Had to share my fantastic experience thanks to Kyla and Brandon. I was in a bit of a bind with a last minute buy they went above and beyond to assist me Kyla was incredibly attentive her friendly demeanor and proactive approach made me feel valued as a customer. She helped me find the perfect shoe in my size 15 mins before closing time ! Brandon was equally impressive they had great teamwork and a positive attitude Its not often you come across such dedicated and caring customer service. Kyla and Brandon turned what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant experience :) cant thank them enough and highly recommend for their outstanding service! & I love my shoes ☺️

Really helpful and friendly staff. Ariana and the crew at the shop were very patient with me and showed me a whole bunch of different shoes, without pressure, and gave me a lot of useful information. I didn’t make a purchase on my visit because they didn’t have my size, but these folks were friendly and relaxed.

They didnt have the shoe l wanted but ended up purchasing some hightops. Didnt like the fact the time the store was supposed to open was incorrect on my Google search. The store in Emeryville doesnt open until 11:00AM when Google had it opening at 10:00AM😠

The manager closes the store earlier than it states here in Google on purpose and if you question her about it she will try to physically fight you aside from breaching your information by contacting you through her personal phone to threaten the customer who wants to buy shoes here just like she did to me- I do not recommend this branch - STAY AWAY

Short hair Asian lady was very rude . I bought wheels and bearings for an upgrade on my board but she refused toHelp me install it. I Did it on my own and my bolts fell off when skating. I had to wait a couple days to get my bolts replaced and I couldnt skate. She helped everyone else and I felt discriminated against as a skater . Even though I spent 65 dollars its just not right . Still love vans though .

Was just there. One of the employees who was a women with super short hair and PLUMP was extremely rude when asked about the size I needed. Don’t go ask for help as she will look you up and down and roll her eyes. Extremely unpleasant experience. Vans treat your costumers better and train your employees.

Rad store! I wasnt sure at first if Id find the style of shoes i wanted, bc to me Vans look a lot different than they used to 15+ yrs ago & Ive been wearing Converse. Anyways they were super helpful! I was being helped w/a different size of Classic & dude came back out w/another Classic version w/ comfy cush & yea it was better! I bought them 😁 Love these shoes & customer service ty!!💚🖤💚(i already kinda scuffed them up at work lol)

Staff not helping at all.. I asked a question regarding some shoes and the girl working said she don’t know.. I looked at her wile she stood there looking at me and not going to ask anyone elce…

This vans store is so cute, clean and in a great location surrounded by a little shopping strip. Although I couldnt find the exact size I wanted, the clerk was so helpful, friendly and found my size in a nearby store. She even called ahead to ask them to hold it for me! Also, if youre worried about parking around this store, dont be! There is a huge parking garage. I went on a Saturday, and after a 15-20 minute trip, my parking was still free! Will definitely return to this store again for my next pair of Vans.
