Estifanos of Varsity went above and beyond to help me with a malfunctioning laptop in the clerestory level of Grace Cathedral, where I work. The laptop runs an art installation, and to reach it, you have to walk up four flights of stairs, across the catwalk and then down two floors via a spiral staircase. He analyzed the problem, recommended a solution, and then came back again to execute it. He was responsive and good humored throughout. Thanks!

Jarrett and Terrence helped me troubleshoot and then resolve a login credentialing and Google Authentication issue.It all started when my network creds would not be accepted and I was unable to get in to my laptop. Jarrett stepped in, changed the password, remoted to my computer but had exactly the same refusal by the firewall. (Could have been some Fortigate policy associated with the 2-factor authentication, but that was not determined...)Things cleared up when I returned that evening to the institution, logged in from behind the Firewall, and then upon returning back home all was good. Perhaps the Google domain for our institution just needed extra time (...several hours...) to run its update(s) for the authentication.Thx Varsity team for the help and troubleshooting.
