2024-07-01 22:49:26Stay away from the store THEY ARE SCAMMERS.I went to the store to change company, I was very specific with the girl who attended me indicating that for my work I needed high speed internet and that, therefore, I would only hire if they assured me that the coverage would be good and I would not have connection problems. She assured me that there would be no problem and also sold me additional data packages to which I agreed.Also, that day she told me that the first bill I would receive would be for $350 but not to worry because that includes a month and a half down payment and so I am paying for the next month in advance. She also assured me that of the 4 fees that I would be charged for my phone numbers in the invoice 3 would be reimbursed in the next invoice and not to worry that it was a normal procedure that they do for security. I did not like it at all and I insisted her if that money was really going to be refunded and the invoice would correspond to a month and a half (in case there was something I misunderstood), she assured me that this will be reimbursed and dont to worry because is a normal procedure for first time clients. Subsequently, she made me pay 70 dollars for the activation of 2 lines.Problem 1: from the first day my connection was HORRIBLE AND INEXISTENT, I spent days and days talking to Verizon (sometimes for more than an hour and a half) until they confessed to me that there was NO coverage in my area, that the antenna was far away and that no matter what they did it could not be solved and that this is something that the EMPLOYEE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME WHEN I CONTRACTED since it is something they know and I live TWO minutes away from the store so the coverage is the same. After that, I went to the store to complain and to be cancelled, they did nothing but send me from one place to another, the girl with who I contracted and spoke with the first day never showed up again.Problem 2: I was scammed on the commissions and invoice. After 2 weeks I received an invoice for 350 dollars, when I opened it I saw that there was an activation fee for 4 lines (I had already paid 70 on the card the day I signed up). I went back to the store to complain, the guy who attended me told me not to worry that this was not a final invoice and that in the final invoice those costs would not appear. HE LIED. After a month, I got the bill (it was exactly the same) I called Verizon to ask why they were charging me 4 fees if I had already paid 2 (i.e. they charged me 6 activation fees in total for only 4 lines). Also, this bill was supposed to be for a month and a half and it showed that it was only for one month. They told me that the information they had given me was not true, and that I should solve anything with the store since they are a franchise and can do nothing more than register my complaint.Problem 3: the invoice was not for 1 month and a half but for one month and I will not be reimbursed. The following month, I received another normal invoice for 150 dollars, so the employee lied to me about everything.During all this time, I have gone 7-8 times to the store, I have tried to talk to the manager to which I have been answered that she is not there AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN SURE IF THEY HAVE CURRENTLY A SUPERVISOR and they do not know when she will be there nor can they give me a form to make a complaint or email or phone or anything. That they have internal problems and they are sorry, the only thing I can do is to go by the store to see when I have luck and there is someone who can help me. And that the only thing I can do is to put a review on Google to see if they will take my case.... I find this whole situation unbelievable. I am amazed at how a store with non-existent customer service and that is dedicated to defrauding its users is still in operation. I will definitely not only post the review, but I take legal action.

2024-03-31 23:01:12Yeah I dont know why I call Verizon anymore. Going into the store and actually getting help from someone that understands that more people who need help with something is pretty great. I would for sure say that. So far Ive been pretty happy making this my regular store that handle any cell phone related needs. I think Verizon as a whole has their flaws so I wont really get into that nitty gritty but this store specifically was pretty great and the people are pretty chilly.

2024-01-12 19:23:39Received a confirmation that my phone was ready for pickup. Went to the store and the phone was reserved for someone else. Absolute joke and a waste of time.Edit: To top it off, this store also managed to somehow cancel my trade in, making me waste hours of my time to figure out. Genuinely can’t believe how much this store screwed me over.

2022-08-01 22:29:03This place is not worth your time and money. They will try their very best to rip you off! I got a new phone from there with the promise that I could get an $800 trade-in credit after trading in my old phone. This is only true if you sign up for their premium data plans! They also charged me for a charger, phone case, and screen protector, which I never asked for! If you happen to get a new phone there, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK RECEIPTS and DATA PLANS!

2023-02-26 15:28:28Last week my family went in to ask about the warranty status of my daughters phone. We came out with 3 latest model Samsung phones and 4 new Samsung smart watch 5s. Only because we felt that Noel, who stayed very late to help us, was courteous and trustworthy, not to mention great deals for all devices and lower monthly bills.... Hopefully, my next phone bill a pleasant surprise. Im going back today for another new phoneWe used to drive 60, 120 or 220 miles to get new phone every year, just not to do business at this neighborhood Verizon store.7-8 years ago, I got ripped off by one of salesmen here. I bought a cellular modem at a great deal, I thought, which I didn need, no cost but a $ 10 discounted monthly access fee for 2 years. For the deal, I thought it was a just another convenience expense. When I received my 1st bill and spoke with a Verizon Rep., I realized everything he said was lies - no discount/rebate for the modem, no discounted line access fee, no reimbursement for the activation fee,... I used it less than an hour during the 2-yr contract period, having wasted hundred of dollars. Cellular svc was unstable at best. When I returned to the store, the manager told me that the sales person was not there, with whats done is done, there was nothing he could do, if not happy go somewhere else... attitude, terrible people!

2023-03-04 00:59:58I was at this store to activation of my new phone, but unfortunately, the Verizon system was down so I had to wait the recovering the system. After coming back home I realized lost my old phone. I searched all over the house and the next day I came to the Verizon store asking for lost and found. Gaveen who helped me yesterday and keep it for me. I want to share his honesty and customer service. Thank you Gaveen and God bless you.If your name is spelled not correctly Im so sorry.
