Ive been a loyal VIOC customer for 20 years since I worked at one myself, but I wont be back to this locationThe car in front of me took 40 minutes. All 5 topside employees standing around laughing.Tech confirmed I had oil pressure when my engine was still off, then showed me the oil level after walking across the facility with the dipstick (allowing oil to run up the stick). Never touched the air hose, but told me he inflated them all to 38 as I requested (see second pic).Will not be back.

Today (5/25/2024) I went in for an oil change, and when I got home to double check the oil it looked like I didn’t even get an oil change. The oil was still dark. I was also recommended to switch out the air filter in which I said no. When I opened my hood the first thing that I saw was an open air filter box. I get my oil changes here at Valvoline and unfortunately this was the second time this happens.

They seemed cool and loved it! I brought my own oil and filter and they charged me about $53. However, that guy was shocked when he saw how clear the oil I brought was. Plus my car is lowered and was able to fit on the one all the way to the right coming in for my S2000!

I usually come to this place all the time and the people I have come in contact with are usually very nice. But today, I had a young lady her name is SAMANTHA, right off the back she was rude, not very approachable!. As soon as the next car pulled up beside me, she changed her attitude and was completely nice to that person. When she came back over to me, her attitude then dropped again more like she was annoyed. Then went it came down to charging me, i had told her before the work started that I had a Groupon. After the work was done, she said I had to pay again because my oil i got on Groupon didnt match the oil they put in. I said, okay well were you guys supposed to check before doing all that? She just said yea well you didnt say anything I DID BEFORE HAND. She completely flipped her hair and more attitude came out. Girlfriend, you are not meant for customer service!

Quick service, yes. But less than professional. The trainee tech had trouble removing my air filter and damaged the fasteners while another tech looked on. A questioned them about it before they closed the hood, and was told that the fasteners were OK, dont worry about it.

People always say this place is expensive. Its not. Just say no to the upsales. I got my oil changed, fluids replenished, tires filled and checked, and battery checked, all for around $60. Way easier than taking it to the mechanic.

Both of my experiences with two different cars were great I didnt have to wait but 2 minutes before I was being guided into the bay never had to leave my car while the checked fluids lights and belts plus filter never tried to forcefully up sale me and I was able to use a 10 dollar off coupon they also use brand name oil not cheap stuff everything was done in 15 minutes

In the middle of getting my oil change they informed me that they couldn’t put my skid plate back on because it was missing screws. Apparently I had 6 of 8 screws missing according to them . If I was missing that many screws my skid plate would’ve been dragging under my car which it wasn’t. So something doesn’t add up because if I was missing screws why would they take my skid plate off to begin with knowing that they wouldn’t be able to put it back on. They didn’t have an answer for me when I asked why would they insist on removing the plate and doing the oil change before telling me prior to removing . So they just put my skit plate in a bag and gave it to me and told me that I could go buy another plate or more screws and they could put it on for me . I had to go to the car dealership after my oil change and buy 6 screws which were $6 each and have somebody else put my skid plate back on because I was not in the area anymore.I would hope next time they come across this situation with somebody else they inform a customer FIRST that if they remove something they will not be able to put things back on

Okay service in that the guys seem to be more interested in each other especially with the girl than the customer. No greeting or break down of pricing my attendant is just boom boom boom done. No its not I want to know what Im getting and what Im paying for, but not even eye contact from this guy or anyone else. Might suggest some customer service training less joking around with each other, no offense but dont really want to entrust my vehicle to a bunch of jokers, thanks

I usually do my oil change at home but this time I didn’t have time to do it so I decided to try valvoline. Everything was quick but the price is expensive. It shouldn’t cost that much to change the oil. I decided to do my oil change at home yesterday, the first time since getting it done at valvoline. It was the worst ever. They tightened the oil filter so hard that it wouldn’t budge. It took 5 hours to finally get it off. But before that it basically has to be broken into pieces. 3 separate tools were bought to try to get it off: oil filter wrench and oil filter swivel handle wrench (2 of them). It was all such a mess. Definitely never trying valvoline again.

This is based on my experience on 12/23 - I came in around 530ish and was immediately directed into the bay. The customer service representative greeted me and asked me what I was there for. I informed him I’m here for an oil change and away they go. The whole time the bay is busy with other customers and all the reps are busy moving like a machine. While they’re working on the oil the rep who greeted me is going over other services my vehicle might be in need of. I was previously there for a transmission service, radiator flush, and prior oil changes so they have my service history. The other rep is busy checking my tire pressure and light check (stop lights, brake lights, etc). 20 minutes later I’m done. I had a coupon for 20 percent off so my service came out to 90 bucks. Why? Because I paid for the synthetic oil service. Most will say it’s a bit high but for the convenience on a Friday night I don’t mind. I can do my own oil change and usually do but I didn’t have time on Christmas weekend. I recommend them based on the services offered and the professional staff. If it seems too pricey I recommend shopping around but it’s not the fault of the people who work there if they have to charge what they charge. My review was not paid nor was I compensated for it.

Horrible. They promote 15 minute service, yet Ive sat here one car back for 45 minutes. 3 cars have gone thorough the other bay and they dont do anything to help me get through. I had 1 hour for lunch, with 15 minute service and 1 car ahead of me, I my math was correct. Just awful. What a waste of time.

Every time I come here, I have a wonderful experience. Great customer service and they always do a great job and do it quickly. The last time I came, they realized I didnt need an oil change and didnt want to charge me if I didnt need it. I truly appreciate their honesty and friendly natures. As long as I have been my oil changed and my filters checked at Valvoline. I have never seen them take the air filter out, and because I denied wanting to pay for a new one. ( 37.00 pssst it’s 15.00$ on Amazon) stuffed it back in with the the dust they had pulled off. He said that they have to keep-it together. (That made no sense) I will never return to this Valvoline. Matthew needs training in customer service.

Great service from great people who really care about extending the life of your car. They don’t recommend stuff you don’t really need—only things they know will prevent further issues down the road. Also, today I came without coupons (honestly just didn’t think about it) and both the gentlemen who helped me put in coupon codes for me without me even hinting at needing them lol. Just wow! I’ll come here again and again. Worth waiting in line for a little if you don’t get there early in the morning as well. Thanks so much you guys!

Came for a tire rotation. They were quick and professional. No pressure for add ones. My front end wears differently and the gentleman I talked with was informative and awesome to work with. My husband is a mechanic and at times its easier to drive through and pay for simple services. This is the place we go to for our maintenance. Great team and great job!

Very helpful and were able to give our car an oil change later than anyone else. Neither pep boys or big O would see us at 545pm although they close at 6pm. Valvoline said that it was no problem and in fact that as long as we were in line by 7pm they would still do it!

I had a groupon and paid for the full synthetic. They put a sticker on my windshield with a number 3k higher. I asked the guy why would it be 3k higher for synthetic (which i get all the time) and he said that was the standard for synthetic 3-5k. I said no its not. What do tell for regular oil, 1-3k. He leaves and a guy comes back with a handrwitten sticker says 5k. I mean how do i even know they put synthetic oil. Then they wanted to charge me a outrageous price for an air filter. I was lazy and didnt want to drive to my mechanic. Learned my lesson.

When I first came to this location they were all very professional. Communicative with what they were going to check on my car and the service was fast. I had no problems with my car until my 2nd visit for an oil change they did not put the full amount of oil And they did not fully inspect my vehicle how they should.Customer service is great but the job wasnt done correctly. They did a great job on my car for oil, lube, filter check up. They helped me right away and I was in and out within an hour max. They were patient and explained the differences in the 3 types of oil changes they offer and helped me choose the one best for my car (without any pressure on me). My car is running 100% smoother than before I took it in to see them. I will definitely be returning to this location for service every 3 months moving forward and very happy i dropped by and gave Valvoline a shot. Price seemed a little higher than I thought it would be... but I would say worth it😁😁😁😁

The price was higher for my Mercedes for no reason. I asked why and they said its because they have a special procedure to siphon the oil out of the dip stick tube while as other cars they open the drain plug. Even though the mercedes has a drain plug too he still couldnt give me a better price. The oil filter is more accessible also. I feel like theyre upcharging for no good reason other than for profit. Its literally less labor for them. You can buy an oil filter wrench, jacks and oil for the same price of what theyre charging, and youd still have enough money for a double double animal style.

I called in to ask how much a service would be for an oil change at this location after speaking with another representative with Valvoline who provided pricing however recommended that I contact the actual location regarding an AARP discount. I had opted to purchase a higher quality oil and a high-quality oil filter for my vehicle however when they contacted the location and spoke with Riley I was told they would not accept the oil or oil filter because it was not a Valvoline product and they would not provide any service other than at full price. The previous representative I spoke from Valvoline at their home office indicated to me that the service with my own oil and filter would be around $40. Riley States that using only the base filter and base oil of a synthetic blend would be 73.99 for my vehicle. Clearly Riley is out to just rip off customers and I would recommend anyone seeking to have the oil changed to please check out your local pep boys or Firestone location who not only provides way better service and customer service but its also approximately one-third of the cost.

Nobody would run to another Valvoline location less than two miles away to get one. They actually suggested I go get my own from an auto parts store and come back or go to another store. Just a dismal level of service, poor way to treat a customer. There are way too many competitors that are interested in my business to waste my time with these fools.

They were quick with my car and only changed what was necessary, which for automotive industry is rare! Normally other places are trying to up-sell you on windshield wipers and air filters even though you dont need to replace them, Valvoline didnt do that. I was in and out in about 10 mins which I love because I need my car on the weekend for errands so having to give my car up for half a day to get an oil change is out of the question. Roughly 6 months ago the person who was changing the oil did not properly secure the skid plate and came loose on the freeway shortly after. Fortunately I had some zip ties and was able to pull off and reattach for the time being. Things could have been far worse.I guess all locations changed their policy since and a manager supposedly inspects each skid plate before you leave.Other than that one experience they tend to have speedy service, however compared to other locations this location is not first on my list.

My favorite oil change EVER! You never get out of your car. There is a team of mechanics working on a floor below you and there are three bays. They work off of a checklist. The teams above and below are calling out the items they are working on and checking off the list. Everybody is very knowledgeable and keep you in the loop during the whole process.

They put a gallon to much oil in my car and didnt properly secure the cap on my brothers car after oil changing. causing a leak for a while. Over all just no attention to detail and Its incredible they were so not focused on the job they put an extra gallon of oil into my car.
