Vanguard Resource Group did an excellent job marketing and selling our business. We interviewed several Business brokerage companies before choosing Vanguard. Ken and Bill invested the time and listened well to understand how our business operated.They coached us on how to properly proceed through the preparation, marketing, sale and post sale process. They promoted our company in an positive, straight forward manner. Their marketing materials were professional and well thought out.Their negotiating was also fair, informative and balanced.We created our business from scratch and ran it successfully for almost 20 years but had never sold a business.Their guidance was fantastic.I would highly recommend Vanguard Resource Group.

I highly recommend Vanguard Resource Group. Don took the time to talk to me, listen, ask questions, to try to help me determine whether it was a good time to sell my business. It is clear that he and his partner have the experience, knowledge and foresight to give an accurate picture and valuation. I had called 3-4 other valuation companies, and was unimpressed with the customer service. This company will give you 5 star service and go above and beyond!
