to put on screen protector. Jason personally took it on to himself to make sure it was applied 100% with no bubbles. Would of took me a year to do... but thank you Jason for the amazing transformation you have done to this store.. this will always be my main store as long as Jason is around

I am absolutely amazed at the patience and kindness shown towards me by Miss Sandy. I was not the easiest to deal with or in the friendliest mood but that young lady turned my frown completely upside down. This review does not justify how much she has done for me and how satisfied I am with her service. If I could give them a negative review, I surely would. So when my wife went in to get a new phone, we were charged for things we didnt get. We were charged for a battery pack we didnt receive and some liquid glass that we didnt get. We went to go ask how come it was so much, and if we can get refunded for the items we didnt receive. Michael said he couldnt refund us the product oh, he would have to talk to the district manager. We have to talk to the manager that was there the day we got the phone, and he said he was off that day and couldnt give us his phone number or way to contact him. He did say he can give us his email, which he didnt do. In the meantime another customer walked in and she waited for about an hour to get a screen replacement, which she was told was a free replacement for the 6 months or something like that. When they went to charge her for it she says when she bought the phone the salesman said it would be a free replacement. So she got up and walked out and took her phone and the old screen box and just left. Another customer came in and sat down he waited for about 45 minutes and just got up and left. I guess I should back up a little bit because the first guy that helped us parently didnt know what he was doing and Michael was in the back room, he came out about 45 minutes later and said oh I could have everybody out of here in about 5 minutes. Well that was definitely not going to happen. Anyway we got our stuff and left too because we were disappointed and angry and had unresolved issues that apparently this guy has no way of resolving. I will never be back to the store it would never recommend this store to anyone.Also, notice that the owner gives the same canned comment on all negative reviews? Grow a pair and take responsibility for the mis managed, poorly trained work force you have. This is a direct reflection on management! Disclose everything to your customers before you have them pay the bill, and have them make sure they have and understand what they are paying for! They spend enough of your time as it is!

I come in here on a monthly bases. Since the new manager took over this store, he has changed the staff up. I recieve outstanding help here since then. They set up my devices helps me reset passwords along with so much more. When I bought my last phone I had a detailed explanation of what I was paying on bill and what the bill was going to look like afterwards. I love this store and would recommend you all to give the grew new staff a chance to win your service.. Jason the manager challenges his rep to go above and beyond expectations. Buyer beware. People who make commission on selling junk will push junk in your direction. Know what you want and buy it online from Verizon or buy it anywhere and have Verizon activate your device. Verizon can provide everything online while you avoid the sales people pushing trash equipment. Dont pay msrp at the store. It seems like phone stores hire used car Salesmen. I will avoid specifics of my experience in replacement of general advice. I will say that I was told many things at this store and had to have corporate undo and fix everything this store did wrong to my business account. If I get a reply from the owner to this post I will edit this and go into very detailed specifics with names. What happened with my account is well documented in your system.update: I contacted Pam with corporate and will be in contact with Ricky soon.Update: 3 months later I am still dealing with this.

Never have I wanted to switch to AT&T more than after dealing with this location. Corey CALLED ME to come in to lower my bill, I go in and he promised me discounts, taking unnecessary lines off, deals, and free unlimited plus so much more. After spending 6+ hours in the store (on my only day off) he delivered none of these things! IN FACT my bill raised a couple hundred dollars more per month! After constantly on the phone and in store for weeks trying to get this corrected, Nick and Corey would ignore my calls and refuse to help me. I ended up paying my bill of over $1000.00. They are habitual liars and con artists, please do not waste your time and money at this location. Go to an actual Verizon store. Ive been with Verizon for over 15 years and never have experienced this kind of incompetence and neglect. I was 100% scammed by these thieves.

Anybody else get scammed on the screen protectors. They stated when I bought the phone that the screen protector had a lifetime warranty. Just bring it in store and they will fix it on the spot. The manager even said that some people abuse it and have their screen protectors replaced every week due to small bubbling. Now they say (when I need mine replaced) that the manufacturer changed their policy and it us mail order only not in store. Difference is that mail order wants 6.95 for each one and they will not ship together. So because I bought my phone (and 3 others on the same day) from this store and was told lifetime replacement ... now I am out of pocket ... Seems unfair to me. The new manager of the store (female ... Dont remember her name) was very argumentative and just couldnt understand how I didnt understand that the manufacturer changed their policy and they could not honor that lifetime replacement anymore. I explained I did not buy from the manufacturer I bought from you ... It became a ... We will replace your screen 1 time as a courtesy. Blah blah blah. I will never go back to this store as their word is worth the same amount as the stuff I put on my lawn to turn it green in the spring.

I walked into location greeted and assisted. I asked about 512 gb note 20 ultra. Unfortunately like all the verizon stores they did not have them. So I settle for the 128 gb. My 2 stars rating is on the fact of sales misconceptions with store representative that I was helped by. I asked about the store on their bundle package that is neatly package on the side of their counter. Bundle package include: case, liquid screen protector, and battery charger. So as every sell person you want to sell product, but when the customer ask what the price is be very transparent not go around the question and make it seem as they are getting it for $40.00 when actually its $180.00. I asked for a printed receipt and representative said it was emailed to me and said they didnt have the capabilities to print the receipt. I left the store very confused. I returned the next day to turn in my old phone, and spoke with the manager. Manager was very helpful and provided a printed copy of my receipt from the day prior and I was able explained what happened the day prior. Manager took care of the situation. 5 stars there.

Horrible experience here. I wouldnt trust a word from any of these sales associates. They blatantly lie about several things. Bought two new phones and we were told there is a deal to get two FREE watches. Yes FREE is what we were told, when the bill updated on our verizon app it was clear that it was not free but based on credits being returned to us and on top of that a $10 line a month. Now Im a busy student and full time employee so it was my fault to have returned on the 15th day of the 14th day no hassle return policy so understandably it was my fault that I could not get the watches returned, but speaking with an actual corporate Verizon agent the manager should have allowed for a return for a one time courtesy.I am not one to put up bad reviews at all. I work in retail myself and I always see people taking advantage of the stores policy with returning items and acting rude in order to get their way, but this is not the case with me. The employees and manager of this store are incredibly unprofessional and blatant liars.Since we spoke with a corporate verizon agent over the phone they managed to schedule us an appointment with the manager so we can come in and do the return. When we came in for our appointment the manager was off on a meeting despite making an appointment with us. The two associates there already seemed be aware of our situation and told us that their manager would be back tomorrow at 10 am. We come back the next day, manager is no where to be found again. The associate that originally helped us showed us the manager schedule and we were blatantly lied to by the two other associates. This was the managers day off. Finally, my fiance was able to get ahold of the manager over the phone a few days later and did not even try to accommodate us after being LIED to several times. He constantly stated that his associate would never say that the watches are free. The associate was the one that brought up the promotion and told us the watches were free.I ultimately do not blame the associates because they are probably told by their management to lie about their whereabouts so they dont have to help customers and also lie about what they are truly selling so they end up getting a sale for the day. I truly believe this location needs a revamp in their management team because teaching your employees to lie about where you are at is completely unprofessional especially when we had to return to the store a total of 3 times and getting tossed to the curb without any help.I would reccomend to actually purchase from a corporate store instead of an authorized retailer since they dont seem to have the same level of professionalism as the corporate employees do.

All of the friendly and knowledgeable things Nicholas told us in the store were apparently a scam. Ive called Nicholas several times over the past month trying to get answers. He makes more promises but NOTHING gets resolved and I never hear from him again.1) When we purchased a new phone a couple of years ago, another Verizon Authorized Retailer sold us a second tablet that we really did not need but promised to take the original tablet off our account. We only recently realized that the original tablet was still on our account and asked Nicholas to remove it which he said he would. The original tablet is still on our account today, and we are still paying for it for over 2 years now. Not only did Nicholas not remove the original tablet, he tried to sneak a third tablet onto our account. When questioned about it, he said it was just such a good deal he thought he would include it (and its cost; a tablet we never asked for).2) Nicholas also sold us two phones (LG-G8) for $840.00 each. He requested a payment of $331.00 in the store (this was in addition to the $1,680.00 worth of phones), and said our next bill would be for around $145.00 per month, and have only one tablet on the account. We received our bill which still included the original tablet, another $80.00 in fees, and totaled over $260.00. Shame on me, but Im not really completely sure what all of the $331.00 in store charge was even for? It certainly wasnt applied to my bill, the additional fees, or the new phones. Shame on me for blindly trusting Nicholas and Victra/ABC Phones of North Carolina to be honest, trustworthy, and legitimate.Take my advice, DO NOT trust these people. Go to an official Verizon retailer or go with another service provider.

Professionally trained scam artist! If they say theyre giving you a free phone trust me its not free. They will come back and say they said almost free which isnt free . They will manipulate their words to make you think youre getting a good deal. The monthly payment they quote you on will change. . The service which is supposed to be the best isnt good at all. Metro has better service. Verizon has really nice phones thats about it. If you absolutely think you want Verizon service go to an actual Verizon store . This is a authorized dealer for Verizon. Im out $236 because I trusted them. They didnt explain anything transparent to me just rushed me thru a bunch of paper work. Everytime I went in there there was other customers complaining. My husband and I went to this location at 7pm. The sign said open, but the door was locked. The rep came to the door and peeked his head out the door. I asked him were they closed he replied they were closing soon. This guy spoke to us while we were outside. I told him what we needed and he told us to do it over the phone(instead of doing his job). We left and while heading to the location on Haun Rd, my husband called. The rep picked up and verified that they closed at 8pm. Why was the door locked? Why are you not letting customers in? This is ridiculous.

There was a wait, but it was not as long as I anticipated, especially 3 days before Christmas. Lied to (AGAIN). You would think I would learn. This store promises you new phones for the same price or close to your paying now! They do their best to get you discounts (which I appreciate), but its a double edged sword as they are giving you these discounts knowingly only because they are going to screw you into buying a phone from them. They keep your payments (the same or slightly higher) by giving you better discounts (insurance / military / autopay etc), but then stack on the $20-40 per line/ month in phone payments... so yes, your phone bill stays the same because they saved you on 10$ phone insurance, 10$ on auto-pay, 10$ on Firefighter discount, but your paying $30 a month for the phone and then you cant pay off the phone because you got it as promotional, which the promotional price IS THE SAME AS IF YOU JUST BOUGHT IT OFF AMAZON IN THE FIRST PLACE. They also dont include tax into their estimates. My old phone bill was $140 a month, they promised me $149 month, repeating its only an extra $9 a month and you get 2 new phones..... guess what... my 140$ A MONTH INCLUDED TAX, YOUR $149 A MONTH DID NOT!!!! The deception is VERY AGGRAVATING. Had you just told me in the first place, hey, its gonna cost you $157 month, but you get new phones... I honestly would have still bought them and been happy (17$ increase in bill, for 2 moto Z4s, which is still a good deal, purchasing them off verizon website on sale is 15/mo per phone, 30$/mo total) Hence, Id still be happy at the $17 increase for 2 phones. Deceptive tactics and lies are a common theme here and I dont know why I keep coming back. Their excuse for not including tax is well tax changes every month.... I looked at my last 8+ months of payments, tax hasnt changed more than 20 cents, and 90% of the months were exactly the same price, sounds pretty consistent to me. This isnt the first time that Ive been lied to here, hence the aggravation. I dont like enjoy throwing a fit over $10, but repetitive tactics used by this store is quite annoying. BE HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS, IT GOES MUCH FURTHER.

I went there for an in-store pick up and their employee named Ace refused to give me my device as he could not enter my account even though that was not needed( as I know since I work in an authorized retailer myself) and I proceeded to receive an email stating I received my device even though he never released it to me, requiring me to come back another day to receive it when it fact I should already have it in my possession since it is already paid for. Very poor service and will not be returning to this location once my device has finally been obtained.

Heed my Warning.Do NOT go to this location for Verizon services. I went in 5 times to get my bill fixed from all the innacuracies. Never were the innacuracies fixed. I was given misinformation as well that cost me BIG. I had to go through Verizon Corporate to get my Many innacuracies and unspoiled discoints wormed in, and issues resolved after wasting 5 trips (3 times with one man same who signed me up, 2 times with other reps other than the main guy when he wasn’t in to helped). This was a MESS. Verizon Corporate agrees 100%. Not only that there were things promised that were innacurate...Go to a REAL Verizon location (not this Authorized Location everything they could mess up they messed up) and sign up at Verizon off Haun road instead. These “authorized” men wasted 5 days of coming in nearly 7 total hours of my time, and bills that were HUNDREDS of dollars off what they should have been, and gave false promises of pricing and discounts and messed up in many ways so many that it’s too long of a story to tell here...So instead I told Verizon Corporate - who fixed it. Do NOT go here, go where they know how to do things the first time around, a REAL Verizon store not these Victra places posing as Verizon with their “authorized retailer” status. Had a complete garbage experience...Lots of my time was wasted, and time is money...Don’t bother asking me to email you with more details. You’ll be hearing from Corporate Headquarters who even allow you to be an Authorized dealer. We will chat through them, 5 times at your location is all the Victra experience that cost me time and money that I need.
