POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!Last Friday, we called Verizon to return our router and Sean said to go to this nearest Verizon Corporate store which was FAR from our home.We went there today and after a LONG wait, we were told that we have to go to a UPS store to return it. Sadly, there was a UPS store NEAR our home. UPS scanned the return label barcode and we were done in LESS than a minute!When we got home, we had NO internet as the Verizon store employee disconnected it according to the nice Representative who assisted us.

First time getting verizon and not impressed. Especially from this location employee Nicole really rude since i walked in the store. I asked to talk to someone else since it looked like.she didnt wanna be there. Manager came and was more helpful and friendly and answer my questions I had with my bill.

I place a order with Verizon over the phone for store pick up, and i never thought it was going to be a mess but when i went into the store the customer service everyone at the store give was SPECTACULAR nothing less than AMAZING even though I was there for hrs they did everything in their power to help me and follow up after to make sure everything was ok. I will definitely recommend this place their customer service is Amazing ❤️.

Never had an issue with any associate at this store. Always the nicest and most personable staff than any others I’ve been to. I’m never there longer than 20 minutes. Security is friendly and efficient as well. This is a kickass crew at this location.

One of the worst customer service I’ve seen. I went 35 minutes before they closed. Franklin, came and spoke with me and let me know that they aren’t doing sales anymore because it’s late. Yet the manager told me 10 minutes later that they take people up to 30 min before closing time. Yet, the manager did not help me even after I explained to him that I was there before the 30 minute window. I was there to purchase 2 iPhones and they did not help. Guess this place doesn’t want business. And trust me, it’s not the 1st time I have seen this here. Go elsewhere please. They need to train the employees better. The worst!!!!

All she wanted was to make a pyt and they were rude nowone helped her on how to use the machine. (U now not everyone can use technology nor read or write)So disappointing, would expect much better service for a company like this. Been there three times. First was a 5 STAR ++ experience with the manager about a broken phone. Second time a 3 STAR experience and I had to come back in the third time because the second time was of zero assistance. Then they didnt have the phone case required. Frustrated.

After selling the phone nobody seems to care about service or helping you. Came to the store and representative gave me customer service phone number and walked away. Nobody stands by you to make sure that are taking care of.I used my own phone to call customer service and yet customer service had to speak with store representative. I have been on hold for 58min and I approached the manager and he said that he can not help me or do anything about it. He even told me that I am lucky because some people are on hold for more than one hour.Terrible service. As new people are coming in everyone jumps like a hungry wolf to sell and they STAY WITH THE CLIENT UNTIL THE END. Two sales people started to help then walked away without excusing themselves or tell me that they are available in case I need them. A member of management did the same thing and said that he cant help.Very unhappy and unsatisfied, terrible location, Id would never go back here again .

Much like other reviews - I must warn that the workers do not care about the customers after making their sale. I was promised to be helped activate my new phone but after handing the phone over to me the worker left and never came back. I asked other individual for help and he basically told me to just leave the store. Extremely disappointed in the customer service since i have been a loyal Verizon customer for many years, workers should be properly trained.

I dealt with about 4 stores, multiple employees and even an hour phone call with one of the customer service agents. No one was even a quarter of the amount of helpful that Rudy was at this Panorama city store. If you go here, ask for Rudy. He was so patient, even after I had to reset my password a million times and was very accommodating, friendly, and so so helpful. This situation that took 3 days to handle could have been solved easily if I had just come here in the first place. Thank you so much!!

Best time to come to this location is around 12 and 1 oclock, the sales rep (Eddie) was friendly and knowledgeable towards my problem. I would have given this place 5 stars but it did take an hour and thirty minutes to activate my phone, spent my whole lunch hour there.

I went here last week and I was the 3rd person there, there was 5 employees to which only one person was being served. I was sitting for 15 minutes, then they ask me if I needed help. Its very poorly managed. There needs to be a change in protocol and wait time management. This needs to be fix. By the way, the guy over the phone said before I got there, its normally a 50 minutes wait. They do not know the policies, Please Verizon train your associates on customer servicing. And time management.

Attended this store on black friday had ordered my phone online a day prior and put a phone on hold at this location before they sold out. I was just given the phone after 2 representatives later. Than asked if i can get assistance with setting up the phone to the network. Was just told to turn my phone on and it would give me steps on how to activate. I left the store went home and the set up didnt even work🤦🏻‍♀️ i felt rushed out the store and no help. I had to be on the phone with customer service for 45 min until finally they got it working.( they didnt see making money out of my purchase so they didnt care much to help)

I typically enjoy my experiences when I visit Verizon stores because its so rare I actually visit a store and I usually am surprised that Im up for an upgrade, free device from a promotion, ect....but THIS store? I will NEVER step foot in again.When I arrived the place was pretty empty and I only had a couple questions about my bill so I thought itd be a quick in & out. Im new to the Valley so Im not for sure if this location is considered the hood but a security guard opened the door and asked what HE could do for me?I told him I had questions and he left me standing outside of an empty store to go find someone...The manager then came outside and asked what HE could do for me...Ive never felt SO unwelcome.. I told him that I just had a few questions about my bill as the security guard stood there as if he were shadowing the manager! WHAT?!The manger finally led me inside and I said, So I can go inside WalMart and shop but I have to go through a screening process for Verizon? and he responded, Oh! Because were a different type of store..TF?He led me to the other side of the store which had one Rep and customer seated and engaged in business transaction and I sat at the table beside them. It wasnt a long wait and a Rep by the name of Ian came and sat across from me. When I tell you they were the most UNfriendly staff Ive ever encountered for a Verizon store??By the time I left I oddly said Thanks I guess... and gradually walked away. Total opposite experience of any Verizon store Ive ever been in. I hope this is not how Los Angeles Verizons are trained...Wow.

Got here at about 11:00am. I told them the problem. They played around with the phone for about 10 minutes. Told me I would get a new iphone by tomorrow. Set up my back-up iphone and was out on my merry way within 15 minutes of entering the store. Thats what an official Verizon store/center is suppose to do. In and Out. No fuss and I got just that.

Took my mom (costumer for 20+ yrs) to the Verizon store to buy a new phone. Her phone wasnt working. Drigo and Monica refused to let us in the store and referred my 74yr old mom to your myverizon app to purchase a new phone or she could call costumer service on her non working phone. Drove her over to t-mobile. We were allowed inside the store. She bought her new phone and kept her same number. We were done in 50mins. I dont understand how a phone store is supposed to sell phones if you refuse costumers at the door. I understand we are in a pandemic. I understand there restrictions on how many people can be inside a store, but maybe Verizon should close the store if they cant find away to sell phones in person to costumers.

A worthless young Hispanic with long black hair and too much make up told me that all I needed to do is do a master reset on my phone – deletes EVERYTHING on my phone and starts fresh. She did the master reset, saying it was the ONLY solution. Turns out I still didn’t receive texts or voicemail. What an idiot she is. I called Verizon, and they sent me a new phone AND upgraded it to a Droid Incredible 2. Goes to show they hire ANYONE no matter now ignorant you are.

Never shop at this Verizon location!My daughters IPhone crapped out and since she had an upgrade waiting she visited this nearby Verizon store looking to upgrade from a 4 to 5S.The sales person lied and misled, even offering up two free Samsung tablets on the account. Of course they werent free as they had a $32/month charge each.My daughter, nor I, had any use for the tablets and once we figured out the charges they initially refused to take them back.Only pressure from above got them to relent but 2 weeks later and 3 hours on the phone with Verizon I still havent been able to confirm how much of the various charges associated with the tablets I will get refunded.Myra, the sales person, should be fired.I have to say that the Verizon contact center folks have been great trying to resolve this complicated mess. Myra even changed our plan during the midst of this upgrade without explaining the impacts.If it wasnt for the customer service by phone, who promised to refund all charges for the tablets, Id be cancelling.

Dishonest! My dad needed new phone so my sister went to this branch to buy a phone. My sister specifically asks if my bill will not change and the sales rep assured her that it wont but instead the sales rep gave her a verizon edge contract (for a regular phone!). She paid approx $50 which she thought was the phones value. Now, Im stuck with $170/24 months or I can pay $150 to get out the contract. They should have just given us 2 year contract and free regular phone

I wish I could give Verizon 0 stars. I had contacted the phone insurance company to have my phone replaced for burn in on the screen and a broken s pen. I was told by the insurance company it was a warranty issue and to contact them. So I contacted them about the warranty and was send a new phone and told to send in my old phone. About a month later I recieved an email saying I owe $300 for the phone.. so i try and contact Verizon directly and have spent 4 hours with customer service who have agreed to give me a refund and then all of a sudden we get disconnected. The worst customer service experience ever and this is Americas most rewarded cell company damn.. all the others ones must stab you I honestly dont believe it could get worse lol

In addition to all the negative comments, the sales reps are only there to scam the customers along with the manager joining in. In my case, it was stupid that they offered the Verizon Mobile Hotspot to provide Internet access to a desktop computer without wireless capability with only 2GB and of course their usual 2 year contract. Additionally after cancelling with them, they kept on coming out with hidden fees in which I fully wanted to be aware of in order to cancel with them which exceeded $1000+!! Their phone and Internet service is nothing special and is definitely not worth the price. Their service is just as worthless.Go figure why a lot of people are leaving Verizon in the dirt for better and more reasonably priced competitors. Who knows how they are still in business...

Bad service I went on Sunday to buy 2 Galaxy S9 and 9plus cell phones... the S9 was defective, I came back to have it replaced and they didnt want to replace it. I went back on Tuesday and they finally changed it but when I got home I realized that the phone they gave me was a new rebuilt phone... I noticed why the box has a signal and when I looked at the applications on the phone It comes with Yelp and Google my Business... a new phone does not come with those applications... BAD Service including Roberto the manager
