Josh A has been amazing!!! He helped me switch from att and it was seamless. He had the patience to teach me and switch all of my stuff from my old phone to my new phone and I couldn’t have done it without him. I definitely recommend this store and specifically I recommend to come and see Josh!!!!

This Granite Bay location have the best and knowledgeable customer representatives. I worked first with Jonathan Irelan who took so much time with helping me with selecting a phone and also placed me into a better plan. Had a follow up appointment for pu of my new phone. Unfortunately, at that time Jonathan was unavailable so Hugo Acosta stepped in and fulfilled my needs. That day Hugo was the only representative in with people waiting and he was multitasking at his best!! IMPRESSIVE!!I left leaving feeling like I WAS IMPORTANT.I will not hesitate to continue with this Verizon location and glad to say I love Verizon and I might mention been with them for 26 yrs!!

Nick is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and patient. We have had terrible experiences in the past at other retailers. Well I had written a review previously with the gentlemen who helped me switch carriers, and I do still stand by my word, their good work ethic, I am however disgusted with Verizon themselves. For eight months I paid faithfully for TWO phones... my daughters phone continued to say faulty Sim and refused her even access to the damn thing in general! The paper trail would also show her number used no data, was not activated, blah blah blah.... the sale rep. Had the AUDACITY to say well mama the most I can do for you, and Im not even supposed to do this, is credit your account one month. Wait, 55$ dollars back, of my money... but im still out over 300$? Im supposed to think your being cute breaking the rules NO, its my money, and regardless of the damn reason it was solved sooner, it AASNT BUT ITS STILL MY MONEY, that Verizon refuses to refund me. So Ive removed my daughters line just incase, dont want to pay any extra... and currently dealing because theyre the only ones in my area with service. So disappointed I wouldnt rate this even one star.

This is our best experience with any Verizon store. Justin was very knowledgable, efficient and friendly. We expected hours of waiting but got a new phone with screen protector applied and data transfer in about 30 min.

First time we tried this store. We needed to trade in an apple watch and upgrade our phones. We contacted Travis who did a great job getting us squared away. He got us dialed in on the promotions available to us and they handle the whole trade in process in house, super convenient. Travis did a great job and the other guys who worked there were really cool. Definitely our go to place in the future.

Great help here! I came and was given a good deal on a upgrade and a new phone. They gave me a better rate on my unlimited plan!A week later I found I could not connect my phone to WiFi at home. Steve the manager actually came to my house to sort out the issue I was having! Im not kidding! You wont get this kind of service anywhere anywhere now a days! Thank you so much! I went into the Granite Bay, CA store to activate a new phone and download my backups. Josh Brown made the process simple and easy. We had some issues with recovering passwords but Josh helped us navigate the process seamlessly. Josh is a great customer advocate and a real asset to Verizon/Cellular Sales. We will be sure to see him again next time we need to make updates to our cell services.

My family was way past due for new phones. We were putting it off because we haven’t had the best experiences in Verizon stores. We came in and thought we would give this one a try since it was newer and closer to our house. We were beyond impressed! Joshua set us and our kids up with everything we needed, walked us through everything he did, and made sure our new phones were transferred over with all the information from our old phones. He called a few days later to make sure we were still happy with our new devices and made sure we didn’t have any questions. We will definitely only come back to this location to see Joshua in the future.

This location has such excellent customer service every time we go in ! Travis is an amazing employee & worked for hours to get all the data from my old phone to my new one ( which was no small feat considering I have some 40k in photos !) My dad passed away & I was very concerned his voicemails & everything else would be properly transferred over & Travis went above & beyond to make sure everything was right & was so patient with us . Even though we’re in Folsom we drive the extra to go to this location & can’t recommend them enough !

The worst horrible experience EVER! Kim and Patrick are extremely rude. They set you up with a plan and don’t explain all the fees to you up front. I asked about hidden fees, and Kim lied to me. I called in for them to explain it, and I got told I could go somewhere else. I have never felt so disrespected and treated so inappropriately by anyone in customer service. When asked to speak to a manager, I was told that he would treat me the same.

On 1/9/2023 my wife and I left the Roseville Verrizon store where we got very poor help (they seemed uninterested in our problem). We remembered that a friend had said that he and his wife had a very good experience at the Granite Bay Verizon Store, so we headed there. We arrived and were greeted with a smile by Kim, who was available to help us. We explained our situation to her, while she was listening intently. After much research (phone calls and discussing our situation with coworkers), Kim explained that she did not have any definitive answers, but that our issue might be related to the stormy weather and that all may return to normal after things cleared up and any necessary repairs were made. In the meantime, Kim provided us with alternative ideas to think about, since our phones were aging, and newer phones may be better able to connect to weak internet signals. There was never any pressure, and she was genuinely interested in our needs (we are getting older and depend on our phones for emergency communication). Kim spent 2 1/2 hours with us, even though she wasnt feeling well. On 1/13/2023 we returned to purchase 2 phones and an Orbic Hotspot from her. All is working well, and we are very happy.
