Manager Joseph was knowledgeable helpful and all the information he put out was all from memorization, I was able to fact check everything. What I expected to come in to get I was able to get more to save and great deals on devices! District Manager was super professional and was proud to introduce himself Luis. Awesome great team, everyone was super fast nice and very friendly. Best Verizon store I have ever been to! Military friendly and very supportive, military discount as well! I encourage everyone to switch over, and if you do I recommend this store hands down!!

After 8 months, I am still missing $800 from a trade-in. I was told they will submit paperwork for it. Im unsure about a telecommunications company, capable of sending data across the planet at the speed of light, using a fax machine to deal in billing.

By far worst service I’ve had. Managers do not support their employees, or customers. Employees are untrained. Frustrating when you go to a store for help and they tell you to go somewhere else. I purchased a WiFi hotspot from this store, and there was zero support after purchase. Manager is very unfriendly. Employees have no training.

Staff (especially a sales rep named Nafikah) is super helpful and gave me a loaner phone for a day when AT&T held my phone hostage for 24 hours not providing me service and not allowing me to switch cell phone carriers. Verizon is the way to go if you ask me. We did not experience the discount that AT&T promised us and the cell phone coverage where we live, drive and make calls from was not as reliable as Verizon’s service.

I had great hopes for this store, considering the ratings. We were greeted warmly and quickly as the store was empty. With the intention of upgrading two phones on our family plan, we were also planning to get the new apple watch along with the necessary supporting line. This all changed when our customer service representative, Vargas, shifted our eligibility from what he previously stated. This can be an understandable reaction to new information as we move forward with discussing options and phones. However, when I tried to understand the shift, recall what he previously said, he spoke over me. He continued to do so in such a demeaning way, that I had to call him out for talking over me and not letting me finish. When I said that, he spoke over me once again saying that I wasnt letting him finish and that I can leave. Mind you, I had my elderly parents with me since I was trying to upgrade my mothers phone. He had no interest in hearing the confusion to properly explain a miscommunication. Instead, he told us to leave. I left in shock, astounded of the low level misogynistic service.Update:When I got home and reviewed my options online, I discovered that Vargas was lying to me about my options. I wont go into details about the specifics, but essentially what we wanted to do was possible. I cant believe he kicked us out of the store after we called him out for being inconsistent with information.

The young man who helped me was very good, but he had said I would get a “block” for my new phone, but that didn’t happen. It was a multi step process, so I think that slipped his mind. I will try to get that tomorrow. (He used the term block—I would ordinarily call it a plug, as it connects the charging cord to an electrical outlet).

I was greeted by MO. I had cracked my phone screen and received a new phone because I had Asurion insurance. He was able to help me transfer my data from my old phone, and install the liquid glass screen protector. (Its the best protector. No corners popping up and pretty hard to scratch or smash) we chatted a bit while the info transferred. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He showed me the new Verizon 5G internet box. And asked if I would like to subscribe. I am possibly interested, but have too many things on my plate right now. I told him, I would be back to see him should i decide to change from Cox. It took a while to get assisted as they were busy. I didn’t mind the long wait at all because the excellent customer service I received totally made up for it. Ms.Cherise apologized just about three times for the long wait - she was sincerely apologetic. She assisted me as soon as she got done assisting the person who came before me. She answered all my questions and concerns about the process of trading my phone, she was also very kind and helpful. She is an asset to the company; good customer service is rare these days.

I have same experience as someone else below. They are liars and dont give you what you are told in the store. You wont get credits for the phones you trade in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They stole my phones and decided to rip me off. Last year around September I traded in 3 phones. They said I should get my credit for the phones in a couple of billing cycles along with a $900 credit for switching from another provider. That never happened so I went to the store in December and the manager Sergio said they had mixed up my phones and didnt know which were mine, so they found my phones and he did some processing and said my credits would show up in the next bill cycling. Needless to to say, that never happened either. After many phone calls that are always screened by their service center, I could never reach him. I called Verizon direct and said I would get a call back which never happened. After such a horrible experience I said screw it and decided to file small claims for $2,400. I have court date coming up soon so Ill keep you all posted.

All this store cares about is sales. Nothing happens how they say it is gonna happen. Was convinced by a sales person that they can save me money by upgrading and changing my plan. Since then I been paying 100 dollars more a month and numerous other charges and no one is held accountable. All they care about is sales and when someone messes up good luck getting help to correct it. I would never recommend anyone do business with this establishment. I will NEVER do business with this store again. We were supposed to be credited $1000(one thousand) 7 MONTHS AGO. In case you missed that, I said 7 MONTHS AGO. After 10 store visits AND calls, weve gotten nowhere. They kept telling us that our credits will show in the next billing cycle. After NOT seeing our credits, we contact them again and are always told the same thing over and over.. The manager is either 1. Not there 2. Busy 3.Will call us back which never happens. Last time we went in (AGAIN) to get help regarding our credit, we were told that there was no need to physically visit the store and to expect a call from the manager that day. We received a call back the NEXT day from the manager (again, let me remind you this was 7 months and 10 attempts later) letting us know to wait another week which I am SURE is going to get us nowhere. This isnt even about the money anymore. Its about how unprofessional they are and how poorly they handle business. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason to lie to your paying customers over and over again. AMAZING customer service!! My husband and I went to this location yesterday with lots of questions and we weren’t sure what we wanted to do with our phones. Ashley was the first to greet us and she took care of us the entire time! She’s a great person and had a ton of patience with us as we finally decided to switch my phone from another carrier and trade in both phones to upgrade. It took about 3 hours and we were really glad we chose this location. Ashley made the entire process pretty painless and went above + beyond to help us with the military discount and making sure we understood everything! If you need anything she’s the one to go to! I asked for a certain product and she was able to find the product and set it up for me. I really appreciate the help and the commitment they offer each customer. RJ is a complete liar we traded in 4 cell phones and never seen the credits are still paying for phones that we paid cash for. It has been 15 months and still nothing. Are bill is not what it is supposed to be almost 200.00 more then what they stated. We have called and called tons of times and never get anywhere, but yet they get you locked in a two year contract paying for phones we already paid for and never got credit for the ones we traded in. Shady business go else where!Adding on! The email and Victra corporate are a joke. They reply to these comments like they are going to do something. Believe me those 5 star reviews are paid for they offer them something for a positive review. This place is a joke go to a real Verizon store. Went in about a week ago, I needed to purchase a new phone that same day. With COVID restrictions they make you wait outside while helping 3 customers at a time in store. I arrived at 5:25pm and the store closes at 7. Two customers ahead of me waiting outside. 6:50 came around and I was still waiting, asked De’ Andre if they were going to be able to help me. Time was running out and it was time to get to work, but I got enough of a start to leave confident that I could use the phone.With the information given, retrieving some important contacts was seemed easy. Each day that passes, there is something else about this phone that makes me glad to have purchased it.My routine of using it as a wake-up alarm, a flashlight in the early hours, email and message checking have all been re-established all thanks to the kindness, patience and knowledge of your very valuable staff member! Please note that you will be charged a $20 per line set up fee on top of all the other Verizon charges. They will not disclose that information until you see it on your receipt. My husband and I went to the store two days ago to upgrade our phones and nothing was mentioned of this fee. I went to the store today to talk to the assistant manager Darius to request they wave the fees since they didnt transfer any of my data over fo either of my phones and I was not told about the fee. He wasnt willing to do anything at all, I would have been happy with one fee taken off but he was cold and didnt seem to care about my concern. I will never go back to this store again. If you shop there, read everything and ask questions, make sure you get copies of all your paperwork. Unfortunately I wasnt given a copy of our paperwork, I only received a receipt in my email. Shame on me for trusting that they were an ethical retailer. If you go to Best Buy or an actual Verizon store you wont be charged the extra fees.

Over the last week, I’ve actually been into this store a handful of times. They were always very friendly and helpful. I had a lot of issues getting my phone switched over from AT&T to Verizon, and in the end I had to get a new phone. De’Andre and one of the other associates helped me get all set up with the new iPhone and supported me through the whole process when I was still trying to figure out the problem. They worked past closing time to make sure I was taken care of, and they did so with a smile and a great attitude. All in all, I cannot recommend them enough! The case was wrong and they said theyd get me the right one in two days. Two weeks later after ordering through Verizon I got it. To be honest, my husband and I got scammed here. We usually get good service from Verizon, but I guess times have changed since weve been at a cellphone place. We just wanted our services up again since weve suspended our lines for a bit. The employee that sold us our phones lied about the kind of services we were getting. We were then charged for services for times we werent in the States (military). It doesnt make sense to me. On top of that, we were sold a car box that is billed to us monthly when we were told that it was free.Overall, if you want decent service, dont go here. The people seem nice but Im sure theyll charge you more than what they say youll be billed. If you have no other choice, do your research first before coming in.

Maybe its because I didnt need to do anything out of the ordinary, but I went in on a Wednesday afternoon around 3pm to upgrade my phone and everything was great. Roger helped me out and he was very nice and I never felt like he was trying to push anything on me that I didnt want. He laid out all of my new plan options and didnt pressure me to go with one over the other, but instead let me pick what worked best for me. Same story as with the phone options, he never tried to sway me in one direction rather just laid out facts and let me pick. Went in to upgrade my iPhone after dropping it and having a lot of problems. Caleb helped me save twenty dollars a moth on our plan, gave us a free iPad, and updated my phone to the newest model. They put notes on the account to explain what needed to be done, but to get the phones faster they told me to go to this location.In the store they read the notes on the account and said it was impossible. So now I had 3 lines of service I was under contract for. When I brought this to the attention of the store manager He was unhelpful & proved to be the most incompetent in his abilities to problem solve .I ended up having to pay early termination fees for the 2 new lines I did not need . after that I was pretty mad & decided to cancel my contract with Verizon worth about 6k per year in business with my 6 lines including 2 business lines of service & gone to another carrier which is much better service & better pricing, & the quality of signal is just as good in all of SD & so Cal...

Horrible just plain rude and no help. Needed a SIM card after returning from japan. First they had me scan check-in and wouldn’t even confirm it or send a text to let me know my position in line. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Will be going to a corporate store from now on.
