April was my salesman and she did an outstanding job, in ensuring me as to what I was getting for their current promotion. I came in considering on just getting 1 iPhone and 1 iPad and then I walked out with 2 of each and an Apple Watch! She does a great job on letting you know what you’re going to get charged for monthly. Super nice! Ask for her!

Eddie helped me trade in our old phones. He got us the best deal possible, getting $1000 off each phone and adding a work line, where we are now paying less monthly than we were before. He was very friendly and incredibly helpful. I left in a quick amount of time with the phones fully set up!

I went out of my way to go to this store because the person I spoke to on the phone seemed friendly. On the bill I noticed an additional fee for device setup service that said was valued at $40, but they were charging $20. They said that was something that everyone had to pay, and that they even gave me a discount on it. It didnt feel right, so I asked again & the person still was not honest. In total I asked them three times.There was nothing for them to even set up. Nor did I ask for them to set anything up. They didnt spend any time setting anything up for me, or communicating about an optional service regarding a device setup.I called Verizon as I left the store & they told me that additional charge was in fact a fee that goes directly to the employees for when they have to spend significant amounts of time helping a customer set up a phone. Verizon said there are people who are known to take advantage of that so that they make extra money themselves. Rather unfortunate this person chose to steal money from a customer like that.

Kind, courteous, and extraordinarily professional. This Verizon store is far better than the other one in town and even though its a bit farther than the other one, I make it a priority to go to this one every time. Ive always received great service with their employees taking the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed and making an effort to get me whatever deals and discounts they can. Ive never been unsatisfied with my purchases here either and the place is kept immaculate.

My wife and I were very pleased with how hard Damian Munoz worked to complete our upgrade to new phones. He carefully and fully explained our options and was very pleasant as we all worked our way past several hurdles that dealt with connecting my hearing aids with my new cell phone. The phone is working fine. And I am happy to praise Damian for getting me to this point.

Angel Reyes & Eddie Diaz were both nice & eager to help. Angel was the one who helped me get a discount on my bill and ordered my iPhone since I had an offer on my account to swap my phone with Verizon. It was his rest day when I decided to drop by and pickup the phone and have been willingly helped by Eddie to set everything up. I couldn’t be more grateful to both of them.Short story: Before I started with Verizon couple years ago, I went out shopping to the other competitor. I was in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting to get help. I ended up frustrated and left that store, considering it was my lunch break. Juan was amazing! I came in with my 75-year-old Dad, who was transitioning to his first ever smartphone. Juan took his time to explain basic concepts and was exceptionally patient as we took the time to explore the best options for my Dad. I took an 81 year-old friend of mine to this Verizon store. They had to change his phone to a 5G phone. Man who helped us was absolutely fabulous. Thank you Betteravia store for sending me to the N Broadway store….. I went into Betteravia store at 4:45 and was told they didn’t have anyone to help me.. I asked if there were any other places I could go.. they gave me two options then proceeded to tell me just so u know they are only “Pilot” stores.. I ended up at N Broadway store and was helped by Brian as soon as I walked in. He went above and beyond to get me a new phone and some amazing discounts. Highly recommend the “Pilot” stores over the corporate store!!!

Do not waste your time with this Verizon store. The employees are very rude and are only driven to make commission on their sales. They have no desire to help you with any issues you may be having with your phone or service. In my experience they are only ready to take your money and nothing more. I went in for a quick, simple fix regarding issues with my device and upon walking into the location I was greeted with repulsive and discriminating questioning. Not even a welcome into the store. Once I was able to tell one of the representatives why I was visiting, I was told that in order for them to fix the service issues with my phone would have to pay all these fees that I have never been charged before. I didnt feel like I was being respected as a customer so I decided to take my issues to the Verizon on Betteravia and they fixed my service issues after a little bit of troubleshooting. Not once did they bring up any fees nor did they charge me anything to restore my device back to the way it needed it to be. Please be aware that not every Verizon store is under the same ownership and leadership. I am very glad to have had other locations in my area because I would hate to have this store as my only Verizon.

I came down to this location and Matthew and Brian went above and beyond on every level that you could imagine ending with staying until 10 PM even though the location closes at nine to make sure that my mom‘s phone fully transferred correctly and put together screen, protectors, cases, etc. I would highly recommend if you need anything to come to this location.

I went to this location twice last week because my dad’s phone broke. Oscar took care of us and he did a great job! He told us he was new but he worked quickly and answered all of our questions. I went in this Santa Maria Verizon store for the first time to upgrade my phone not knowing what to expect. I was quite pleasantly surprised by the superior level of service and professionalism given from Will Franklin and Hector his management. The transaction took a while not because of the store, but on account that I had not backed up to the cloud lately and this process took a while. I was not made to feel rushed at all. Overall a very pleasant experience. I will definitely return soon for the next purchase.

I went in due to a problem with service. Got that resolved and granted I walked out with more than I had planned on, but I kinda knew that was going to happen. I really did need a new phone 😏. I went in today for three simple reasons: get a phone for my girlfriend, switch to an unlimited data plan, and make sure we both have service in Canada for our upcoming trip. I was helped by Stacy and she did an amazing job. She helped me get a discount for a bundle for my girlfriends phone which included a case and screen protector. She was kind and very easy to talk to and was of great help when it came to upgrading my data plan from 12 GB per month to unlimited. Got my new phone, it turned out to have a bug. They offered to fix it or exchange it. I agreed to exchange it, only to find out they didnt have the phone I wanted anymore. They had to bring it in from another store. They fixed the one I got and promised the one I wanted would be ready for pick up the following day. I showed up (left work early and cancelled overtime $$$), only to find out that the they couldnt exchange the phone because someone else was already making payments on the phone they were going to exchange me. Then they say they have to order a new phone it could be in on Sat or on Monday. Not to mention everytime you go in there it takes an hour plus to figure anything out. So I was there for another hour and walked out without a phone. We will see what Saturday or Monday brings. So far not happy.

Can’t stress this enough best experience I’ve ever had at any Verizon locations!! Santina helped me right when I walked in the door, she also opened the door for me because I was holding a 2 year old, who may I add was running around the store and getting antsy, she got him an iPad to watch Mickey Mouse and was super patient with him and tried to make my experience as fast as possible! She helped me out so much she got me set up with a new phone, new case, new charger, and a screen protecter that she put on herself! I normally wait 30-45 minutes at the one located on betteravia, here there was no wait and people who want to help and want you to get the best for your dollar! Highly recommend I didn’t know about this one because I never go on that side of town but now I will never go any other place! Thank you so much Santina!!

This new Verizon store is really welcoming. Freddy helped me with my 8 ports from at&t without a problem. Every time I went in wether it was for a new phone for my fiancé or just a question about anything he was able to help me out and didnt hesitate to make calles and figure everything out for me.
