Oh wow!!! Unbelievable customer service. I had issues with my home wifi return. Hit two stores already. Second one told me to go here as they can take care of my issue. Matthew helped me with it, 1, 2, 3. The amazing gentleman ran after me and found me in my car because I left my router inside the store. To Verizon: keep promoting these folks👌🙏💚

I have to say that I LOVE this Verizon location. I have been there so many times with all my phone drama and have gotten to know all the guys there. They are like family now. I dread going into phone stores and this place is the sigma. My son made me say that. Thank you for the great customer service.

Verizon customer from Minnesota. After my recent up date, my iPhone battery wasn’t lasting. Went to the local store traded my phone in Joseph changed my plan without even asking me. When I got into my Uber four days later, I clicked on my hotspot I didn’t have one. Spent an hour on the phone with customer service told me that I had to go back to the store. Went back to the store and all they could tell me was they weren’t present when the conversation happened that I could Come back When Joseph was working. Being that I don’t live in Los Angeles that’s not an option. Spoke to the manager today really big attitude bad customer service totally disappointed would not recommend using the store as the person I am visiting in Los Angeles also had major problems with them.Well a week later and no call. They asked me to request one. I did. And in the store. Nothing! Horrible

DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THIS STORE!!!! They will do anything they can to sell you on it and they sold me a defective device (literally I have records of me complaining about the device since the first week I bought it) they did nothing. Then I was hospitalized and currently have a disability due to the hospitalization and they still won’t just simply exchange my phone (that’s all I asked for) was for them to make right of the LEMON that they sold me. Then the Manager whatever her name is was eating in the back for an hour and she had stains on her shirt when she came out and I saw her and then had another guy come tell me she couldn’t take my appointment after I waited for an hour. The staff is rude and they don’t care about you. They just want to sell you whatever they can. Do not go here!!!!!! Trust me. Horrendous isn’t even the WORD to explain this place.

I was added to my companys business account and we had tried several times over the phone with Verizon customer service and they were inept. Went into the Sherman Oaks store and worked with sales rep Matthew. He was wonderful! He spent about 2 hours with us to add new lines to the account, get new phones, transfer our data over, and he even put the phone protectors on the screens and lenses for us. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and was just a pleasure to work with. We are planning on adding some Apple watches and will definitely go to Matthew to purchase them. I have also contacted him with some follow-up questions and he was happy to assist me. Its hard to find good service and I am thankful that Matthew was there, as he is not only nice but gracious to customers. We considered moving to another provider after the call center fiasco, but after his personalized service at the Sherman Oaks store we decided to stay with Verizon.

My name is Dmitrii and I was at the Verizon office today (02/04/24). And this was not the first visit to this office with my question about changing the operator from T-Mobile to Verizon, my assistant Alex helped me, and I also took two new latest iPhones since mine was already quite old and very buggy. Alex assistant helped me a lot and explained everything, spending a lot of time on me, and another difficulty is that my English is very bad, and we communicated through a translator. I really appreciate these employees for their work, thank you very much again 👍

I went in to the store on Black Friday with another member of my family and we were told by one of the service reps, Josh, that we could each try a month of free Verizon home internet and that if we chose to keep the routers, we would get charged only for the following month and that we would also receive a $200 Amazon gift card each. Fast forward to our next bill and we HAVE been charged for the first month for both routers, despite being told we were getting a month of free internet on each router.I called Verizon today to ask about the discrepancy and spoke to a customer service rep who was lovely and tried to help fix our bill without me having to go back to talk to Josh in person by connecting me to someone in store over the phone.The store employee who picked up, Andres, was rude, condescending and unhelpful, not only to me but also to the customer service representative on the phone. The conference call was on loud speaker and my partner who was in the room was appalled that someone from Verizon would speak to a customer AND a coworker that way.I was told that there was no promotion with a free month and that I had been misled by Josh, and would get a call within 48 hours. No apologies were made for the fact that Josh purposely misled my family member and I to make a quick sale, or for the fact that our account was charged for an extra $90 (during the Christmas season when everyone is already stretching out their finances to the limits) and I was not told we would be getting our money back.I am honestly horrified that this is how Verizon treats customers after 14 years with them.

Verizon terrible customer service. Went into the store looking for a 1 line service. The store associate comingled 3 additional lines and sold me a free 30 day home internet trail. I returner the internet device within a week. Then got a +-$500 bill that couldnt be canceled, I had to pay and wait for some credit. Bunch of liars and huckster.

UPDATE: Andres is still a great person however the service is absolutely trash compared to my previous provider (T-Mobile) and the rates are much higher. I used to pay $300 for 13 lines including new phones and now I pay $350 for 7 lines including phones.IMPORTANT! If you are new to Verizon or any network, please try to only pay for service and get your phones from their own stores so youre not stuck in a contract. Everything is done in a way to confuse and trap the customer into quicksand for 2 years. Please be wise and dont fall for these deals since theres always a caveat... Good luck!

The manager (Sorry I forget his name) was the one who assisted us personally and was super helpful even though the store didnt have what we were looking for. He even made some very helpful suggestions for nearby places for other options that would better suit our needs for a temporary SIM card. Thank you!
