I really recommend Venetian Flooring to someone who wants Quality Installation, Fast Installation, and Great Customer Service with a reasonable price. They offer a variety of brands of Real Hardwood, Engineering Wood, and Laminated, with good price. If you are looking a cheapest vendor, then Venetian is not best for you. Venetian Flooring is like Mercedes Benz. If you only care about money, then you better buy a Civic or Camry.I was deciding between Venetian and Hardwood Flooring Depot. I think they are very similar. Great product, great people, great service with good price. The reason why I finally chose Venetian, because Venetian do not use T-mold (Bump) between bedroom and bathroom. I like the finish of Venetian is more smooth and professional. Also I hired my painter, Xenak Painting and they like Venetian better. Xenak painting said Venetian is the best in Orange County. Also I was more comfortable with Venetian such as communication and friendly service.For materials, I selected Provenza Ash (Engineering Wood) for my whole house(1632 sqft) except bathroom and laundry. The salesman, Eric is very responsive and professional, also friendly. He has 18 years of experience in flooring industry. Also Eric has great crews in the house, meaning theyre not hiring anyone from a third party. Ive met Chris and Andrew on job site first day with Erics introduction. I talked with Chris and he is very professional and friendly too. When I saw Chris, I felt very positive and relief. They finished my house for 2 days and half day. I was surprised with their speed and finish quality. Eric said before May is good season to install flooring. From May, they will be very busy and a lot of people are asking for job...then you may wait in line. Anyway, I would like to say thanks to Eric, Chris, Andrew, and more crews I missed on site.

After obtaining multiple estimates, I decided on using Venetian Flooring. From the first encounter, there was absolute professionalism, which is hard to find. They were in constant contact with me and they were there every step of the way. They helped with suggestions that I did not consider. Once installed, they were also easy to reconnect with. I had a water pipe leak, and they were there right away to help me replace that area of flooring. I had some remodeling done. Once again, they were easy to get a hold of and quick to come out and replace damaged flooring from my remodel. They are polite, quick, thorough and clean. I am so glad that this is one of my decisions that I have made, and that I have no regrets about. I’m glad I took the time to do my homework and look around and find the best!

Eric Choi, Cris, and his install team were phenomenal. the sales process was super straight forward and we believe we got a great product. Chris and his team on installation were right on time each day and crazy productive. it was not a large install but was done with the utmost professionality and care. Frankly it is impressive how efficient they are and we are so pleased with the results.

I highly recommend Venetian Flooring Systems. From start to finish, communication was excellent. Eric (sales) is very responsive and on top of all communications prior to installation. We scheduled our installation a few weeks out, but was bumped up a couple of days due to availability. One day before installation, the foreman delivered all the flooring panels. On the day of installation, Eric showed up at 7am to go over the days schedule. At 8am, a team of 7 (SEVEN) guys showed up and immediately started work (unloading equipment, taping off cabinets/appliances/upstairs, demolition; everything was happening simultaneously). By lunch, the team had already installed all ~1400sf of LVPs. After lunch, they installed the new baseboards, caulked, and repainted them. They moved all the furniture back into place and got out of there by 5:30pm. 1400sf of flooring, corner-to-corner, new baseboards, cleanup, furniture back... all that work in ONE DAY. That is just spectacular and Im overly impressed and happy about it.

We called about 10 flooring vendors and got quotes from 5. Venetian Flooring Systems wasnt the cheapest (however, still very reasonable) ... but it was clear from the moment we reached out that Eric and his team would take good care of us.Eric came out to our home to explain their process and take measurements. Then we went into his Lake Forest office to look at a number of samples. He had us take several home so that we could look at them in our lighting throughout different points of the day to get a true sense of what the flooring would be like.When we were ready to sign the contract, he came back to our home for another walk-through to ensure nothing was missed.We are currently doing a large renovation job, and we scheduled a date that we thought would work with the rest of our renovation. When our cabinets were delayed, Eric was more than accommodating to find a new date that would work.The new flooring was installed today, and we are amazed! Eric came out to our home this morning at 7:30am to do a walk-through and review what would happen today. Chris was the Project Manager, and I cant say enough great things about him. Chris and his crew are incredible. Within about 5 hours, our entire downstairs was finished with amazing attention to detail.I dont write a ton of reviews, but I felt compelled to write one here. Dont question it -- use Venetian Flooring Systems and you wont be disappointed! Unfortunately, our new cabinets were delivered immediately after the floors were installed so I have boxes and boxes on top of my new floors ... but Ill try to return and post photos when our kitchen is finished!

From our first meeting with Eric, we were very pleased with how easy he made everything. He was informative and took his time with us. Communication was ongoing. We were always in the loop.The floor looks great! He brought in a big crew and removed the old carpet and installed the new vinyl in a day and a half. (Living room, dining room three bedrooms and hall.) They did a lot of extras that we didnt expect: They replaced all of the base boards and painted the new baseboards. They replaced and installed door stops for all the doors. They put felt pads on the feet of the big furniture.Eric and his team were hard working, efficient and pleasant. They cleaned up everything before they left. We highly recommend Venetian Flooring.

From start to finish, working with Venetian Flooring Systems has been a magnificent experience. I would give more stars if it was possible because I cant express my gratitude with only 5.We bought a new house and wanted to change the floors on all the house (stairs, baths, everything). We reached out to several companies with great reviews on Yelp. After meeting with Eric, we knew he was trustworthy. The consult was great and Eric was very transparent on pricing, pros & cons and the worked they could provide. Eric made the process really simple and easy and he even went to take measurements to the home model.The price was very competitive and with all the reviews and the good vibes from Eric, we decided to move forward with Venetian Flooring. One important factor is that communication with Eric was very easy and fast responding. He was very patient answering all our questions!Lets talk about the work itself. The first day Eric came in person to do a walkthrough with us to make sure we were aligned on what we needed. Chris and his team were fantastic! Extremely polite, always on time and omg, the result is breathtaking! Every one that comes to our place talks about how beautiful the floors look, specially the stairs. They finished the work earlier than expected. We have put waterproof laminate in all the house (including baths).Thanks Eric, Chris and team!Conclusion: dont look anymore and use Venetian Flooring for all you flooring needs!

We LOVE our new flooring and baseboards!!! Eric was patient, kind, informative and talked us through all the concerns we had with our existing damaged flooring, helping us find the best product for our home and our lifestyle. The install team came in like a whirlwind and finished our whole home in a day, with the before and after being such an incredible improvement we were estatically overwhelmed!
