Had very positive experience upon visiting Verizon store and being assisted by Kenny..Kenny was extremely knowledgeable and explained the differences between iPhones and pricing..He expertly demonstrated how differently my current iPhone and my new iPhone Max 15 operated.. He outlined the specifics regarding my new plans and calculated exactly what my new monthly bill would be..He installed my new protective case and screen protector..I would rate my experience with Verizon and Kenny as outstanding..

Visited to change providers, due to great holiday deals. We drew a lucky card in getting MacKenzie, who did a GREAT job of explaining the promotions available; pros and cons to not just the plans but also the phones we were trying to decide on.Did an OUTSTANDING job of transferring our phone numbers to Verizon. Spent a long frustrating time dealing with our old service provider to unlock a security hold put on my husbands phone, preventing it from transferring to Verizon. Then transfered the information on our old phones to the new ones. One was Apple to Android, so it was more complicated.I highly recommend the branch and of course MacKenzie! Just say Michelle Blair referred you! He had to say my name so many times to the old provider that we joked it was his new name!!!

I came in to get a new phone as a new customer and Kevin was so helpful in every way. He was so patient and kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Daniel was amazing. We came in almost ready to switch carriers and he asked if he could pull up the account and we said yes of course. He proceeded by asking if we sent mind waiting a few minutes while he went over our account. After a few minutes he said he can lower the bill from 166 to 149 with two brand new phones and he did. Me and my wife both got brand new phones and our bill lowered. We highly recommend this store and especiyDaniel

I saw the commercials online for the trade-in program and came to see if I qualified to get a new phone. I had an XR and it was running a bit slow and wanted a 12 with 128 GB. I signed in and waited about 5 minutes until Julian approaches me in a friendly manner asking if I needed assistance. He was well versed in the policies, promotions, and products they had in store. He explained a lot thoroughly and found ways to relate to me in every situation. His customer service skills were amazing and because of that experience, I am now going to get my Mothers and Brothers phone upgraded! This store was very helpful!. I did see a lot of people coming in asking for specific people and everyone in the room looked happy and well taken care of. Definitely worth the 5- stars.

Daniel was superb, he offered me 800 off my new s22+ and he saw that my husband qualified for the same promotion so he came down and he upgraded both of us. Yesterday, December 22, I brought a friend in to the Palm Desert location to replace her phone. She is an elderly woman and has a very difficult time with technology and memory. We were so fortunate to have a Sales person by the name of Justin wait on us. I was so impressed with his teaching ability and patients in dealing with her and explaining over and over again how to use the phone. He is a wonderful representative of your company.He is a keeper. My 78 year old dad knows nothing about technology, so when his flip phone stopped working he bought a prepaid phone at Walmart. I told him to go to the Verizon store and get a new phone. I live outside the U.S. so my ability to help in these situations is limited. I called the store ahead of time and talked with Jose to let them know the situation. You will never know someones true character until its backed with action. Jose took care of my dad like he was his own; anyone in that situation could have charged my account any number of phones let alone various plans. Jose diagnosed the problem, a bad battery, got him a new one and sent him on his way. It is always nice to come across someone with true character.....Jose!

Daniel and Kevin stayed 35 minutes past closing time to help me reconnect my phone after it being shut off due to a billing issue and we had to climb up a ladder to get through the right person to reconnect my phone. I went in to this location without the proper info I needed AND without the proper authorization for my husbands account. This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had in a Verizon store. Tyler is absolutely amazing. He helped us to upgrade broken and obsolete phones and answered every inane question we threw at him with patience and professionalism. But, most impressive of all was the fact that he took it upon himself to correct an error that he noticed on our family account. I had no idea we werent getting the full military family discount we were qualified for. One look at our account information and he was on the phone getting it straightened out with retroactive credit for all the months we didnt receive it. Now the whole family has new phones and our monthly bill is lower than it was before. I will always come back to this store and I will always ask for Tyler. He took excellent care of my family and we are so grateful for the awesome service we received at this location.

I have been a customer with T-mobile for years & recently have had the worst experience,not to mention the high monthly bill I was paying. Tyler made the whole process so easy! “Best prices” on 2-3 year old android phones, but this is an authorized retailer (not an actual Verizon store) so they will only be pushing what they have in stock.Actual Verizon stores charge $35 for activating a phone. THIS LOCATION will try and charge you $35 in store, and you will be billed again by Verizon. Bulgy-eyed Mackenzie doesn’t ask to do a soft credit check to see what you’re eligible to purchase. If you ask him why he does that, he’ll say it doesn’t affect your credit. THAT is a lie. He tries to criticize iPhones but his coworkers nearby admit there is no commission on the best phones.Mackenzie tried to sell $17 month insurance, but actually I got a better insurance through Apple (their COMPLETE INSURANCE INCLUDING THEFT AND LOSS IS $11 per month and I don’t have to be stuck with Verizon as a carrier.). Ironically, this store location has worse reception than hiking on a trail in Whitewater or being on top of rocks in Joshua Tree.Avoid the used car salesman, Mackenzie, and visit an actual Verizon store.

I cam upon this store on the way to another Verizon store - I actually thought it was a Verizon Corporate Store - It is so organized and professional - AJ L. was the associate who helped me. Rep (Uzi) refused to help me as he would not earn any commission. I’m also in sales and will continue to help someone from outside of our office if they need any assistance. There were no other customers waiting to be helped. Not a single person. Lazy and selfish. Was planning to purchase the new model coming out, but will happily take my commission elsewhere. They don’t care about you and are only focused on making money for themselves.

Brought my mom into get a new phone and probably had the best retail phone experience ever. Micaela was the Verizon professional that helped us. I call her a professional because that’s exactly how her service was. Made the entire process go as smoothly and quickly as possible. Not only did she answer each and every question and find the best phone possible for my mom, she was even able to find time to entertain my two little girls. Keeping two little girls entertained is hard enough, especially in a business setting. So she earned extra points for that. We all walked out that day extremely happy with the experience and service in that store. My mom being the most happy with her new iPhone Xs and new Otterbox case. (The case being another perfect suggestion from Micaela).Fast forward a month or so... I hear from my mom that her second visit in the store was with Micaela again! Not only was my mom greeted warmly, but that Micaela remembered her, asked her how my two little girls were and if she was enjoying her new phone! He restored my phone apps, messages, contacts, etc. after I experienced an accidental factory reboot. He also helped change us to a different plan and saved us more than $35 per month. I do not recommend this store. Customer service is not worthy of your business if you have a problem. I purchased a Motorola z force Tuesday November 20 for my wife. It had issues with freezing up within an hour. Took it right back and sale rep Cristina Coronado did a factory reset with some help. That night my wife tried to use the phone but there was no back button. After opening an app you could not go back no way no how. Took it back Wednesday. After 3 guys played with the phone they were able to get back button showing and working. That night my wife again tried to use the phone. After each call phone would go black and had to be shut off to restart. Plus it would not take a finger print security. We put it back in the box and decided to take it back after Thanksgiving. The tech that helped said if it had more issues bring it back. Friday I was the first person in the store. Tonya Franklin helped me with return. I did not want an exchange since wife was concerned with communication during holidays. They agreed to take it back but charged a restocking fee $50. In my mind this was very unfair. Ive been a long time Verizon customer, the phone they sold me was defective from day one which they verified. Reason for restocking fee was because I did not get it back within 3 days. Yes it was on the forth day but within 72 hours of purchase. Who would of thought they would count Thanksgiving day. I will never go back to this store for no reason no how.

The best customer service from Tonya! She helped me and my husband upgrade our phones to the new iPhone 11 Pro Max which we absolutely love. Her customer service and hospitality was incredible. Helping me port my number, transferring all our info from Android to Apple and she even installed our protective screens and liquid glass protectant. I rarely come in to Verizon stores since I never really had great experiences with general sales staff but her knowledge, willingness to help and extra steps of service will keep us coming back.Buying phones these days due to price increases and options can be frustrating to deal with but when you have a sales rep focusing on what the customer wants and not a quick sale you really get a great experience. Im glad I switched over to the iPhone and with the great customer service that Tonya provided, it was worth our time and money! I recently just switched over to Verizon and the guy Justin who sold me the phone, told me that I should get Android because it was better than iPhone. Im not too happy with the phone and cant help but think this guy was getting some type of kickback for selling me this phone. I also have to say the guy was unprofessional he tried to leave to lunch while working with my friend. The process took so long as well, I had to leave and then come back for reasons I dont understand. He didnt communicate much with me and once I came back he actually left and handed me off to another person. I didnt like my experience here and probably wont come back.

I came in to switch my phones to verizon service since tmobile has really bad coverage out in the desert, verizon has really good plans and service so i decided to come in after work and make the change. Even though they were about to close the rep that helped me said that there would be no problem completing my order. Wwe had a couple issues switching bit in the end the rep was able to complete the order. The reason why im giving a one star review is because as some of you may know we are currently in a PANDEMIC... unfortunately someone failed to inform the other worker that was in the store because he and his two customers we not wearing a mask!!!! My wife ended up staying in the car since she is pregnant and we have family members that have had covid19 and got very sick! Its upsetting that my family and i try our best to protect ourselves and when we go into a place of business we expect that business to follow basic public health REQUIREMENTS! I was pleased with the service and the deals verizon offers but i was very annoyed that the employee not only wasnt wearing a mask but did not make his customers wear a mask either. My recommendation would be to try another verizon store in the area or to do curbside pickup if you absolutely have to go to this store.

That didnt stop this store from still charging us full retail on the phones anyway. Attempted to return an unused, unopened item I purchased just two days prior. Salespeople as well as manager on duty were seemingly very unwilling to want to take return. They repeatedly referenced a policy preventing the return. However no justification was given. Furthermore, they seemed to waiver on whos policy they were obediently following. They threw out, it was an Apple policy, then a Verizon policy. I called Verizon to verify as this seemed rather odd. Of course it turned out not to be true. Verizon gives customers 14 days to return items, yes even ear buds. So apparently its a store policy. A rather starnge policy in my opinion. Buyers be aware, I wasnt. Perhaps this may help someone avoid similar misstep.

Poor service, I spoke to Verizon agent over the phone in regards to a damaged phone and a claim, they asked me to stop by a Verizon store and they could asess my phone and help me with the remainder of my phone claim documentation and an associate at this location refused to help and told me to find acorporate location that there was nothing he could do,because I didnt purchase my phone at his location

The customer service is good, national plans are great (prepaid) but there mexico plans are outrageous every other company charges $5 per month, Verizon charges $5 dollars a day (when you make calls from there).I was about to switch to Verizon.
