Edy and Ari were both very up-front and thoroughly explained everything to me. They answered or found answers to all of my questions and made the switch of service providers easy. The only enhancement I would suggest for the store is to keep a better stock of colors in certain phone models. Other than that, great experience! The staff is excellent!

This place is great and Eric and Moe are always there to help out. I’ve bought three phones from there and two Sim cards. I am always treated nicely and the data transfer service always works out well. had a recent issue whereby it was difficult to transfer data from a Japanese software product called LINE, however, they were able to get it done after some difficulty.

I had unpleasant experiences at this franchise store. Also, I wish that I had bought online the accessories to my new iphone rather than at this franchise store because I noticed that I could have purchased similar accessories at a much cheaper price. I wish that I had gone to a corporate Verizon store instead of a franchise location. Live and learn. And also I should have checked online reviews first.

My phone completely stopped working and would not even turn on. I visited the store and was immediately helped by Edy. He found me an awesome buyback deal and I ended up getting a brand new phone for hardly anything. He also helped me update my plan to the most current economical decision for me ….all with the lower monthly bill. His customer service was excellent and I will return him for all my needs.

I had a mix up with my order, not the stores fault, but when I came in I was not offered any help on how to correct the issue and was rudely explained it was not the stores fault. I was not upset, I asked what I should do next and was hoping for some help on how to clarify the issue and to get my order later. I didnt get any help and left without any resolution to my issue, as a Verizon customer for over 10 years I thought this was some of the worst customer service I ever received.

Great service!! I bought my son a phone and within two weeks of owning it a jerk from his school cracked the screen. The guys from the store were awesome and replaced the screen for me; and after hearing about what happened they even gave me a discount.My family and I have been coming here for years and have always had the best service. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for many years. The Galaxy smartphone has served me well but I was overdue for a new phone. I dread coming to the store because of the wait times, upsells, and product choices and confusion. But Abel and Edy were top knotch. They made upgrading to a new phone the most seamless and stress-free experience I have ever had at any Verizon store. They were personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Bad experience. feeling cheated. i have my phone plan for almost 130$/month, and they told me if i change my old phone and make up for it 900$ i will get a new phone and keep my plan 130$/month ( i wanted to be sure and asked many times) they said they kept the old program, but thats not the case. They raised the money and when I heard of the complaint, they cut me off from calling, unable to use my new phone.

Edy from this location is a blessing. If you need to work with someone, I would highly suggest Edy. Came in for my upgrade IPhone 12 Pro Max and he was friendly and helped me through the entire process. I walked out with my new iPhone and a few handful of goodies that he suggested to protect my phone. Found out that my screen protector had a warranty on it and Edy showed me exactly how to do it. I pre-ordered my new iPhone 12 pro over the phone. I got a confirmation email that everything is approved and processed and I can pick up my device at this location. I drove for an hour to pick up my phone and canceled my plans for the evening. When I arrived at the store manager told me that they don’t have a phone for me. He said the phones they have are for the customers. I asked him Am I not a customer? I asked why it was not communicated to me that the manager canceled my order? The way the manager handled this situation was very unprofessional and arrogant. This was the worst customer service.

Mason was a great help! Lots of knowledge on the devices and accessories. I needed a phone that was good for work! Mason showed me the new Android and how it would be perfect for what I do for work. This place is terrible. My family has purchased multiple phones from them in the last year. When I went in recently with a warranty issue on my Google phone, they told me I had to either call customer service or Google directly to deal with it. No concern for getting me back up and running. Even if they couldnt take care of it themselves, the bare minimum would have been to make the calls for me while I waited in the store.To make matters worse, I went back to purchase a replacement phone so I wouldnt be without one for ten days while I returned mine to Google, and they wouldnt sell me one. First they said they didnt have any Google Pixel phones in stock and then said I could purchase a prepaid phone with a plan for a month. They said they were not going to let me burn through their inventory expecting that I was going to return the phone once my warranty replacement arrived. It seemed to me that if they have a 14 day return policy, they have no idea what my intentions are, and refusing to sell me a phone is just bad customer service. I spoke with their manager, Rani, and he was of no help (apparently the associates I had been talking to were conferring with him to respond to my inquiries). I called Verizon customer service to complain and they were very apologetic and knocked $50 off my bill and said they would make sure my complaint was run up the chain.

This place is a joke at best. They charged a standard activation fee and then snuck in a 20 dollar fee to set her phone up without telling her. This consisted of the store associate turning the power on. How are you going to just automatically place a charge on there for an unwanted optional service. That is pretty shady considering they probably do that to 99 percent of their customers.

Everything was mismanaged, promises to correct the problem with no follow through, they signed me up for the wrong service which was prepaid and now I’m locked out of my account. I tried to get the area managers attention to fix the problem with no call back, no apology. I would avoid this store and the manager Ali is the one who mismanaged my experience from Day 1. I have been to this store twice, the first time the employees made me wait almost 45 minutes just to purchase a screen protector while they helped others set up their phones. They told me the screen protector could be replaced for free since I bought it with them. When I went back after the tempered glass had cracked slightly about a month later, they said I had to register it through the manufacturer, but because they did not fully explain this when I made the purchase the window to register it had closed. I will never go to this location again, my experience with the sales people both times was unpleasant and frustrating.

I could rehang it in two seconds. I left my products and found my credit card had already been charged. It is a scam. Beware of these people. At first, I thought this Verizon store (not corporate) was great, and the review below indicates the previous 1 Star reviews were not valid. Well, when I got my January bill I discovered what I was told didnt match what I was charged. STAY AWAY!Read the one star reviews and was surprised when I recently went to this store to upgrade my phone. I guess the 1 star people do this a lot because of their unrealistic expectations. I found the stores team of phone experts to be of great help to me! And I would recommend this store to anyone. Get a life you 1 stars.

These guys are the best. Go see Donny. My Droid died one afternoon and I was frantic. Donny calmed me down and because my contract was up my new phone was free (basically). He even gave me chocolate (knows was a frantic woman needs). I went back when I needed a hot spot for my computer. Took my mom in to get her a phone and to switch mine from Sprint to Verizon. There were two salesmen and each had a customer they were working with. We sat and waited 45 minutes or so and not one of them even so much as cracked a smile or made eye contact with us. Finally we got up and left. Poor customer service and I have heard the same from neighbors in my neighborhood. We will not go back there.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE***I have had the WORST experience with this independent Verizon store. I was lied to on several accounts. Initially they told me this was a corporate store. LIE They said today if you switch to Verizonyou get your phone for free LIE. I went in 3 separate times. First visit they said you get a $300 credit back to your account. By the 3rd visit (which is when I switched and BOUGHT the phone) they saidtoday is only $100 credit to your account. They said Verizon coverage in CDM was great, no pockets for dropped calls etc. LIE. I was not happy with the service in the following 2 weeks and called Verizon. They explained to me that 4G Wireless was NOT a corporate store. That I did pay for my phone being charged every month at $35. They also should have given me code # to register on line to receive the $200 credit on account by returning my old phone to Verizon. The supervisor from Verizon immediately called the store, with me on the call, and spoke to the manager, Omar, and he lied to the supervisor about offering the free phone! He also said they didnt have to give any code #s for their buyers to get the $200 credit! I also went to the city to see if there were any complaints on this store and there has been several of the same LIED TO complaints. They have also been reported to the Better Business Bureau several times for similar situations. I am not giving in to them. I am on the BID (Business Improvement District) board for CDM, bad for that store! I will also be submitting a complaint there. Verizon corporate is helping return 100% of what I PURCHASED. I have several people in my neighborhood that have come forward with similar complaints. If you have had similar issues please email me. Im contemplating filing suit. ****DO NOT BUY FROM THE STORE****

I was pushed into accepting a free tablet when I went in to upgrade my phone recently. I said 6 or 7 times, I do not want the tablet but my sales person and the manager were both pushing on me to accepting saying it as FREE and that the monthly charge of $10.00 a month would be coming off the bill so it was again FREE.I was in a particularly vulnerable time at that moment, a few weeks from a second surgery and I feel I was pushed into the purchase.Now I find that there is an early termination fee if I send the tablet back (which I never wanted and continue to not want).I feel I was lied to but omission and I am very upset with Verizon and considering switching carriers despite the additional cost.It seems Verizon has gotten more and more unscrupulous in terms of sales and I am very upset about it and will not frequent this store ever again.

Not to mention the whole time he activated our phones he wouldnt shut up about being an addict and that he used to tweak and that hes in recovery now like we needed to know that? We would have preferred not knowing that. He was proud of it too talking about all the good times he had doing drugs completely irrelevant from our phones. He texted my wife some pretty personal stuff which I have contacted and disclosed to Verizon corporate customer care. He is the worst sales person I have ever delt with and he reeked like cigeretts . Update: finally i installed screen protector that i bought for $11 on amazon. It was pretty easy to install on my iPhone 12 promax.Saved a bunch of money by not buying from verizon storeBought a iphone 12 pro max through verizon 3 months ago. I also added protection plan. I just ordered a glass screen online from Amazon . I decided to stop at verizon so they can apply the glass screen to my $1099 iphone pro max. They’ve done this many times in the past. The store was empty. I couldn’t believe when i came in, and the gentleman said they will have to charge me $20 to apply the screen protector. I obviously refused this, and walked out the store.Do they not realize that I bought a iPhone 12 through them,as well as protection plan, and i pay $220 each month to verizon for my iPhone 12, and my wifes iphone 10.Im just gonna apply screen protector myself, and cancel my protection plan, and switch my wife to another carrier when her contract ends.Why do they spend millions on tv advertising their customer service when their customer service is terrible.

Dont trust this store, specially Richard & his buddy David :Obnioxous David. Liars, cheaters, the most dishonest & unreliable ppl Ive ever dealt with.This is an independent Verizon store. If you have to deal with a store, at least deal with the corporate one, or better yet : buy your phone through direct Verizon or go wireless or cellular sale. Dont buy Asurian insurance through verizon specially for $10/month)! I have a contract with Verizon since 3 months ago, but the total of my bills are different every month with what the manager told me at the beginning. Unfortunately, its seems like the manager doesnt take too much responsibility. I even went there four times to ask why the bills are different, but the manager kept telling me that hes going to contact me and he never did.

I’m not surprised to see 2.6 average rating to this location, the manager Ethan helped me, he was nice guy but not professional, I came to ask for 4 prepaid lines knowing I do this every year for my family visiting from overseas with att but since I switched with Verizon I thought I go to Verizon, so I walked in Without phones I explained the phones purchased from Apple store overseas, he was able to sell me 4 lines and add some extra charge he did not mention at the biggining ( set up ... ), I put sim in, non of the lines worked, came back for refund he refused, I did not use them. So basecally a trap.I had learned from Verizon customer care that this location is call victora not a verizon retail store it’s a subcontractor with Verizon. Shame
