I purchased a Maserati and was looking for permanent concierge for services and maintenance. After reading plenty of reviews of different Maserati dealers near by I end up going to the Van Nuys Russell Westbrook one and what a great customer services. From the smile, the expertise and the continuous follow up calls and update. After two months of looking for a 4 door sport sedan I decided on a Alpha Romeo Giulia. Even though I live in rural Northern California I learned about the great deals at Van Nuys Alpha. I called on a Thursday, talked with Richard and confirmed the price on the car of my choice. Most of the details were handled by phone or text.Monday February 12th I flew into Burbank Airport. A short Metro Link ride get you to Van Nuys. I arrived at 10:30 am, by 2pm I was driving home.Easy peasy, and I love the Giulia, what a car! Puts a smile on my face every time I get in.

The car we purchased was never disclosed to us that it was a smoker’s vehicle. Come to think of it that many of the cars we test drove smelled like smoke. Any ways, started having health problems after a few months, we sold the car and never coming back to this place. Literally the whole management team was let go within a few months of us purchasing the vehicle. That says a lot. Hopefully things are better but can’t confirm since we will not be doing business with this company again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service here is horrible. I called to speak to manager as my friend has been trying to finish up everything with her lease. She returned her lease on Monday 2/12/24 and since then they have not returned her numerous phone calls about faxing over a document to the bank. She has received the run around, sent to voicemail so many times, and purposely not answering her phone calls. She has tried relentlessly to get someone to help her with this simple task at the dealership.She is truly disappointed as when she first leased her alfa there 3 years ago she had the most wonderful experience. This has truly left a rotten taste in her mouth.I am shocked by the lack of communication and customer service this dealership has provided. This has been extremely unprofessional. Weve also read a number of reviews online stating the same complaints she had herself. I am not sure who is running the ship over there but it sounds like its sinking.She is asking for one simple task to be done so she is no longer charged for a car that is not in her possession.I truly cant understand why this has become such a difficult task to complete. This is a business and yet no one there seems to take it seriously.

I leased a car from them and then returned it once the lease was done. They drove the car and I kept getting parking tickets. I called them and the manager said its my fault!!! They didnt do the proper paperwork. I am reporting this to BBB as well. I would not recommend anyone to deal with these people.

Yohanna handled my tire replacement and computer update efficiently and with great communication! I had a mishap in spilling some water-based paint in the front passenger floorboard and mat and the on-site auto detailer, Angel Cuco made everything like new!!!! He volunteered actually on his own accord in between his scheduled clients! As ALWAYS this is my home dealership and I will be forever loyal as they offer GOLD 5 STAR service and personal attention across every domain from sales to service!

I dont even know where to begin. My experience with this dealership has been the worst out of all the cars I have leased the past 12 years. I leased a 2022 Alfa Romeo Guilia in September of 2022. The first vehicle they gave me had so many issues but they were kind enough to switch it out for another one. That is the only thing that was good. On the first day, once I took possession of the 2nd vehicle, I noticed a bunch of imperfections on the rims and spoke to the sales manager at the time, seems like he is no longer there, and he asked me to escalate it via messaging but it never went anywhere. I ignored this since its just a lease and they had received communication from me. Just over a year of having leased the vehicle, I decided to get my vehicle appraised to potentially trade it in. I found out that one of the doors on my car didnt have the factory paint on it. The thickness of the paint was completely off and the person who appraised it pointed out multiple imperfections on the door. Somehow, either the manufacturer or the dealership did something with one of the doors - note this was never disclosed to me ... which is unacceptable. Either the door got damaged and they repainted it or whatever it may be, something was off. Either way, its unacceptable. 3rd incident: just this past week I went to take my vehicle for an oil change. Turns out all this time the car was having an oil leak as once of the gaskets was defective ... they got this fixed within a few days and they finished the service and handed me the vehicle so that we can part ways. I turn on my vehicle and the car is just aggressively shaking! I advised them of the shaking, which Im shocked they didnt even notice while they were pulling the car out, and they put in on the car jack only to see that the transmission was mounted incorrectly. That in itself is a crazy hazard that they were going to let me potentially drive away with an improperly mounted transmission. Note that the defective gasket change required them to remove the transmission so that is why the transmission topic is coming up. On top of it all, they still made me pay for the oil change... This dealership is horrible, please be careful when you are dealing with them. Either its my luck or they just are reckless.
