Verizon turned off my line without a notice. I was left without a number for over a day. I came in to have it fixed since this is what was recommended. The person who checked me in was rude and not helpful. I asked for help with initial issue and was told “absolutely not”. I was left on my own for almost two hours struggling having things done. That one person didn’t check on me once, didn’t address the issue, ignored me during the whole time of my visit. After hours of struggles I was able to figure the situation out and was able to get in touch with a really nice specialist who had no issue being respectful and helpful. He was able to show me in one minute how my initial issue could be resolved. To clarify, I was never offered that by the check in person. I still can’t believe how mistreated I was by this location. It’s unacceptable. I’m currently looking into switching to a different phone carrier. I don’t want to do business with Verizon, fixing the issues that they made without my consent, wasting my time, and treated badly.

We came in as stressed out, ignored, unappreciated At&t loyal business customers. We had been dealing with At&t, both in-store & over-the-phone, trying to resolve the issue of our devices not registering on the network for over a month. As a business customer, that is a HUGE problem! At&t was a absolute nightmare! The only thing they did for us was change the device Sims out over and over again and reset some settings. Then tell us were sorry theres nothing more we can do for you, youreon your own and left us with our normal monthly bill, but no ability to connect with our services, that were fully paid for and on-time.Not knowing where or what to do, we decided to talk to Verizon to see what they were all about. Man....was that a great idea!!Magi and her ENTIRE team were beyond amazing!! 👏We are fully taken of now, and were paying less than half of what we have been paying for at At&t but now with more of everything!Genuinely, we would like to thank Verizon, Magi and the team for being real people and actually caring enough to do their job and go above and beyond to, not only solve our problem but make sure we are sincerely happy!Please dont stop doing what youre doing!!

Great experience with Fabian who helped my 82 year old mom with her coloring apps, signing into IG (so I can send her vids from where I live), & figuring out a bunch of other stuff regarding her password. He was very patient and kind and well definitely patron this store again! Thank you so much!

I am not one for reviews especially negative reviews but I thought this is something I would like to know before I went with Verizon at this location. My wife and I traded in phones in October of 2022. We paid for the phones in full and have been billed as if we never paid for them. We have come in half a dozen times and attempting to get them to fix the billing as well as refund us. Each time they give us the ring around. It is now May 2023 and we have yet to be refunded our money. Beatriz, the lady working is rude and sits on her phone and then blames us for not telling her we are waiting (Why else would we be in the store sitting in the waiting area). They owe us over a thousand dollars and we have wasted at least 12 hours of our time coming in and calling trying to resolve this issue. Hopefully they will get us refunded soon.I would not suggest anyone go to this location and if this experience is and indication of how Verizon takes care of their customers I would suggest using another provider.

I placed an online order for pick up out of this location today since it was down the street from my house. Knowing 3rd party stores can be a hassle my expectations werent high to begin with. I made my first stop a little after 4pm however it looked like no one was inside and the door was locked. No big deal they could be on a late lunch. I head back to the location 5 minutes before 6 and the location is still closed. What should have been a simple transaction became a sour taste in my mouth.

Pretty great experience overall. Johnny gives it to you straight, no hidden fees or any shady maneuvers. Real nice guy and quite knowledgeable with any tech questions you may have as well. Store was clean, friendly staff, and the whole process was fast considering they had to order my model first!

Jasmin was welcoming and helpful as soon as I walked in. She and Jony helped me from start to finish with buying and setting up my new iPhone. They were very patient, going step by step backing up my old info and making sure all the data were transferred properly. I enjoyed my customer experience and will definitely return with my family when we need to upgrade our phones or have issues. I would recommend them to my friends & family without hesitation.
