Renee was an absolute delight. She was kind, helpful and so knowledgeable. We appreciated her friendly attitude. Francisco was also very friendly and helpful. They both did a great job assisting us.

Went to the store to get some help on my smart watch because its not working properly and Im not that good myself working with this new gadgets and the guy just told me to call customer service instead of him helping me, he said he didnt know how to do it either. Then I ask him to help on another thing and said they dont due that either had to due it on line or customer service also ...its sad to see that they dont want to work on helping people out they just redirect you somewhere else to avoid the issue 😕..

I went in this store on a Wednesday to order a new iPad. I paid for the taxes and fees up front as instructed to do so by the guy that waited on me. I was told I would be contacted when my new device came in. I called Friday morning and was told my device arrived. After I got in, I showed my receipt where I had already paid for it, and three different people questioned me and whether or not this device was actually paid for, despite the stores receipt stating it was. This should have been a 3 minute transaction and instead i was there for over an hour. Then, when asked if they could transfer my information, I was told it would be a $35 fee. When I asked to speak with a manager a few days later to see why I was treated this way, all is as offered was a measly apology.Bottom line, no one knows what is going on here and I will NEVER return. Do not go here.

Definitely do not recommend Verizon at all! I traded in a phone in august of 2023 and still to this day March 2024, I have not received my credits for it and they are currently charging me in full for the new device. I’ve reached out to store associates countless times and nobody has done a thing to resolve this issue all they do it give me the run around. The associate at this location that originally sold me the new phone was luz and she has yet to help us either, every time I call or go into the store personally to speak with her they say she’s not available and she’s the “only one that can help me “ according to her co workers. This is very disappointing how not one person has tried to help resolve this issue, I feel stolen from not only did they take my device but I’m paying full price for another. Be smart do not choose Verizon.

Hands down this Verizon store has the absolute best SALESPERSON/EMPLOYEE of all time!!! If anyone is looking for a new phone, tablet, watch, etcGo see FRANCISCO G.!!!!!!! He is absolutely amazing and he treats you great! He takes his time helping you out on what you’re looking for and what you need.This guy is the best…..I went in just needing 2 phones and I left with 3 IPhones, IPad, Iwatch, 3 cases and 3 screen protectors. Thats how great of a salesman he is. I will be a repeat customer as long as Francisco works for Verizon.Again go see FRANCISCO G!!!!

I went in for an upgrade on my iPhone less than an hour before they closed and the guy who helped me was a guy named Pablo. He was such a patient, informative and respectful person. It was my first time upgrading my phone and he explained the whole process to me in enough detail and made sure I understood everything. I would 10/10 recommend this Verizon location to anyone who’s willing to set up an appointment or just a walk in!

My husband and I just got helped from Tyler. We highly recommend to look for him to get assistance on cellular concerns. He is very knowledgeable and indeed works well in favor for his customers. The number of hours he spent helping us was impeccable. He looked for excellent deal that we’ll benefit us. We are so grateful for his undeniable hard work and dedication to give customer’s satisfaction.

Very helpful people. I just needed help transporting my phone number, although it was loosing a customer ( Pilot program through my business mother company) they were very helpful. Out of 4 lines I just wanted to transfer mine only for the company requirements. These folks at this location are very friendly for all your needs. Hats off to all employees here.
