When setting up my new phone I received for my birthday, The lady assisting us said to set my birth year 5 years fowars from when it actually was. She claimed that it would not affect anything. Now when I try and make any payments on Apple Pay online, I can not add any card information as Apple prohibits this act for accounts under 13. I researched it and apparently accounts under 13 cant be changed. Now I have to wait years to be able to use online payments. Thanks.

Johnathan was extremely patient and helpful. He was able to problem solve and find the best solutions for me. He knew how to fix my problems and found the best phone for me. He was very knowledgeable and kind.

Do NOT use this location to pick up a phone purchased on line. I ordered a phone early on a Saturday, arranging for express pickup at this location. Verizon explained that the phone should be ready for pickup within two hours of the store opening, at the most four hours. I was to be notified when it was ready to pick up. Late in the afternoon, after hearing nothing all day, I tried calling the store. The number given by the store rang through to Verizon customer service, which was unable to reach the store or determine the status of my phone (although they were able to verify that the phone was in inventory). I decided to wait until Monday, thinking that perhaps the store was busy or unwilling to fill orders on weekends (despite Verizon’s express pickup policy). Monday was no different however; no notification from the store and no ability of Verizon customer service to reach the store by phone. They suggested I go to the store in person. When I did so in the mid afternoon, the agent said they were busy and had not filled my order but if I would wait 30 minutes they would get to it. They offered no apologies for their slow service and said that Verizon customer service couldn’t contact them because their phones were down (ironic for a phone store). Don’t use this store if you want express pickup. Don’t use this store if you want helpful responsive agents. In fact, don’t use this store at all. You’ll be sorry if you do. I certainly was.

This is a smaller Verizon store and was not crowded at all. Johnathon was personable and professional, friendly and helpful. Great experience! Definitely recommend.

The unkept bearded gentleman in that store today was very rude and disrespectful to me I hope they have cameras in the store so the manager can review the video Monday January 29th approximately 11:20 I guess when they merged with comcast they got the same horrible customer service attitude

Recently switched to Verizon and Jonathan made the transition easy. He was very knowledgeable about the promotions going on and was very helpful in choosing the right phone. Very pleased with my experience.
