Horrible customer service and beyond unprofessional. My husband, son and I walked in the store 20 min before store closed. Two employees were in the store, one just left. Before we even were asked to be helped the employee stated- did you want to schedule an appt for tomorrow- we don’t have time to assist. The store was still open. As we shopped around, I waited for him to finish talking to the customer he was speaking too. I asked him what the store policy was, as the store was still open. I asked for a store manager name/or district manager ( since the store was still open:I had not even been given a chance to share what I needed). The sales men went to the back- which took more time then needed and prob could have assisted. He gave me a sticky with an email and 1800 #. I asked him what the policy was for Verizon. He stated “ I have a family I want to go home too, I know you came 20 min before the store closes but we need more time” I told him he didn’t have to be rude and that I didn’t understand why we couldn’t wait. He then walked away and continued to rant- my name is Francisco do you need me to spell it/ here’s my last name. My husband then turned around and said, he man you don’t need to be rude- she’s walking out- I turned around and told him- your very unprofessional and rude. I asked you a legitimate question- with no profanity and respectfully- your attitude and tone is completely out of pocket. What was extremely demonstrated was the employee’s comfort to engage in that way and provide an email and a tech support number with no concern for his behavior. I’ll definitely will get in touch with the store manager/district manager and notify customer service. However it is key to recognize unprofessional service. Especially that this is a actual Verizon store. Unfortunately these individuals have no training or accountability it appears in professionalism or customer service. It’s not that service was denied before operations completed alone, but the delivery and entitlement to be so rude.

Ordered 3 phones to pickup at this location and had some issues with those phones, ( IPhone$).I ordered androids and picked them up there too. My whole experience at this location, regardless of having problems with the phones, is a 5 stars. Thanks to Mariana and the Manager, Mark and Fadia.

THIS STORE IS A SCAM! They added a 2nd line to my account and told me it will only cost $.75 a month. A few days later I called Verizon and they had lied to me and added a Iphone 13 to my acct without my authorization. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!

Very helpful quickly fixed small issue. The store is a completely different messI have spent over 5 hours there on 2 visits and still have problems. Porter Ranch store is great while youre purchasing a phone but I have gone back twice and problems still exist.

Came in to upgrade my phone. Our specialist, Pablo, told us that we were not eligible for an upgrade since we were grandfathered in to our current family plan. Long story short, even though we were clearly eligible for an upgrade, he didnt want to help us because we didnt want to update our family plan. Because he wasnt going to get his commission out of us, we were completely dismissed of other options. He even suggested going to Best Buy or Walmart to get a phone at retail cost and that they could activate the phone from there. Such a horrible experience. We went to a different Verizon and was able to get my phone upgraded with no hassle.

Shoutout to the employees they were actually really helpful. I don’t remember the name of the guy who helped me but he looked like Mr Clean and he was honestly very cool and helpful. Want him to be recognized, he’s bald and has two earrings if the management somehow doesn’t know how Mr Clean looks like.

Horrible customer service. The manager Mariana runs at the sight of a return and does not take ownership over situations directly caused by Verizon. Instead of providing customer service she pawns customers off to care, shows no remorse and allows her employees to bad mouth customers because they make it known that they have understanding of how things work. Terrible service. Don’t visit this store unless you’re okay with being tossed to the side and having additional charges tacked to your bill with no concern from the corporate Verizon retail employees.** UPDATE***I took my concern to another Verizon Corporate location and the manager there handled it with ease and got me in/out of the store within 10 minutes, so Im 100% confident that the manager of the Porter Ranch location Mariana did not want to help me. She made no attempt to while the manager from the other location owned and corrected the situation.

I went in for help with my new phone. The service was unbelievably bad. A white worker named Dena was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Her attitude was horrible. The whole scene was surreal. She told me to fix my own phone. Got up and walked away. I asked another worker for the manager. The manager came and switched out my Sim cards but did not return the Sim card from my new phone. When I told her that I wanted to complain about Denas horrible customer service she said and did nothing. By that time Dena had reappeared from the back and walked out the door.I would not recommend this place if you are looking for good customer support.
