Ryan was very friendly, personable and gave excellent customer service. Ryan was patient with trouble shooting to get my new phone set up. He had to call the center 3 times before we found someone who know how to help with my unique situation. That person was smart enough to ask his manager for assistance instead of waisting more of our time to fix the problem himself! Overall, excellent experience.

I have had a bad time with these guys multiple times now. It seems like every time I’ve come into the store, these guys sell me on SOMETHING and then I end up in 2-3 months with charges for stuff I was told I only needed to pay taxes on or the insurance doesn’t cover the free business account gear they set you up with so when something is broken, on top of paying over $50 a month for device protection, they want me to pay $100 to just have the device completely replaced and all it is is surface cracks. They have gotten on the phone with their 3rd party who processes repairs and they themselves in the store get frustrated because what they gave me a deal on doesn’t go the way they tried to set it up. The sellers here are not knowledgeable of what they’re doing. Do not do anything at this store other than pay your bill. They are nice and seem to care enough about customers but they are not knowledgeable and it will cost you. It’s now costed my wife and myself.

This store is all about sales and very little about help. I was sold a tablet and a watch (neither of which I needed) when I went to replace my aging Samsung. The new Samsung has the worst WiFi stability, the tablet broke (even with protection) and the watch never held a charge so isnt worth wearing. It also would disconnect from my phone during every work out.I told them a specific budget I had the manager agreed to it, yet when the bills started coming in it was well over my budget which I am stuck with now. Now I have to find out how to get rid of the services I never wanted in the first place.Find a different Verizon store if you can. This one in Red Bluff does not operate with great ethics.

Great team; excellent serviceWorking with Ryan was a refreshing experience. He knows his work and understands customer service (rare these days).Yes, there is a contingent of indigent folks hanging around the area but they keep a respectful distance as a rule.We visited the other Red Bluff store and I would rather have the indigent issue to deal with than the experience of that other store.BTW, if you have to wait a few minutes, it is worth your time.

It has been nothing short of a nightmare trying to get my account set up correctly. Unless you have a lot of free time over the next few months to take care of their problems yourself, dont consider walking in the door. The staff is friendly and helpful but the manager has not followed through on anything. I was charged $800 for services they are unable to explain and they have not reversed the charges and are now threatening to cut off my service. It takes a lot for me to post a poor review, unfortunately this store has earned it.

I recently went in to upgrade my phone. Roman was really helpful. He helped me with my phone trade in, got me set up with lots of new accessories, and I had to leave for work but he still took the time to transfer all of my stuff to my new phone and then hand delivered it to my work about an hour later, as promised. I definitely recommend them.

I’ve been with Verizon for 19 years and have never been disappointed with the service I have received. My latest experience was at the Red Bluff store on Bell Mill. Anton spent a great deal of time attempting to repair an old tablet I had brought in. After awhile we decided to trade the frozen screened tablet in for a brand new one. He showed me how I could get the best discounts. He was even able to save most of the apps and do it all while my family and I went out to dinner. Great job, Anton & Verizon.

Ive been a verizon customer for over 8 years. I came into this store when visiting family in Red Bluff. I was experiencing trouble with my new phone so I called tech the 800# support, the diagnoses was that I needed to upgrade my SIM card so they sent me to this location. Once there, I spend nearly an hour debating with a rep on why I didnt wish to upgrade to a whole new phone, when the one I had was still new. I had to continually insist that I only needed a new SIM card, finally once I got the message accross, I was told It would be $10 to replace it. Of course I had a problem with this - especially when tech support told me there is not charge since I was an active customer. I left that store without replacing my SIM card, came down to my local store in Sacramento. In less than 10 minutes I walked out with my new SIM card. I asked my sales rep if verizon charges for SIM cards? She said no these are no charge in current accounts.Goes to show you that not all stores are run the same, some store managers or district managers really are out for one thing, sales, sales, sales. Get money whichever way possible to hit target sales goals.

The manager was very rude and talked unprofessionally. We told them our account was being scammed with our plan changing on us. Verizon refused to reimburse us for what they changed on us and we got over charged again this month. This Verizon store refuses to fix the problem. I recommend going to another company dont buy your phones here they wont help you in the future all they want is the commission..

Cannot say Employees are bad but the items they sell such as covers and phone screens are horrible. I am on my third Puregear Cover Tempered Glass for my phone. This is all within 6 months of first glass purchase. Unfortunately for me store will not refund or work with me on the screen cover. That means I am out $50 for initial screen cover and $10 each new one. Cannot recommend a store that does not stand behind its products. I will probably get the same reply to this review as every other person who rates the store a one star...contact us at our corporate email. Well I Did and it has been two months since my email...still no response. So do yourself a favor do not buy any products from the store. I am sure the phones and Verizon carrier is top notch but the in store products need some help.

Angie was my sales person she was friendly and helpful at first but was very pushy with selling us accessories and a free phone or tablet which isn’t free you have to pay for another line for two years. Got an iPhone for my mom they are 120 dollars more than Verizon Corporate store and if you don’t like your phone they charge you a 70 dollar restocking fee vs Verizon with a 30 dollar restocking fee this place try’s to gouge you.I would spend a little gas and go to a Corporate Verizon store. This place is joke. Totally ruined the excitement of getting a new phone.

All I needed was two prepaid sim cards and service for them, almost $200 later and ONE of my lines still doesnt have service because this store didnt process my CASH payment and Im out $40 plus the $10 I had to pay for the SIM card which is FREE online, plus the $20 activation fee, which is also FREE online. After spending over an hour on the phone with Verizon I was told Id have to make another payment to activate my line because they dont have a record of my payment from that store. I called the store and a gentleman took down my name and number and said a manager would call me back, that was two days ago.DONT GO TO THIS STORE. You will be over charged for EVERYTHING, that you can get online for less if not for free. If you DO go to this store dont pay them cash because even if you keep your receipt and they accidentally dont process your payment somehow, youll be SOL and have to pay AGAIN.Horrible experience, horrible service, complete rip off.

A phone was placed on or account fradulent Li or mistakenly either way it created a $200 bill that I am now being taken to collections over I have called several times several hours of conversation trying to get this taken care of and I get a final call that says they can credit back my account but it will take 3 to 4 billing cycles to fix their error and at the same time I am being taken to collections not a happy camper
