We have been managing our own rental properties for years and it has been an hassle dealing with tenants and repairs so we decided to find a property manager. We currently have Commerical and residental properties in Corona, Norwalk, South El Monte, Ontario, Los Angeles, North Hollywood and Rowland Heights so they are pretty spread out and we needed someone that was able to help managing with all of them. We finally decided to ask around friends and family for recommendation and we came across Chris and Yuki at Vantage Property Management. They have been very hands on with our property. Knowledgeable and professional while managing relationships with our tenants. I would highly recommend them to any property owners that is seeking for a reliable management company. I came to Cali for temporary job stay and planning for transferring back east coast or living abroad long-term. I don’t want sell the only house I have in this state but worry about hassles of finding tenants and managing. I found this property management with after several interviews with several others and had no feeling they were reliable. Finally, one of luckiest thing I have accomplished last year was to meet and consult with Chris. He is very efficient and professional with many resources to meet the need, knowing many reliable vendors in this industry. Once old tenants move out, I barley worried much about the next step of restoration the house and placing quality tenants with his help. He knows what need to be done and what not necessary between rental and sales. Selecting a reliable property management is even more important than selecting quality tenants. I have used different property management companies and I could write a book on how NOT to manage property and keep landlords happy. Long story short, Chris and others I have met at Vantage are first rate and take care business in a timely and professional manner. I like the no b.s. approach Chris uses and appreciate his expert advice when I ask for it. The owner portal is user-friendly and I can finally stop wondering if my property is being taken care of, because it is. I can sit back and simply collect rent checks, which is the way I like it haha.

Hello this guy named Chris afterI complained he saying only 4 cooks libs where I applied and there was just a 2 year and saying only 2 cars and that is all we had and then telling me to find him and his family a place to stay And saying he been doing this 16 years well if that the case why is he reading something off the computer you can tell how he was talking it was written out for him. And then he said to come to my place that is so inappropriate the owner need to find new manger for there place because ever one of them is rude ans don’t know how to do there job at all.

My husband and I had a situation where our tenant refused to move out even though we followed all the legal steps and written notifications. We werent sure what else we could do and ended up talking to Chris from Vantage Property Management. He guided us through the process, went to court for us, successfully helped us evict the tenant, and even got a judgement for the past due balances! His work ethic and professionalism make us feel very happy that we hired him. He even went above and beyond to help us find a new tenant! Id highly recommend him to any of my friends.

A honest and efficient company, Lilia and Chris know their stuff. What I appreciate the most is that they dont charge hidden fees, which some other companies do. I have a rental where the tenant was always late or complain about things being broken and my old company would charge money from rent every month (they charge a cheaper monthly fee but end up more expensive). I switched and Vantage did a property inspection after taking over, realized that the water pressure in my house was 125psi and that was the cause of all the problems. They scheduled with the plumbers to repair the regulator at a good cost and shortly after this the renter started making payments on time. The renter moved out 2 months later because she was tired of the old company but Astrid with Vantage was able to find me a renter within 3 weeks and things have been smooth ever since.

Let me tell you that the team at Vantage is easy to work with. I was debating on selling my home or renting it. long story short we have been using vantage property management for over 3 years on my home and have had great success. My rent is deposited electronically into my account. the company online system is amazing, you can call them and they will call you back if they dont answer asap. just nothing but good old fashioned service. I needed to sell my home this summer and Chris was able to place the property for sale with the tenant inside, get several above asking offers and close before expected closing date while i was on family vacation. He was able to arrange a notary miles away and accommodate my midnight calls. Thank you, thank you thank you

Its been a blast working with Chris. Everything is clearly laid out and communication is great. Weve had several small repairs (doors, roofing, and gate related) and everythings been done well. No complaints here.Chris and his team respond promptly and all requests are completed in a timely manner. Hes got a great team of field technicians and property inspectors. Its been a breeze, things get done and theyre done right. And reasonable!Thanks Chris! Definitely recommend!

Chris runs Vantage Property and has been extremely helpful to my family in managing our rental property. We managed it on our own for a while and it was a hassle getting the rent on time and maintaining the property.I was referred to Chris by a friend of mine and since he has taken over, we have gotten our monthly rent on time. What I like about Chris is that he always takes the time to listen to our concerns and answer any questions we have. He also offered some helpful suggestions in maintaining this property as well as some tips for managing our next one, should we ever get another! He also knows a lot about fixing the property up! He has fixed some pretty serious problems as well as some easy fixes that seemed difficult-- he has also explained to us how we can fix some of those easy issues in the future.Overall, I am glad that I was able to find Chris to manage our rental and it has been headache-free, which it should be.
