Do not use this Verizon store / retailer. Mark was particularly unhelpful. He was completely disinterested in selling us a phone, and gave us excuses that were easy to disprove. As a long term Verizon customer of 21 years I will never come back to this store nor would I ever recommend any friends or family go to this store either.

This store is such a scam. I went this store to upgrade my phone. The Geo the sales person didn’t explain anything about setting up fees and he placed order for my new phone.After he placed my order, I asked him about any hidden fees that they will charge? and then he explained me that he is going to charge me around $150 for the setting up fee which is ridiculous.I asked him to cancel the order if he will charge me the ridiculous setting up fee. He just called somewhere to cancel the order but it still shipping to the store two days later and still show up on my account record. Please don’t go this store to waste your time. This is not the verizon direct store.

Not sure what her name was cause she refused to give it but right from when I walk in without a word utteted she was hostile and inappropriate. Must have been the worst day of her life cause the store was empty and she was playing on her phone. Still no excuse for being truly abysmal and mean.

I was lied about my phone upgrade promotion. I was promised an $800 trade-in offer over the next 36 months. But they started charging the full amount for the new phone. Customer Service is terrible. They answer phone very late, they don’t call back if requested or leave a quick voicemail without ringing, so you’d have to call back again and wait…. I will leave Verizon after being a loyal customer for more than 7 years because they are simply awful for how much they charge.

Lol the woman that worked there literally lied to us. My husband and I got new phones and were told to come back in two days to trade in our old ones. When we did, we met her for the first time and she was working alone. She immediately cut us off to say that she can’t help us, only the person that originally helped us can. “He’s the only one who has your information” which is the saddest excuse but she was so rude I didn’t want to entrust the trade-in with her. She told us to come back another day when he’s working.We called Verizon ourselves and they told me that that is flat out not true. Anyone at any store can help us with the trade-in. So she was just too lazy to help us even though we were the only ones there 😂 So we’ll be going somewhere else for it, ugh such a waste of LA traffic.(And this isn’t even mentioning that they added charges they specifically asked us if we wanted and we specifically said no…did they think we weren’t gonna read the receipt?)

Beware. Dont shop here, unless you are willing to pay over retail for your phone. I paid $110 over Verizons price or each of two phones, That is $220 over retail. I was not told that they werent a real Verizon store but an authorized retailer. They can charge what ever they want. But a heads up would be ethical. And the sales person Lanye is pushy and not competent. If they wanted to provide server for over charging and then tell me about it and let me decide if I wanted to pay extra, that would be one thing. but the only time I realized I paid over retail, was when I received my receipt in my email that I had to go to Verizon to get, and not until several days later, since their promise of emailing me an receipt did not happen. My advice is to go to Best Buy, or a real Verizon store. Stay away from authorized retail stores like Victra. They are a rip off.

I have had an atrocious experience with this Verizon store. I recently unlocked a new account using Verizon and I have been having issues with it all week. I spent many hours calling customer support. Ultimately, they told me to go into the store to fix my issue. I finally came into the store to work out my problem that the salesman have been telling me all week. I was greeted rudely and after working on my issue for less than 15 minutes, I was turned away. The salesperson in charge on Friday 11/19/2021 needs to improve his professionalism. The person in charge was rude, unhelpful, and impatient. I am already planning on switching away from Verizon as soon as possible.

I walked in today wanting to buy an iPhone and left with the guy working there David literally trying to fight me. We almost got into a physical confrontation. I asked him what the difference between the normal iPhone 13 and the pro was and he wound not answer. I asked again and he asked me to leave the store. He walks me out of the store and literally confronts me at the entrance, pushes his body against mine and keeps says “do something” with his face right in front of mine. It was probably 2-3 minutes strait he was trying to provoke me into physically fighting him. He also kept calling me names, and nasty slurs. I don’t know what to do, it sounds crazy but this just happened. BEWAREUpdate: I did send an email explaining the situation in more detail yet no reply and no action taken. I called the police for these guys. AVOID this location. There is a girl & a guy (look like each other) both rude & aggressive & they started harassing me. Constantly yelling at the customers. BEWARE entering this place. You might come back with an injury. Especially if you have an issue with your phone or Verizon, they are anything but helpful. You gotta get lucky if they don’t hit you, assault you or don’t get you into a fight. Very aggressive & they raise their voice on you. The guy got up, got close to me, square off at me & literally kicked me out while the girl was verbally abusing me. I called 911 for both of them.

I was there today because of a camera issue with my iPhone 6. Rue helped me and was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. I thought I was going to have to pay for repair or upgrade. Turns out my insurance covers repair and Ill have a new phone (refurbished) by Wednesday, free of charge. I cant imagine anyone writing a bad review, unless they went into this location at a known busy time and was expecting immediate service.

I ordered a iPhone 13 pro long time ago and when I first came to the store, they told me the phone is not there yet even though I saw one of the staff was holding it on his hands. They insisted that it was not ready, and I had to come back next Friday.I came back on Friday, and they tried again to let me go home without giving my phone. I was upset and talked to their manager so finally got my phone ready.I did a trade-in promotion yet it was not applied correctly. Had an issue with my online order. The store manager, Alex, was not very helpful at all. He kept pushing the issue off on me and others to look in to. He didnt seem to care much, which made for a pretty frustrating way to spend half of my day off. Ultimately I had the order cancelled and switched to another store, which was much more accommodating. Julio at the tech desk was awesome from start to finish. Ive had bad experiences at this location in past years, but he was courteous, professional, and went above and beyond the call of duty. He found out that I had insurance to replace my original broken phone (which I didnt know) and spent a number of good hours moving data over from two different devices, one of which had a broken screen, which necessitated alot of creative thinking to figure out how even to access the data, much less move it. I greatly appreciate his expertise and time all the way through. Thank you!

They were not very busy and we were able to get someone to help us right away. Keep in mind this was Thursday around noon. My phone works and great in store and telephone customer service. You get a live human being!Update: since writing this review I have dropped my smartphone a few times. The otterbox case my in store rep sold me may have saved my phone, and the phone itself is fine. When he sold me the case I had never used one like it before and had not heard of otterbox. As a non tech type I really feel like I had a great experience that met my price point. I walked in with a basic idea of what I wanted and am still a satisfied customer. Thank you Verizon!

I second the opinions here. Ive come in here several times and the workers have actively attempted to change the orders I came in seeking in order to increase the amount I pay them. This has been done every time under false pretenses. They claim they are just trying to save me money. When I said their tactics were bait and switch the worker said 1- all the other companies are doing it too. I responded that it doesnt make me feel better that they are trying to rob me too. He said 2- Well, do you know why that is? Its no longer a buyers market. I cancelled my transaction and told him I would take my sellers market elsewhere. Just do your work online through Verizon so they cant pull the wool over your eyes.

We came here to upgrade a phone. Everything went smoothly. Becca took good care of us, answered all questions, showed options. She spent over one hour with us and didnt push any products. I was the one asking about new devices and didnt feel any pressure to buy anything. It is conveniently located within walking distance of UCLA. Parking is available at a nearby private parking lot at $4/hour. Street parking with meters is possible, but availability is scarce.

Every single time, he sought help through phone calling the central helpline and that call wouldnt simply get through because the helpline was busy. I will be filing a police report as well as with the BBB.Ive been with Verizon Wireless for 12 years and this is the first time Ive ever been baited and lied to. I normally shop online and have things delivered, but since I dropped my phone which cracked, I needed a replacement immediately because I had to drive 400 miles to get home.Long story short, this is all a lie: Nelson told me that if I went with Verizon Edge, I would be basically paying the same price for the phone as a 2 year contract, but I would get a Free screen protector, charger, case, and additional item of my choice. I was in a rush and said fine... Basically what happened is that the Verizon Edge plan would have only had me pay $35 for the phone, but the fraud of a salesman that Nelson is - he racked up my bill with supposedly free items to equal the 2 year contract of a iPhone 6 64GB phone (approx. $299) + taxes. I ended up paying about $430 for the phone I thought I was getting items for free. After calling Verizon Wireless support about my phone and why I had to pay a monthly installment, I learned that I was only supposed to pay $35 for the phone...so thats when I realize that I was misrepresented, lied to, and the salesman committed fraud and illegally sold me items that totaling approximately $430, which he told me was free as a first sign up for Verizon Edge. I thought it was odd he did not give me a receipt on the spot and just said it would be mailed to me.Verizon Technical support helped me file a feedback form to the upper level management of that store and supposedly it will reach the store manager. Hopefully I can get my money back and not have to drive 400 miles back to the store to resolve all this. I am going to call back the store and speak to the manager w/ possible Verizon support on the phone with me to help resolve this...

When I went to get a phone upgrade the customer service representative set off on a spew of half truths and complete lies and tried to sell me on everything in the store but his shoe laces. Do not do business with this store. They will not help you with settling account disputes. The representatives lie about the contracts. They tell you something and when you call into verizon customer centers they give you the run around. Avoid at all costs. I get the feeling that this store is representative of Verizon as a whole.
