Update again, waited for 25mins and no one at the counter. No sign of anyone saying they’re leaving for lunch or left the counter. Totally inexcusable. Very inconvenient. Has now happened twice, since I couldn’t go to another Verizon store and had to come to this one.

Friendly but need to work on the thorough part. My lesson learned, When I get a new phone make sure they test it before I leave and make sure they get my passwords so app data comes over and not just an app to set up again.Nick, saved the day next morning and got me up and running in no time.

Maria was fantastic! If I wasn’t easy-going about my phone, corporate may have gotten four stars for limited inventory. Otherwise at absolutely go back there if Maria were working!

Brian gave me the most amazing service yesterday. With sprint discontinuing their 3G net work I was hesitant to buy a new phone as well as switch over to a different company. I had a lot of questions for him and was by far not one of his easiest customers on a black Friday day. Brian made me feel at ease and I ended up leaving with a brand new iPhone and a brand new I watch. Brian never tried to sell me, but rather put me at ease with my buying options and purchase. I would highly recommend going to see Brian if you were thinking about getting a new phone. Overall my experience was 10 stars out of 10 stars. The amazing thing is that my friend ended up getting a new Samsung as well during the same visit. Brian put him at ease and he upgraded and moved over to Verizon as well. Thank you Bryan for saving me money and helping me when I wasn’t the easiest of customers in the beginning. I will drive two hours to come back and see you.

My experience with Anjelica was great, even tho my screen was broken and some of the ways to do things were unavailable, she was plenty able to manage our way through the transaction. 5 stars for sure! 😁😁

I went to this location because I got a new iPhone, and was having difficulty getting it going because of its 5 g compatibility. Either way Lionel helped me out, and I also got to kill time why he fixed the issue and play some chess! Was a great experience

The customer service at this Verizon Store has been the greatest I have ever personally dealt with at any store ever. Lionel went above and beyond. Saved me a ton with some deals and coupons. Extremely tech savvy. All my questions were answered. On top of everything, Lionel made me feel as if I wasn’t visiting a store. I will be recommending this store to all my friends and family. After bad experiences at coddingtown and 4th Street, this location is the #1 spot. Lionel is absolutely exceptional at his work.10 out of 10 service.

Probably like most people, I dread doing things like changing phone carriers. It takes so long, and theres lots of details to consider. Dealing with salespeople can be challenging because you never know how much you can trust them or their judgement. That all being said, I had an EXCELLENT experience at this particular Verizon location. I was changing from Sprint to Verizon for my family and trading in FOUR phones - a huge and expensive task. The manager, Nick, was FANTASTIC. He was very straightforward, knowledgable, and helpful - also a very nice guy. I would strongly recommend this location for your phone needs. He helped us to get the best possible deal and made the whole exp as painless as possible.

Lionel, Alex and a guy that was just recently transferred from a different location(didn’t catch his name). They were more than amazing and so helpful when it came to helping me set up my phone and making the experience of having to patiently wait until everything update so much better. Hands down those three need a pay raise or something, hats off to them!

Went in to replace my sons phone. I expected the hard sell on insurance, cases, screen protector which we declined. However when we went to checkout, there was a line item for Redux at a cost of $29.99. Apparently, this is some kind of service to dry out a wet phone. It was never discussed. I said we dont need that. The salesperson said he couldnt remove it. So, we walked.

What a horrible experience I had just walking by this phone kiosk last night. The employee ( I believe named Marvin) started yelling at us. I was thinking he was wanting us to buy a phone, little did I know he was talking to my boyfriend and apparently he doesnt like him. He kept saying he will see him on the streets. Mind you hes yelling. Hes starts taking pictures and says hes calling security on us! We were just walking to Macys.... we saw security talking to him as we walked back by to leave the mall. Nothing was said to us by security cause we absolutely didnt do anything. This guy was beyond unprofessional. I work in customer service for 17 years now and would we ever have an employee that acts this way. He obviously has anger issues and shouldnt be working with public. For whatever reason he has an issue with my boyfriend but he should NEVER act this way. We were in shock! You might want to think twice about having an employee like this representing your company...

My girlfriend went there to get a phone there, but they were having a hard time activating it. The salesman was pressuring her to buy accessories she did not need. She told them she did not want the phone and to refund her money, the sales person keep on going. She had to go back to work that day. When she went back, they wanted her to pay a $70 restocking fee. This place has bad business practices, use high pressure sale tactics, and takes advantage of women.

Was told itd be only 30 mins and that 2 lines would cost me $270 only to be noticed 50 mins later, and actually helped, an hour and a half later. Oh, and it ended up costing $820. Plus $34 extra dollars for protection. Plus tax. So ya, wasted my day off. Thanks Verizon👍

Went in for pricing came out with a phone. I like my phone and I needed it. But I didnt go in to get a phone. I when in for pricing and everything happened so fast (less than 30 mins) and I was walking out with a phone.

Went to see what happen with my cell phone because it stayed with the cartoon Android on the screen and the guy that was there was not helpful at all he actually was taking pictures of his lunch from Subway right in front of me while he was trying to help me I guess
