Ryan was very friendly, personable and gave excellent customer service. Ryan was patient with trouble shooting to get my new phone set up. He had to call the center 3 times before we found someone who know how to help with my unique situation. That person was smart enough to ask his manager for assistance instead of waisting more of our time to fix the problem himself! Overall, excellent experience.

The gentleman answered all my questions about new equipment in terms that as a senior was easy to understand. Very knowledgeable. This store has always had great sales people. Been using it since 2013 with great results and will afain.

All of the people in the Red Bluff store were super friendly and helpful ! They were encouraging in our purchase and understanding of a teens needs as well . Thank you for all of you help and your friendliness !

I have had a bad time with these guys multiple times now. It seems like every time I’ve come into the store, these guys sell me on SOMETHING and then I end up in 2-3 months with charges for stuff I was told I only needed to pay taxes on or the insurance doesn’t cover the free business account gear they set you up with so when something is broken, on top of paying over $50 a month for device protection, they want me to pay $100 to just have the device completely replaced and all it is is surface cracks. They have gotten on the phone with their 3rd party who processes repairs and they themselves in the store get frustrated because what they gave me a deal on doesn’t go the way they tried to set it up. The sellers here are not knowledgeable of what they’re doing. Do not do anything at this store other than pay your bill. They are nice and seem to care enough about customers but they are not knowledgeable and it will cost you. It’s now costed my wife and myself.

Employees are more worried about flirting with customers and brag about gym rat things. Completely unprofessional. Terrible that my father has been a customer for so many years. This store completely judges the books by the covers

This store is all about sales and very little about help. I was sold a tablet and a watch (neither of which I needed) when I went to replace my aging Samsung. The new Samsung has the worst WiFi stability, the tablet broke (even with protection) and the watch never held a charge so isnt worth wearing. It also would disconnect from my phone during every work out.I told them a specific budget I had the manager agreed to it, yet when the bills started coming in it was well over my budget which I am stuck with now. Now I have to find out how to get rid of the services I never wanted in the first place.Find a different Verizon store if you can. This one in Red Bluff does not operate with great ethics.

Great team; excellent serviceWorking with Ryan was a refreshing experience. He knows his work and understands customer service (rare these days).Yes, there is a contingent of indigent folks hanging around the area but they keep a respectful distance as a rule.We visited the other Red Bluff store and I would rather have the indigent issue to deal with than the experience of that other store.BTW, if you have to wait a few minutes, it is worth your time.

Customer service at this location in Red bluff was super amazing. Friendly helpful kind service. ROMAN, ANTHONY, AND JAMES. THESE THREE ARE AWESOME AN EXTRA THANKS TO ROMAN FOR THE SELL AND SERVICE SET UP. The interaction with my family and then was everything a customer wishes to get in the customer service your boss should acknowledge this review.
