Joshua has fantastic customer service skills. He is personable, kind, patient, and very knowledgeable of his sales services. He made us feel as if we were the only customers in the store. He was very attentive and explained features. Just an exceptional person. Thank you.

Unpleasant experience. My family and I walked in about an hour before closing. We went in to add another line and to get a new phone on our plan. Josh was there and he let me know that it would be about a 15 to 20 minute wait since he was helping another family. No problem we waited only to be told 10 minutes before closing that he would not get to us since they’re very close to closing time. I replied by saying that he could’ve at least let us know a cool 30 minutes before that way we could’ve gone to another store to add our line and get a new phone on our plan. I just asked if he would be able to help us out or not, he said he would have to stay past hours. I replied by saying that that is not my decision, but that’s up to him if he wants to stay past hours to help us out or not. He replied by saying I don’t care, in a very unprofessional and rude manner. After that I just told him thank you man have a great day and my family and I walked out.

Josh went above and beyond to help me and my fiance switch from t mobile he helped me understand everything along the process as well as explaining every thing to me in a way that i could understand, i am only coming here in the future the help is amazing

Cool guys that work there but overall have been with Verizon for a while and starting not to like Verizon cant get the phone replaced there anymore and when your phone is ready to update they start messing up your phone and try to force you on updating not good

Hello,I wanted to reach out to you to say thank you. I have been working with your Bakersfield branch (Rosedale Hwy and Allen Rd.) to get a plan set up for my company. I had been using Sprint as my carrier, until today. The staff have made my transition an actual pleasure. I have been welcomed each time I have come to the store, with open arms. They have (very patiently I might add) taken such good care of me. I am not the most savvy, when it comes to devices, plans, etc. They answered my questions (multiple times, I am sure) and really helped me to find the best solutions for me and my business. I would highly recommend Verizon, especially this particular location. I have to say, it was Jesse (the store manager), that really went out of his way to assist me. I should also point out, he went out of his way to assist, each time a customer came into the store. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. In fact, I feel like we are friends now. It’s a breathe of fresh air to know this kind of leadership and customer service still exists, especially with a company as large as Verizon.I should also point out. The reason I left Sprint was because of their very poor cell and plan services, but most importantly, their horrible customer service. I am now a Verizon customer, thanks to Jesse and the rest of the team.I hope you will take the time to thank Jesse and his team for how they treat their customers and for how they represent Verizon.Thank you for putting the right people in the right places!-Dave B.

The individual helping me was kind and helpful, but not forthcoming of information re possible loss of storage space resulting in functional problems with the system if I pursued downloading bulk phone updates that had been pending since I got the equipment. So I wasted time sitting in the store so I could use there wifi to get the task done. Within 6 minutes my phone notified me I was almost out of storage and would possibly lose system functions. When I advised him of this he told me it wasnt necessary to download those updates. This was certainly not the time to tell me that info. I asked how to remedy the problem and he said I could buy a new phone or he could reset my phone. There was no way to reverse the download to allow for more storage. This really upset me. I believe he should have warned me about this being an eventual problem from efforts to download these Huge files. So needless to say this was not one of my better experiences with a phone provider. Im 69 and on social security. Buying a new phone surely was not the option. I was so disgusted I left the store. If anyone is going to reset this phone it will not be him. Ill seek a second opinion about a solution.

I am a pest control tech. I went in this store today and was completely judge. Now judging the nature of my appearance I know it must have been rather hard for the people working there the keep ther cool. But I was in full uniform and the employees could have cared less. I would never go to that Verizon station again. And would and male and female working the made it clear that there is no good people in this world. This is not the place to go if your skin is a different color. Thank you Verizon .

Just have to note that Thomas the Mgr at Rosedale/Allen Rd store was very helpful yesterday and helped activate our iPhone watch and jet pack. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. We will definitely go here for help and supplies in the future!!!!!!!
