Awful experience at this location. Went here to purchase a new SIM card and end up with enrollment at Verizon Home device protect plan (for $ 25 monthly ) through Asurion insurance company. We didn’t ask to enroll us in any other plans especially that one but the sales person did it without our permission and our knowledge. So, I had to resolve this issue with Asurion costumer service because Verizon consultant activated that insurance using my information without my permission and even hadn’t informed me about that. I figured that out just after I’ve received an email confirmation from Asurion company that said I was enrolled at Verizon home device protect after my last visit to Verizon store. So, be careful and try do not go there!!!

Francisco is very knowledgeable, got my husband and I both new phones with minimal increase to our bill. The wait time was long, but being the only person working I feel he did an excellent job taking care of all the customers.

The manager Matt is the Man!!! Great customer service, patient, explained everything well, knowledgeable about all products and Verizon services, and works the numbers the best he can to fit your needs. And you can tell he enjoys his job, he is good at it. Oh the best thing is I let him know when I was coming in to pick up my new phones, and he had everything setup ahead of time so I could be in and out as quickly as possible. Thank you Matt, it’s going to be a cool Christmas morning opening gifts for my family. This is Justin by the way if you ever see this review.

Staff is always really helpful! But I would love to see this store upgrade thier furniture, its near empty in there. People easily spend an hour and more here talking about plans and phones. There was only a small stool for my elderly mother to sit on. If you want people to spend thousands here, why not make it comfortable? Add a chair and ottoman!

This is not a corporate store, but an independent one. They screwed up my account and were “unable to do anything” because they aren’t a corporate store. Just go to a corporately owned store, not a Vicra store.

Came in last Sunday looking to upgrade my phone and they didnt have in stock the S22 Ultra 512gb in phantom black. The nice lady said it would be in about 2 days. (Sorry forgot your name) Matt personally text me when my device arrived and tried to set up a time to come in but I was unsure when I could make it. I asked for a certain Otterbox they did not have in stock he guaranteed I would have it Sunday. Welllll...l I came in on Saturday unannounced and he set my phone up completely, had the Otterbox and was super chill about it all. 5/5 until this beautiful phone craps on me but I doubt it. Was a little skeptic at first but this is the best Verizon store Ive been to. Thanks to Matt and (he just told me your name sorry) best store hidden in town facts!

Horrible guy working in there. Walked in there with my family to look at new phones, and I asked the man working there if he doesn’t mind us looking for a bit, and that we weren’t interested in buying anything just yet. He told us right away that yes that would bother him a lot. I only told him we weren’t interested in buying just yet because I hate being bothered with sales pitches when I’m shopping. He told us to leave because we weren’t interested in hearing a sales pitch from him. Also, we were the only ones in the store. Sorry for bothering you from watching whatever you had on your computer. Obviously more important than letting customers in the store.

I ordered my phone online for curb side pickup. Got there just before 11:30 am. Checked in with the app on my phone and waited. At 12pm I got tired of waiting and went in. The clerk apologized for the wait and let me know the system didnt notify him I was there. Other than this, everything was great. I was out the door in about 5 minutes.

Had to go in to a Verizon to get help with my Aunts phone. The agent working was so incredibly helpful. I feel like she went above and beyond to help us get the phone back in order. Now, the phone is working 100% and my Aunt is happy, all because of the outstanding service from that agent. Her service alone makes me want to switch carriers.

They told me things about the iPhone that werent true just to push Samsung product on me. Signed me up for insurance and didnt bother to ask if I even wanted it. Slipped in a 50$ screen protector and wouldnt let me return it. And lastly, I wasnt supposed to be charged a sign up fee because of a promotion they were running but I was and on the phone I returned as well as the phone I exchanged it for, oh and the tablet I bought. This isnt a corporate store so you have to return everything to that specific store. Its like shopping at your OWE RISK, I will never do business with this store ever again and you shouldnt either.

I understand that staff must follow policies handed down to them to stay employed. However, Verizon participates in bait and switch tactics to provide more recurring out of pocket costs than presented during account setup.Staff and their website talk and present incessantly about their low cost plans, so their comparison to other service providers sounds attractive. However, they gloss over and fail to notify the buyer of their standard $20 per month per phone fee. Which increases the declared cost of each plan by $20. A $40 plan is actually a $60+ cost per month.Whatever plan cost they publish, increase that plan cost by $20 per phone line plus related taxes.guidepost.us
