Phenomenal customer service and expertise! Leo helped us find an amazing plan and Steven was knowledgeable and instrumental in making the process go smoothly. Steven was patient, personable and skillful in every aspect of transferring our old phones and plans into a new plan/ upgraded phones. He even took the time to make sure our contacts, photos and apps downloaded successfully, even trouble shooting a difficult one. Grateful for the positive experience, value and expertise provided.

Sophia has been the most awesome Customer Service my wife & I have encountered for a long while now. Going the extra mile to follow up with us, assisted us with the wrong rebate credit & we were going to lose $700 with the Special Promo previous rep erred on & just the amazing overall experience from the time we walked in, to the correction from the 2nd visit. As a US Army Fighting man with 18 yrs of service, it is these type of individuals who we look upon to help carry our Mission through. She exudes qualities of taking care of others, going the extra mile & does her job like no other with the highest degree of respect & care towards consumers/customers as my whole family is with Verizon. I had to resolve a stubborn billing and access issue with my Verizon internet service that occurred after I discontinued my Verizon cellphone contract. I came to the Verizon store on Cottle and asked for help. Instead of the usual response of being given an 800 number to call, the sales lady called Verizon, connected to several different departments and solved the issue completely on the spot. I was very happy. If you purchase either hardware or a contract at this location you will get outstanding after sales support. That was my good experience.

We worked with Jonathan and Leslie on separate occasions. Leslie worked with me to help get a business line transfered over (which is a huge pain but she sat on the phone with corporate with me). We also had previously worked with Jonathan when we upgraded some other phones. We never got a hard sell from either of them. What we got was great advice and a lot of patience. Any poor experiences were related to typical phone company bureaucracy and these two helped offset that with their helpfulness.

I was uncertain about becoming a customer, but Jas extended an unforgettable customer service experience that I decided to purchase a plan and sign up for the wireless internet. Jas was also enjoyable and accommodating to work with, and she explained the fees and process in a manner that did not make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I can not say enough about how well my appointment went yesterday at this Verizon location. My wife and I had a horrible experience with a different location a couple of weeks back, so we decided to call this location on Cottle Road. A young man named Austin helped us on the phone and we set up an appointment with him to help with our plan. Austin was such a huge help. He helped us save money on our monthly bill and made the process of getting and setting up our new phones such a breeze!We will be reaching out to Austin with any of our future cellular needs and will also be referring our friends and family to him.Keep up the outstanding work.

Worst Customer Serive EVER!!! James was the associate (if that is even his real name). He did not help me with my issue. He lied to me and said my iPhone was activated. And then told me to leave because “I was disrespectful from the time I walked in”. No clue what he is referring to, as I apologized about my iPhone issue being difficult. He did not respond and did not look me in the eye. And after he said my iPhone was activated, he told me to leave, because I was disrespectful ?!!!! Are you kidding me?! I have never felt more disrespected and disgusted in my life!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

Jasmine truly went over and beyond to assist me and spent so much time making sure everything was going right. Good start but there is something to work on. A very small assortment of devices provided in the windows, and even those walled up in tables, it is simply impossible to properly evaluate the device. Dont know how you are going to sell something in the store.The front door is broken.

Sub par. First, they dont greet any customers nor acknowledge any customers that that walk in. Then, the gentleman that assisted me screwed up all three of my lines. I didnt know anyone could be so idiotic. He added my daughters Samsung number to my Samsung Ultra phone and deleted my iPhone number. Now neither of my Samsungs work nor does the iPhone. I lost so much business because of this.They screwed me over. Theyre not technology savvy. Avoid this place. I wasted 2 hours here. They owe me for that time and for the inconvenience.

We came in looking for some help with WiFi in our RV when we are camping in the boondocks. The young lady that helped us was RAD! She set us up with “the cube” wireless WIFi. She took the time to set it up in store for us. Today I’m writing this review CAMPING in an area where there is NO CELL SERVICE while connected to our WiFi cube. We are so pleased with our service. Jas is the literally the BEST. She is incredibly helpful, friendly and is the reason why I will be coming back to this store. She was so patient, explain everything so thoroughly and honest to God deserves a raise. I am so deeply appreciative and so glad she was here to support us through buying a new phone and transfer. She was detail orientated and was just so wonderful to be around. Most salespeople tend to rush customers and I didn’t not feel that way AT ALL with jas. After dealing with verizons dial up customer support and receiving little to no help diagnosing a faulty sim card, I decided to go in this store and was instantly welcomed by seth who instantly started solving all my problems. The situation was tricky so it took a little time but seth is very personable and made the situation so much easier to handle. I couldnt make phone calls on friday 4/14. I talked w/ several reps chatting and after 3 hours nothing was resolved. They said they would open a ticket but I found out the next day that they closed the tix and nothing was done for me. On Sunday 4/16 I went into the Verizon store (Cottle road, San Jose) and sale agent E tried to help fix my phone for me. He spent 3 hours and even stayed past the time he was supposed to leave. He tried multiple SIM cards talking w/ an agent for me for 3 hours. Not once did he get mad or show frustration. I was surprised bc most people after only probably 15-30 minutes would have just written another ticket and told me to go home. But E went above & beyond what was necessary. I felt really bad b/c he couldnt make any sales (by helping others) bc he was tied up trying to just help me fix my phone (which does not make any commission). He was so nice, extremely patient, thorough and hard working. We were ready to leave Verizon out of the frustration of my phone not working, but b/c of Es hard working attitude and actually trying to help us, we decided to stay and wait. The rep. said they would try to activate my phone again through another line since my line was corrupted. I finally got my phone line back today but ONLY b/c E gave me another SIM card (backup plan) and the phone rep. today said that if I did not have the other SIM card that E gave me then they wouldnt have been able to reactivate my phone again (since the initial activation w/ the other SIM card failed). THANK YOU SO MUCH E for your amazing customer service. Verizon is so lucky to have hard working sales people like you who are actually putting CUSTOMER SERVICE first to retain customer loyalty. I hope your manager can give you a bonus or reward for spending 3 hours trying to help me. If you are looking for an helpful and honest sales agent, ask for E !! THANK YOU AGAIN~!!!

We were greeted right away when we walked in. Jasmin helped us, she was so awesome. We told her what we were looking for so she looked at our account and gave us a few different options. She went out of her way and typed it all out so it was simple to follow to see what we could upgrade, what my monthly payment would be and my out of pocket cost. She was so patient with helping us recover a lost password to complete the upgrade. It took a while but she was determined to fix it for us. We were very satisfied with her excellent service.

I had a wonderful experience at this establishment. I originally planned on purchasing a I phone 12 online and performing the set up myself. Im glad I came to this location because not only would I have screwed it up myself, I was also happy to have been helped by Bryce. Bryce was professional and even spent about 30 minutes setting up my phone and transferring all the data. Not once did I feel he was rushing or just another number coming into the store. Bryce took the time to understand my needs as a customer and made appropriate recommendations. Will come back next time for sure! You dont get this level of customer service everywhere.

I had been helped by Kirsten at the Verizon nearer to my home and Ive been Kirstens loyal customer ever since. Recently I decided to upgrade my phone and came to see Kirsten at this Verizon. Honestly Kirstens the best customer service professional Ive ever met and Id follow her anywhere, but this location is pretty cool too. Its in a small plaza but easy to find and there are plenty of parking. As always Kirsten answered all my questions and requests excellently (she helped me hunt down an LG V60 which had been out of stock everywhere). I highly recommend this Verizon for its awesome agents and service.

Came here with my family to help them switch from another cellular provider. I forgot the name of the person who helped us out but he was great! He was knowledgeable about the different plans/offerings and helped my family chose a plan that was right for them. I had my family (all unlocked phones) bring in their phones and they were able to port their numbers and activate their service without a hitch. They were also not pushy with trying to upsell or upgrade my familys phones which is working well. I recently was in the market to upgrade my families phones and plan. I had a horrible time finding a store to help me. I originally went to Eastride mall and immediately left due to the lack of costumer service. A Week later I attempted the location off story and king where I was turned away for not having an appointment. Which ok, I understand . But was directed to go to the blossom hill location if I need assistance that day. 20 minutes later I arrive to the blossom hill location to be turned away once more.On the way home from the blooms hill location I ended up spotting the new Verizon location that had just opened up on cottle. I popped in real quick and was immediately greeted by Steven Rebeterano. I explained the situation and my frustration to Steven. Dude told me not to worry and that he could help. He was super helpful explaining the plans and the process of upgrading our phones. The process was quick and professional.

Can I give more stars please? Wynn Vuong walked me through a difficult transition . I lost my phone, and verifications continually prompt to send codes to the (lost) phone. Wynn was patient and knew how to keep moving forward. When my replacement phone was going to take multiple days to get to me, she supplied me her personal phone to get me through the transition. So above and beyond! It would have been difficult for me to work without a phone, so she just helped me out. Best customer service ever. Seriously .

I know I will be marked as biased since Im the only person who hasnt given them a 5 so far, but read the review and decide.I wanted to switch from FI to VZ, the local VZ store was packed, so I decided to come to this Retailer for help with switch, set up my new phone and apply for the $150 pre-paid CC I would get from VZ for switch. A CS guy who was on the way out gave me some info and raved about their review score ( which was only from 5 reviewers at that time). I came back couple days later and got assisted by German. I told him that my son and wife have unlimited plans already and I want to have 720 video quality, he said he will grandfather the plan for me since that plan (Go Unlimited) is better for less money, so now we have 3 old Go Unlimited plan. He forgot to take care of my CC rebate, but he texted me in the session and told me to ask him anything via text. I texted him the next day, he didnt respond. A couple days later I went to the store, he said he is busy, I asked him about the text, he said he didnt get it ( my phone shows he got my text). I asked him about the rebate, he said it will be automatically applied, then asked another worker to help me, she wasnt able to do so. I asked him to give VZ a call to verify, he replied why wont you do it?, another CSR intervened and offered to help me. He did submit my request to get the rebate.Here are the facts about Germans knowledge:1- He didnt know the old Go unlimited plan has only 480 quality2- He lied to me not getting the text3- He wrongfully said the rebate will automatically be appliedI expect a CSR to honestly admit if he doesnt know something ( nobody knows everything). You used to hold VZ reps responsible to what they tell you ( in my case getting 720 quality video), but not any more, apparently.

The people who serve give very good service, very attentive. I changed to Verizon to have better coverage but it was of no use. There is a better company than Callama Cricket and I traveled from San Jose to Los Angeles via 101 with the Verizon phone and it lost the signal. cricket has service all the time the same thing happens when I travel to spoken Washington
