Danielle was a great helping me get my phone up and running. I had a connection issue that I spent over 2 hours trying to get resolved though tech support. They couldnt get it resolved. I went to the branch today and Danielle had it fixed in a matter of minutes. She was kind and friendly and provided great customer services.

Went in for a new iphone a few days ago and had the best customer experience, they are talking to you the whole time and also ask other questions besides phones, which I think is great customer service, makes you feel like your talking to an actual person and not a robot,well in my case person’s: Alicia, Armani, and Juan. **Review update: I received a response regarding my review and they were very understanding about my frustrating experience. They came to a fair solution and I feel my issues got resolved. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.Buyer beware: Do your research before coming here. I was upgrading my phone from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 14, so I hadnt been through the cellphone process in a while. The first time I went, Linda helped me, and she seemed very knowledgeable on what she was telling me- key word seemed. She said that I should upgrade my plan as well because it would save me money on my phone purchase and my monthly costs. I decided to also purchase a screen protector and cellphone case while I was there. I walked out and felt very satisfied with everything, that is, until I got home. Problem 1- Linda sold me the wrong case, even after I clearly asked her if it would work for my new phone. Problem 2- she didnt price match my screen protector, which they are supposed to do, and I ended up paying $70 for it. Problem 3- the screen protector was installed poorly with dirt and lint trapped in the screen. For $70, that thing better be perfect. Problem 4- when I checked my monthly bill, there was a $30 data transfer fee and $35 plan upgrade fee that was never properly explained to me, even though I asked about additional costs. Long story short, I went back in a few more times to get my issues resolved. I was able to swap out the screen protector and phone case no problem, but when I needed to return some other accessories I no longer needed, they slapped me with a 25% restocking fee PER ITEM. The workers here need to do a better job of explaining any hidden costs to customers. Lesson learned- do your research before coming here, especially with any phone accessories. They try to sell you on good products, but after looking around, I realized they dont offer that good of a deal and are just trying to upsell you. For example, they told me that I had to buy specific charging equipment for my iPhone 14, but when I went to the Apple Store, they told me my old equipment will work just fine. The only star goes to Armani who is probably one of the better workers here. Shes extremely patient and willing to help you as best as she can.

I was looking to ungrade my IPHONE 8+ to a newer version. I tried to do it online but that was a huge waste of time. I finally realized I could do it better and faster by going into the local Verizon store in the Valencia mall. That proved to be true. I was helped by Mekdi (?)Super bright guy, knows the products, knows the systems, knows the various Verizon programs. Ended up trading in the 8 to wards a 13. Somehow he put me in a better plan that was less expensive than I was paying. He set it up, transferred data etc while I waited . Highly recommend him and this Verizon store

Came in to resolve some outstanding issues regarding a phone plan that we recently changed. David and Michelle helped us out each time, was very polite and helpful. Exercised good customer service and was apologetic and understanding, rather than being defensive. Immediately, they noticed the problem. So when we went back to the store to come to a resolution in person, it was not an easy visit at first, however its important to say that both David and michelle were quick to do what they could in order resolve our serious problem. We are very thankful that both David and Michelle were determined to provide us with a resolution.

This place has a serious customer service issue. On some days the place is over run with staff and other days its like a ghost town. I guess its a commission thing. Because I have seen people leave that came in for help or people have had to wait (and Im talking DMV waiting) just to get help. And the Managers have no idea how to help customers. Point, if all of your staff is busy do some work yourself, stop acting like all you have to do is tell people what to do. Remember happy customers come back bitter customers gob elsewhere.

Verizon just won me over for another 10 years of service because of Alberto! He went above and beyond for me today! I lost my phone in the mall I didnt know when I lost it but it probably had been gone for hours. I had my very active toddler we played and we had lunch and I only noticed it gone after I had loaded him into the car. When I went into the store he used the Find My IPhone feature saw my phone was still in the mall but moving and so he walked around the mall with me using his own personal phone to keep tracking mine. Luckily someone turned it into security but while we walked Alberto was amazing, resourceful and kind. It was so easy to see why they made him store manager. I hope Verizon continues to take care of him the way he takes care of customers. It was seriously above and beyond of what he had to do and service like that is seriously so rare. He stands out for sure!

I went to the town center in valencia to simply exchange some shoes. I knew that i needed to update my phone, i wandered into the verizon store, with trepidation. im an artist and have trouble with tech..when it works its awesome. Past all that there was an employee that saw me looking around but he didnt educate me. I was there for about 5 mins and on my way out, a woman named ALICIA BROWN caught me and asked me to sit with her..what,s going on. I said im tech lame and she said thats ok dont feel bad, i want to help you. As a business owner, id hire her in a second! I did NOT feel hustled, i left with tech and somehow she got me to trust her. She found everything that suited my needs. It took time, but this is no small investment for me. She skipped her break and then proceeded to make sure my phone was paired with my vehicle by a co worker! HELLO VERIZON!! SHE NEEDS A RAISE OR AT LEAST A BUSINESS CARD!!... for 4 people working in that store...she wasnt letting me leave...I felt at ease and have no buyers remorse.

Originally, I had a very nice experience with pre ordering a phone and picking up a phone here HOWEVER... I have come to the conclusion that this store posted a google review on my google account while setting up the device. This is a breach of customer trust, and recommend that all customers watch the employees setting up your device.I woke up this morning to a email about thanking me for posting a google review about the store. I have only posted one review in my entire life on google, and it was for an auto shop. This review said Josh and Michelle have been great, something I would of totally agreed to write if they asked to me write a review. BUT THEY DID NOT ASK PERMISSION AND USED MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT IN A WAY I DID NOT GIVE PERMISSION TO. On top of that, my internet history was deleted for the specific google review search. Meaning that they 100% intended to write a fake review on my phone, trying to cover up their tracks.This store is suspiciously high in ratings (4.9/5). Most mobile stores if any dont get that high.. so I believe that this issue of using someones personal account to post reviews has been going on for quite awhile. So either a employee managed to be super sneaky about this all along, or the management is in on it.

I went in to change from metro pcs to Verizon as well as transfer my contacts from smart phone to my first iphone! My storage was so backed up on my smart phone that the apple store couldn’t handle the process. But Jacob and Gad are phone beasts! Gad spent like 40 minutes relentlessly trying everything possible to get my contacts over to my new iPhone, and Jacob was offering incredible insight as well! Not only that, Jacob and Gad have an awesome vibe- I felt like I was at a beach hangout lol. If you ever have an issue with your phone. Seek out Jacob and Gad- these guys are the best with your phone and customer service!! 5 stars.

I visited this particular Verizon store because according to Google Reviews, this store has received more 5-star reviews in comparison to all other Verizon stores in Santa Clarita. Based on my own OUTSTANDING experience at this store, the Google Reviews are accurate. JOSH GONZALEZ is a perfect example of why this authorized Verizon retailer has received more 5-star reviews than any other local Verizon store. Josh was completely courteous and friendly, he answered my many questions clearly and concisely, and he was technically proficient and made absolutely sure my new Samsung Galaxy Note smartphone was working properly and fully operational. Importantly, Josh performed in an outstanding manner for ME while SIMULTANEOUSLY providing the same excellent customer service for TWO OTHER CUSTOMERS who also needed substantial technical assistance as well as new phone service. While I needed important assistance and I needed to activate my new smartphone, the two other customers were constantly asking Josh a LOT of questions because they were deciding whether to switch their existing phone service plans from AT&T to Verizon. Josh multi-tasked with great courtesy and expertise, and he never made me wait. Importantly, based on his precise and complete answers to the many questions posed by the two other customers, he was able to convince the two customers to switch from AT&T to Verizon. Josh expertly and quickly made sure my new phone was properly activated and fully operational and then he double-checked just to be completely sure. He also perfectly performed the technical tasks and paperwork necessary for the two other customers to switch from AT&T to Verizon. Jashua Graves the current store manager was unhelpful. I had a technical support issue with my phone, one he sat in his comfy chair with his phone in his hand the entire time. I knew instantly he wasn’t going to be helpful. He didn’t even ask for my phone or information to pull up on his computer rather he knew instantly that it was SIM card problem and that I would need to take it to Apple and some other loaded information to get me out of his hair. Well guess what Jashua it wasn’t, I simply needed to reset my network. You didn’t want to work today I get it I’m sorry that I had to write this review about you. Do NOT go to this store, Just find a another Verizon Store Front..... I just setup service 2 days ago. A simple mistake was made by Verizon customer service when i call them this morning. The main user on our account was swapped from me to my wife without my approval so when i went to return a item, i was told i couldnt even see the account. Got to a corporate store so you dont get screwed. Went in to simply change a line to a unlimited. Quick in and out with my 5 3 1 year old. Was told I was eligible for a free tablet or Hotspot. I said I wanted to pay less a month and not add anything to my service. She was reassuring it had nothing on it and was just a tablet and 35 dollar tax one time was it. Month later I get my bill and have a 40 dollar activation fee and a 20 dollar extra monthly payment for a. New phone line!!!! Call Verizon and they say its because I didnt go to a corporate store. The real promotion was a FREE tablet and 10 a month to add just unlimited no phone line. And somehow I signed a two year agreement .... I know but as I said I had my three littles.... bottom line she flat out lied. She never opened the tablet or set it up for a phone line and all th email while I had just been using it on wifi!! Ill never go to a dealer again!!!

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a Verizon store. I came to the store back on Septemeber 16th to pre order my IPhone 7 plus. I received confirmation that my phone was delivered to this store at 11:30 a.m. On October 12th. The associate told me that they would notify me when the product shipped as well as when it arrived. I never received either of those calls and had to follow up myself. I then called once I recieved confirmation from FedEx that they delivered it and a gentleman stated that it was impossible for the phone to be there because FedEx never made it to their store. I show up at the store at 6:40 pm and still have not been helped out for over and hour. They confirmed my phone was here and that I still had to wait for someone to help me out for a phone that I already paid for!!! Honestly worst experience I have ever had.
