When setting up my new phone I received for my birthday, The lady assisting us said to set my birth year 5 years fowars from when it actually was. She claimed that it would not affect anything. Now when I try and make any payments on Apple Pay online, I can not add any card information as Apple prohibits this act for accounts under 13. I researched it and apparently accounts under 13 cant be changed. Now I have to wait years to be able to use online payments. Thanks.

Do NOT use this location to pick up a phone purchased on line. I ordered a phone early on a Saturday, arranging for express pickup at this location. Verizon explained that the phone should be ready for pickup within two hours of the store opening, at the most four hours. I was to be notified when it was ready to pick up. Late in the afternoon, after hearing nothing all day, I tried calling the store. The number given by the store rang through to Verizon customer service, which was unable to reach the store or determine the status of my phone (although they were able to verify that the phone was in inventory). I decided to wait until Monday, thinking that perhaps the store was busy or unwilling to fill orders on weekends (despite Verizon’s express pickup policy). Monday was no different however; no notification from the store and no ability of Verizon customer service to reach the store by phone. They suggested I go to the store in person. When I did so in the mid afternoon, the agent said they were busy and had not filled my order but if I would wait 30 minutes they would get to it. They offered no apologies for their slow service and said that Verizon customer service couldn’t contact them because their phones were down (ironic for a phone store). Don’t use this store if you want express pickup. Don’t use this store if you want helpful responsive agents. In fact, don’t use this store at all. You’ll be sorry if you do. I certainly was.

Great location, everyone is friendly and professional. Couldn’t have had a smoother switch over to Verizon. They knew what I wanted and they delivered.Keison had us set up in no time and sold us some good accessories that don’t feel “cheap”. He is the person you want to see! Will make sure you leave knowing everything you need to know and won’t get upset when you ask questions. Keison has a great knowledge of promotions going on, he’ll know how to get you the best bang per buck.20/10 customer service at this location.

Near complete incompetence at this store. We went in to replace our phones after having ours stolen in the midst of travel. We were told that there was no way that Verizon could charge our account for phones without hard ID (understandable), which had unfortunately also been stolen. The guy helping us left to call Walter, the manager—there was no manager on site on a Saturday afternoon.We did have digital copies of our passports, but that didn’t suffice as proof of ID. When asked what the best recourse was to replace our phones, I was given a post-it note with an 800 number for customer service. No offer to call customer service and try to problem solve or offer any attempt at a workaround.Customer service was friendly and explained that if we added an authorized account manager to our account we could return with that person to purchase phones. We brought my mother-in-law back to the store the next morning at 11am when they were due to open. After standing outside a locked door for 15 minutes I eventually asked an employee in a Verizon shirt, sitting in the parking lot, if they were going to open soon. He explained that he had left his keys at home and that someone with keys was on the way but was still 15 or so minutes away.We went across town to another Verizon store and were in and out in 30 minutes, no hassle, no ID required and with friendly customer service despite being packed with other shoppers.Huge fail for the Mission Circle store and their staff.

Jr. was very helpful and patient. My husband lost his phone and Jr. assured us it would be deactivated. He also helped us recover some of the information to transfer to the new phone. He listened to us and sold us the phones we wanted. He did not try to push us towards other phones that werent right for us. He answered our questions and was quick to grab the accessories we asked about. Overall top-notch service!

Took my son in at the end of september for a phone as he had just moved here from the U.K. they offered us an $800 trade in on his phone. but i had to upgrade the package I had to get the deal and ad him as another line. they checked the phones model and serial number told us it was good to go. they had to order the phone he wanted. we waited two weeks for the phone to come in. we went to pick it up and guess what at the last minute before finalizing everything they tell us they made a mistake and his phone is only worth $200 trade in. i told them to cancel the order and put my account back to what it was before i upgraded. the up grade and costs went into effect immediately . But putting it back to the less expensive contract not so easy.

This is not a Verizon store tricky authorized Retailer they try to sell you stuff with false free trial and this physical site can not take the equipment back. I was charged for free trail big mess trying to give it back; went back 3 times to physical store trying to return it within 30 days not until 3rd time did they tell me I have to mail it back myself.Waste of time going here.

This store was amazing! I almost never post reviews but Ben G. was the most helpful and knowledgeable salesperson I’ve so far had the pleasure of interacting with....in ANY transaction. I’m in sales myself, twice his age and could learn a lot from him about the art of selling and customer service. Can’t say enough. I bought a new IPhone 11, a IPad Pro, a phone screen and screen protection as well as a liquid screen protector for my IPad. If he sold a case for the IPad I would have purchased that from as well. I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years. I recently switched to T-mobile and didn’t think the service was as good in Napa Valley, so I visited this Verizon store looking to switch back to Verizon. The store manager, Walter Hernandez, told me there was a $10 SIM card fee and a $29 activation fee, I asked if there was anything he could do about that and he said no (it turns out if you go to Verizon online switching is totally free). He also offered me a plan that was $10 cheaper if I was willing to have slower data when the cell phone towers were congested. I asked him if he knew whether the cell phone towers were currently congested due to COVID and he said he had to call customer service. So, I told him to go ahead. Although I was the only person in the store he told me had had better things to do than to wait on hold. I told him it was his job to sell me a plan, and he still said he wasn’t going to call customer service “just to ask of the cell towers were congested”. So, I asked if he was saying he didn’t want my business? And he said I was welcome to call customer service myself. I asked for his name and told him I was going to write a review. He gave it to me and told me that I wasn’t authorized to use his last name. Well, guess what Walter, that’s the purpose of reviews. When you turn down a customer who is looking to buy your service because you don’t want to make a phone call to answer her question, I get to use your name in a review. Thank you for the worst customer service, ever, Walter Hernandez and for not doing your job for Verizon at the very time when unemployment rates are up by 17%.

These guys are great and they know their stuff. Walter helped me set up my phone after 4th st Verizon recommended me to go to mission circle store. They do charge a set up fee but it is worth it every penny if you are not a technical person like me. Walter helped me recover my email passwords which i have not used in years!!. I am very thankful these guys are open during these crazy times and i will be back to this store when i need help on my verizon account.

Not only did it take hours to get two phones then it turns out when I get my bill I am being charged for the free phone. I am also be charged $65.00 per month for a plan that should have been $10.00 per month. When I called manager he said he was too busy to help me. I had to call corporate to fix and they credited me $150.00 that I was overcharged. I would never go back to this store.
