Daniel wasn’t the typical salesman trying to make a sales. He was kind, courteous and patient. He took his time to make sure we understood each concept and with clarity delivered what we should know to make an informed decision. He didn’t pressure us at all but his patient demeanor helped us make our decision.

Daniel and Cesar got me set up this afternoon with my internet and TV. Couldn,t be happier. Daniel explained everything throughly, and explained the different plans. He was teaching Cesar who is a new employe as we went along. Very impressive. Looks like two rising stars in the AT&T family.

When Carlos showed up at my door to promote AT&T fiber network Internet, I thought he would just be another salesman, but that is far from the truth. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customer is happy and satisfied. He doesn’t just care about a paycheck, he truly cares about the customer. Because of him I did purchase the Internet and I have been very happy. He kept in contact with me throughout the installation to make sure that everything went well. When have you ever seen a salesman like that??? Carlos is a true asset to any company and they would be lucky to have him.

2024-03-17 23:50:47Giselle came to my door to present their new fiber optic network they recently updated. I do not like change and was not willing to switch. Today she brought back Anthony to help further explain what we would be getting. In the end we were able to save money and improve our service. Giselle handled everything very professionally. I am not an easy sale but she did such a great job she was able to change my mind. Nice Work!!!
