Best experience I’ve ever had at Verizon, or really any wireless retail store. Miss Jewel helped me and she needs a raise - not only is she personable and helpful, when it was opening and before other staff got there, she not only helped me, she was able to help multiple customers who came in frustrated and each left happy - and she did it so fast! Please give her kudos or recognition because I live farther away from here and this is now my home store!

Ive been here twice this past week and the service is so slow. Ive waited over 30 mins and left both times without being seen or even spoken to. At least a hello, be with you as soon as I can, would be nice. Ill visit a different store and hope that the workers are a bit more motivated.

Stopped by this location with lots of questions about options for family plans, switching providers, and home internet. There I was met by Rachel, an exceptionally kind and patient employee who walked me through all the information I needed to know. Gavin is the guy you want to be assisted! I rarely give reviews but he deserves this one. What a great employee, he was super friendly and helpful from the beginning to the long end. Him and the other girl working there should to get a bonus for working double to cover up the low staff. Its a busy store and I saw people spending over one hour and leaving without being assisted. The employees here were very nice and welcoming. They helped me get off my moms plan and onto my own effortlessly and painless, we’re also really nice people. Store is kinda small and can get busy but the employee’s are super friendly and handle it well. I would check stock and make sure they have what you need before going as it’s a small store.

WORSE sales team I’ve ever dealt with. It took 3 hours to buy a new phone when all I needed was a new SIM card. Gavin M charged me for items I told him I didn’t want, then coerce me into buying a new phone when I needed a simple fix and claimed it was an issue with the make of my phone. I took my old phone with me, and it works perfectly fine now after I spent a full afternoon and nearly $2000. AVOID THIS STORE

Had a great experience here today upgrading my iPhone7 to an 11. I wish I got the staff member’s name, but the man who helped me was extremely pleasant. Kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and entertaining! Due to having over 12,000 photos on my phone, it took extra long to transfer over all my stuff to the new phone, but the staff was up front and very kind about the whole thing. He didn’t even complain about my thousands of photos haha. The entire staff was very upbeat and kind, even when the store got a little busy. I highly recommend coming here if you’re going for an in-store visit!

FYP (For Your Protection), Users be aware of the Verizon Authorized Retailer - Victra @ 3732 Crenshaw Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90016. Jesus (sales rep) and Joel (store manager) offer deceiving promotional offers to lure you to upgrade without giving you any credit towards a new phone (been waiting since 4.7.2022). Dont be a victim of this store. They will do anything to keep this store open while you are left paying your hard earn money to keep their lights on (Jesus, lost my trade in phone). I personally had no choice but to reach out Verizon corporate office and is assisting me in investigating this store since they are liable in losing the trade in phone.

I had an excellent experience at this location today, and I highly recommend it. Brian helped me upgrade my phone and switch plans to get a better deal. He was attentive, courteous and provided quality service. While I was there, everyone who came in was greeted, and the atmosphere was pleasant and friendly. Brian even took extra time to contact Verizon corporate for me to figure out a confusing deal they had sent me about trading in my old phone.

Terrible experience! Worst customer service ever. I was charged for items I did not consent to, and they added a line to my bill that I did not consent to, nor was I aware of. The manager was no help and when I complained, nothing was done. Never go to a 3rd party organization, always go directly to corporate. I would not give a star at all.

Came to Verizon to upgrade my phone and port my number from T-Mobile/Sprint. My fiancé and I decided to get a plan together and chose Verizon. We were helped by Joel and he was awesome. Not only did he help port my phone but he was able to put the screen protectors on mine and my fiancés phones. Overall he was a great help and made our experience awesome.

I wanted to upgrade my iPhone to the 12 pro max. Larry told me I could upgrade to the 256 gb model, but that I would be required to also purchase a ~$160 add-on package consisting of a phone case, wall charger, screen protector, and portable battery. I said no I want to buy the phone alone. He told me I could not do that at this store, and would be required to get the add-on package. He then told me that the phone is sold out most places so this would be one of my only options. I ended up leaving and going to bestbuy where I was able to buy the iPhone by itself. Nice try Larry... I hope the commission is worth making the Crenshaw community pay a surplus.

Its always a great experience to visit the Victra Verizon Authorized Dealer on Crenshaw Blvd. They are my go to store whenever I need assistance whether it be for equipment, accessories or answers to general customer service questions.Their staff is always warm, friendly and helpful; especially Patrick the store manager. He always manages to talk me off the ledge whenever I even think about going to another carrier.Ive been with Verizon for over 10+ years and it is because of the services provided by Victra that I continue to be a satisfied customer.

I would put half star or non. We trade our phone and for sure new samsung wall charger. So I asked them I want to buy original samsung charger. And she said samsung doesnt have original wall charger.(I was shocked I mean samsung doesnt have wall charger??? ) and she also asked us protection liquid, and asked, is it good for this samsung phone? And she said yes, and I went to best buy samsung guy, he said its NOT GOOD FOR SAMSUNG PHONE.more : she didnt tell us how much will be very first time . I went to the Verizon store in Crenshaw because I was having issues with my iPhone 5, and Im telling you I couldnt be any happier. The 3 gentlemen, whos name I cant remember offered me PRIME SERVICE. They went through every step to try and fix my phone. Lucky for me they were able to put me in a new iPhone 8 with a case and screen protector. They were also able to retrieve all my information from my old phone saving me the hassle and stress. The store was beautiful, reps were awesome, and I will definitely be referring my family and friends here.

I had TERRIBLE experience in this store. I was not provided with the list of bill before they charged my credit card even though I specifically asked for it. I was charged for SIM card fee, set up fee, upgrade fee, activation fee, etc at this location. However a true Verizon store would do it for free when I choose to upgrade my phone. They asked me to call in Verizon customer service to get my fee waived, but in fact Verizon couldnt do anything on their transactions. in the beginning, the sales guy promised to throw in some accessories to gain my business but he refused to do so after I made the payment. PLEASE go to a true Version store. Otherwise they will rip you off.

They lie to your face. I purchased a plan and a phone there. Later on I found that I grossly overpaid for the phone. But here is what bugged the heck out of me, the guy started shoveling things into my bag: Headphones, Car charger, Phone case, Bluetooth speaker. All these things I didnt want, except maybe the car charger. Anyway, I asked at least 4 times if he was charging me for these things and he repeatedly said No, it comes with the phone well the truth came out on my receipt where it states I spent over $70 on these things that were supposedly Free. They lie to your face and laugh when you leave. If you read this then please PLEASE just do the shopping online at the Verizon website because these people are not to be trusted.

CHRISTMAS EVE NIGHTMARE....OMG!!!...I saw an ad. Bring your # to Verizom and Receive $150. Credit I have been a Sprint Customer for 15 years Now. I thought it might be time to try a New Carrier (Verizon) So I go in to the Crenshaw Location and at first sight I see the Manager (Anthony) on the Phone talking Loud Saying I cant give out the District Managers Phone # Ill have Him Call You and Then He hangs Up....That was my Red Flag right There..! But I overlooked it, Then He asked could he help Me, I said Yes i am a Sprint Customer Now for 15 years and I want to give Verizon a Try, Then he gave Me his sales pitch of How wise of a decision I was Making. I told Anthony I wanted 2 iPhones, ...6 plus and 5c,.. So He say let Me have Your I.D to run my credit to see if i qualify for The installment Plan with No $ Down. He then Runs My Credit and Then Say Oh Good You qualify for No $ Down..The He Tells Me there is only 1 more step He say there are # on the back of the phones that I have to scan to see if You have to pay a Deposit or not on The Phones..., So He takes a Phone Box and Scans the # on the Back and Say again Oh Good No Deposit Required....But I have to Call another Store to Have them Delivered the 2 iPhones So I said to myself Wow This was easy all those bad Yelp reviews are wrong...So I waited over an Hour in the Store and The Phone hadnt been delivered Yet. So I Told Anthony I could Not wait any longer, That I would Go Home and Come back in about 3 Hrs He Says Good Just Call Me 1st so I can start on activating The Phones, I still was Thinking Wow! its not so bad..After 3 hours I called Him Back and He Said Ok I have the Phones its only one problem and I said What?? I scanned These phone again and You Now have to Pay $580.00 Out The Door...OMG! i said You scanned The Phones before while i was in Store and You said it was no $ Down...Anthony Says I scanned ANDRIOD PHONES... I said to Him why would You scan Android phone if Im asking you for iPhones and You had iPhones Delivered?.....Can You Believe This Guy ANTHONY being a MANAGER Replied to Me by saying ..Thats that way it is Sir and it aint nothing you can do to change it I could not believe what i was hearing coming out of a Store Managers Mouth...So I said to Him Let Me have Your District Managers # and You Know He Told Me I Cant give Out That # Ill Have Him Call You!...
