I cannot say enough wonderful things about Valley Urgent Care. A human answered the phone, they confirmed that my insurance was accepted over the phone, they expected me when I arrived and had my paperwork ready. I didn’t have to wait, the facility was EXTREMELY clean and sterile, it felt like a doctors office/hospital. The front office was kind, attentive, and efficient. There was no hidden cost, they gave me a COVID test upon arrival, everyone was masked, the doctor was quick to see me and was expedient yet took his time to listen to my questions and address my concerns. This is literally the best urgent care I have ever found. Do you yourself a favor and choose this place first!

Made an online appointment with some difficulty including insurance. Received acknowledgement by email and voicemail. When I arrived was told they didnt accept our insurance and suggested another urgent care miles away.I revised the rating since the owner apologized and plans changes that may prevent this type of problem. A good feature is the ability to make a reservation but ensure they accept your insurance.

Been having a high fever for 3 days with intense body aches and sore throat. Even though the tests that were taken came back negative, the provider trusted his guts and treated me appropriately and I instantly felt better after I was given a shot for inflammation within 30mins to an hour and I was sent home with meds as well. Even my fiancé said I looked better and I was in much better spirits. The staff were also very caring and empathetic towards me. Thank you guys very much.

On my visit, it was a slow day maybe 2 or 3 patients max including myself. I felt so rushed to get me out. The doctor wouldnt listen to me, and gave the wrong diagnosis and prescribed the wrong medication. I even suggested what the ailment could be and the doctor said no you are wrong. Gave me the wrong meds, nothing for the pain and set me on my way. Ended up going to the ER finding out I was right and it was an infection. By this time I had a fever. This is not a good medical facility. The doctor could have taken an extra min to listen and assess and not potentially put me in more harms way by prescribing a medicine that wont help me. I cant even believe that guy is a doctor.

I was in early in the morning. The staff was polite and courteous. The inside was very clean, with nice furnishings. I had a painless appointment. The Doctor did not rush and was thorough.Ive been to other doctors offices and even my dentist whos office had serious interior deterioration which makes me very uncomfortable.It was very nice experience be in an upto date Urgent care office.Im very satisfied with the care I received here.

At 11:30am we went to this urgent care, reciptionist said three people are in front of us, and because in lobby were some people I took my old mother 82 years old to my car wait there. I asked reciptionist to call ten minutes before our turn. After one hour I came back to the reciptionist to ask if after one hour is our turn or not.She said at the time one person is in front of us. She again said she would call me ten minutes before our turn to take my mother there. Again for half an hour we waited. She called me 12:20 pm to go there but we waited there for more than 40 minutes. Two times I complainted and she didnt care. Around 1 pm they guided us to a room to see a doctor but he came to visit my mother after 20 minutes. During the time we were waiting to visit the doctor in the room, when I complainted the girl at front desk she said rudly do you want to see the doctor or you want to leave.I was very upset. my mother is old and sick and needed attention but they didnt care. It was valley urgent care in Reseda.

I took my husband early in the morning. They did some regular preliminary check ups. Temperature, blood pressure, Covid test, heartbeat, etc. then they sent us to chest X-ray and results they suppose to tell us in 24 hours and send a copy to his doctor. We did go to another location and finally they took us in for chest X ray and sent us home.Same night my husband cough and breathing got worst, we measured his oxygen it was 73 so I took him to Northridge hospital ER. After a little wait they took us in and after some examination they found out his oxygen level was very low he had phenomena . and got transferred to the hospital where we stayed 5 days. His situation was really critical and he needed oxygen. On our second day there I had a phone call from the urgent care ppl that my husband chest X-ray is fine and he doesn’t have any illness. Wow I could’ve sue them big time and asked all my co payments back.My husband back home breathing thank god. That’s what it matters now. I don’t know who controls places like this. And check the people work there if they’re really certified physicians.

Checked in online, was able to get a time within the hour. Arrived for check in and was in a room within about 10 minutes. The doctor saw me quickly and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew instantly what was wrong and was able to answer all of my questions. Bloodwork was done in the room so no need to go to a lab. The staff was all very friendly and the office is very clean. Parking is in the back which made me get a little lost but now I know. Best urgent care visit I’ve ever had.

I highly recommend this Urgent Care Center! This was my first time here, which I chose because it was much closer to my home than the one through my health insurance, (which is downtown Los Angeles, and a very long wait time). The front office staff was very nice and handled everything in a professional and timely way. The wait was not very long; the nurse who took me to my room and took care of my vitals was also very friendly, timely, and professional. The doctor, Dr. Eshaghian, came in shortly afterwards, did an exam, took my concerns very seriously, and addressed everything so I could easily understand him. He went over and above to help me with my medical issues, explained my prescriptions in detail, and did a very thorough job. My insurance did not cover this visit, which I knew in advance, and the cash out of pocket was only $125.00, which is half as much as several other Urgent Cares in the area. Im so very happy to find this Urgent Care, and I would not hesitate to use it again if I needed it. Thank you to everyone there for helping me!

Definitely not what I expected from a urgent care, and I don’t know if it was because of the time a day I went which was about late morning early afternoon on a Tuesday but seemingly I was in an out. I just knew I was going to be there over two hours, but it was about 30 to 45 minutes only because they had one provider and they were in the middle of a procedure with another patient. The staff was amazingly friendly and hopefully I won’t need to go back but if I do I definitely will make my way back to this location.

I was looking for an urgent care and Valley Urgent Care showed up on the map nearby. I couldn’t wait 2 weeks for a doctor’s appointment and decided to go to Valley Urgent Care. First of all, there was no wait and the waiting room was clean. In fact, the entire facility was very clean which made me feel much more at ease. All the nurses were extremely kind, attentive, and professional. The doctor, Vanessa, was very thorough and provided me with the right guidance and information I needed to heal properly. I took her advice to the full extent because I could tell she was being honest and mindful. Overall, I would highly recommend this urgent care facility to anyone in need. God forbid something comes up in the future, I will surely be going there.

This is my second time here. Nothing but amazing service. First time I was there was for myself and the doctor was very attentive and gave me all the medicine to get me back up on my feet as soon as possible. This recent time I took my son. The doctor was very knowledgeable and really took his time to exam my son. Medication has already kicked in and my son is feeling better. (1day). Check in process is fast and easy. Everything is done online. So glad it’s about 7 min from us. Front office staff is very friendly too. Can’t forget about back office. He was so sweet to my son. He knew he was a bit nervous and was very gentle with him while taking his vitals. Thank you!!! They have a sign stating that they are short staff and to be kind. So BE KIND people!

I dont really get sick or Injured but my experience hear was very minimal. Before I went in I made a call to make sure they could help with a little basic information of course the asked about Insurance and I told them Im a cash customer. When I get there they front desk physically saw the pain in my leg was so extreme I could hardly walk, really limp. So much that they started to take care of me and they would come out to the waiting room other than having me to go back and fourth to the counter. Very nice receptionist.After literally telling the nurse, the check in documents, the on site nurse practitioners the same exact description of the pain Im having for the last 2 days. I went in the back room AFTER I paid I sat down for about 2 mins before the nurse came in and I explained the same thing all over again. Then the practitioners or Dr ( never identified himself) tells me you need E.R go now. We cant do anything for that. He didnt touch to see where pain came from he didnt even try to physically look at where I was pointing the pain was radiating from. No pain meds offered although he acknowledged the spazing in my hurt area ( thigh ). I had to demand pain relief and he seems bothers and advised me of the price first and foremost as if money is HIS concern when it comes to MY health in my opinion and he also told me if he gave me anything the ER would decline to give me more. Me being new to this type of situation just agreed with his professional suggestion. When the intake happened at the ER they fast tracked a pain shot before I was even verified for Insurance due to the acute pain they noticed. The same shaking due to pain and they told me yea we have a radar that tells us when you took other drugs from other hospital locations and laughed 😅. Anyways, because of the lack of care I cant rate this place well. If you have the flu, minor cut, fever yea maybe come here but anything more extreme even if you have Insurance you should avoid this place.Biggest waste of 125 dollars just so I could be told to go to the ER by who nows whom. Could have been a Dr. Could have been nurse practitioners.I will say 1 star for cleanliness.

The staff was friendly and courteous. They told me I may have to wait 2.5 hours which I didn’t. Place was busy, and the wait was about 2 hours. The doctor explained everything clearly.Registration was done online when I got there. They sent me a link to complete which was simple enough and easy to follow. They checked my eligibility prior to sending me the registration link. Accidentally clicked back while I was filling out the form, and it reset the page. I had to start over. I didn’t like that part, but not a major issue.Place was really clean!Parking wasn’t that great, though.

Before I went in, I called to make sure that they accept my insurance provider. They confirmed that they work with the insurance provider. So I go in and sit their for an hour to only find out that they don’t accept my insurance providers. There was no apology, no nothing but they wanted to charge me 125$ for the visit. I had the reviews about the helpful and friendly staff.. but unfortunately there was nothing helpful, friendly or even remotely competent about the staff.

My treatment was thorough and as needed. i received a follow-up phone call and when I called back the receptionist said, I remember you, how are you feeling? Perfect example of their caring staff. Front desk is nice but overall bad service. Waited an hour just for the doctor to see me for maybe 3 minutes and he rushed out the door. I didn’t even have time to ask questions. Also the medication they told me I was going to get wasn’t even at the pharmacy. I called the facility to inform them and they told me they would call me back. They never called me back. Not sure how they even have so many good reviews.

This is the first visit to this urgent care for me and I have been suffering from occipital neuralgia trigeminal neuralgia and whiplash for four years. I was not sure I was going to be able to get the care I needed and was pleasantly surprised by the diagnosis and help that I received from Dr. Daniel Eshaghian. I was not able to work which is the problem when your a legal assistant and independent contractor so I was extremely stressed. Considering this is my first time at this urgent care and the doctor only was going on what I was telling him as to what was causing my medical problem, it was clear that the doctor and the Urgent Care workers as a whole were concerned about me as a person. Is very rare to find that type of care especially at an urgent care. Their care for me is very much appreciated and they helped me get over this problem. The medication I have always taken was not bringing down my pain level as it should have and I asked them if they could maybe call in a supporting medication as well and they were more than happy to do that for me. I also was having a problem with my insurance which the front desk also took the time to research call my insurance company and sort it out and I really appreciate that. I hope I never have to go back to his urgent care in the same condition that I was in yesterday but I would feel very comfortable going back whether it is a minor issue or like yesterday a very major issue. I feel so much better today I am able to work and honestly I never would feel this good if I hadnt gone in yesterday and took a chance in getting good care at a Urgent Care. Thank you for caring for me as if I was a long-term patient of the doctors and clinic and not somebody who they just met.

I really liked the convenience of text message confirmations and the ease of calling in to complete the nose swab from my car. Took a while to hear back about scheduling availabilities after calling at 8am (when they opened) to initiate that I wanted an appointment. Was pretty unsure about whether or not an availability was open, had to wait quite a bit to get a second call back to schedule. But once scheduled, the rest was simple!

I took my daughter to this urgent care a month ago and have been trying to get a hold of someone at this facility for the past 2 weeks and no one picks up or they pick up and lie. The staff here told me their procedures and I respected and followed it. When it came time to follow through, they told me they found out the night before the morning I called that procedures have changed. Apparently they make changes in the middle of the night instantly. This facility does not know how to run a business much less take care of patients that need help. They are unprofessional and lie and cannot be trusted.

Dr. Daniel Eshaghian gave me some choices for my knee pain that I waited a month to see a doctor for. I was limping and cant bike or swim or go up and downstairs without pain. My knee was locked up whenever I walked or moved. I cant even get in and out of the car or use bathroom whenever I sit and bend left knee. I wanted the steroid injection so the nurse gave me one on my waist close to left cheek. I can bend it better now. I still have to eat pineapples and salad because the briomine in pineapples supposedly blocks the sticky fibrin thats locking up my joints. And cant have red meat or sweet sticky syrupy drinks so my joints dont lock up anymore. Now I guess Ill go swimming again. I had a great experience with Valley Urgent Care. Called for the COVID test and they sent me an appointment form to fill out. After submitting the form they called me and gave me a same day appointment. They told me to wait in the parking lot. One of their staff came out and took the test while I was in the car. Took FOREVER to see a provider. I waited a while in the waiting area, which is totally understandable since I walked in to the clinic.. but waiting for forever in the exam room? Not acceptable. I have so many problems with this urgent care. They are a waste of time and clearly don’t care for the well-being of the patients that come in. I saw the provider for only a minute or two, and was referred out to get an x-ray taken. I was told that the urgent care would give me a call with my results, and the radiology office told me that they send over the x-ray results that same day to the provider. Okay, I thought, that’s awesome! Did this urgent care call me? NEVER. So I had to call 5 times because waiting OVER a week for my x-ray results is ridiculous. I was in pain, didn’t know what my next steps were, had to continue working since I don’t have my final result and it made my pain even worse by affecting the whole area. I’m now suffering from other issues because this clinic didn’t care about me. The first time I called for my results, they said “oh don’t worry, we’ll give you a call when they’re in” (which I knew was a lie, but just said okay). The next few times, they kept taking my name and number over the phone to give me a call back... they never called me. The final time, I was so fed up, I made sure they knew how irritated I was. And next thing you know, they called me back in 5 minutes with my results. With something so EASY AND obviously accessible, why are they so lazy. I had to go see another provider, and they were so helpful and efficient. If anyone is having pain and may need a long recovery time, avoid this place. Everyone around me who knew my situation even said they would never go here. Clearly, I’m never going to this clinic again. Thanks for making my situation more worse.

I especially appreciated how the doctor took time to examine me with her stethoscope. She checked left, right, top and bottom of my back and chest. Awful experience. This business wants people to call the same day to schedule starting at 8am. For a healthcare provider center, the attitude of the woman at the front desk is rude. She told us to call over and over again (no waiting list or queue) whatsoever to schedule a same day COVID test. I called a total of 145 times over and over. So I guess it’s just the luck of the draw. I understand that there are limited spots available, but I’ve called before at even 9:00am and had absolutely no luck. We got our first Covid test here. The phones were a little tricky - the difference between the start of the after hours greeting and the open greeting should be more than a slight difference in delivery by the same person since I was having to redial many (59) times at 8 am and realized later that I had hung up on a call where I had gotten through. Also, when we came for our appointment on Saturday, we got the after hours greeting on the main line so I had to call on a # used to call me the day before to get through. Everything else went smoothly. We filled forms out online easily although my autofill changed my husbands info to mine. However, they just took it in stride and fixed it! After expressing my concern with the practitioner and having mentioned this to the business before, they are still firm in advertising that no appointment is required. My daughter contacted them for help because she had what looked like a throat infection. The office staff was very friendly and helpful in getting her a Telemed appointment right away. (Five stars for service.) My rating is for the Dr. who inaccurately diagnosed my daughter WITHOUT even asking to see the inside of her throat. He didnt ask for any photos. He made his decision only based off questions he asked. He told her to pop the areas of inflammation HERSELF because they were tonsil stones. She is a young adult starting college on her own so she respected his advice and tried. I came for a Covid test first thing in the morning on Christmas Eve. There was a high volume of calls at 8am (you have to call ahead and register for a same-day appointment for a Covid test). I just kept hitting redial over and over each time I heard their outgoing message. Once I finally got through, the staff were courteous and efficient. They told me I’d need to fill out a form (which they would text me), and then, once it was filled out, I could walk in to be tested anytime before 3:30pm. For that, I needed my insurance card and ID. They texted the registration form to me right away. Parking and entry are at the back. I filled the form out on my phone in the parking lot, then walked into the clinic. There is no waiting room. People in the line were courteous and conscious about giving each other space for social distancing, and the line went pretty quickly. I was told the results come in 24-48 hours unless you pay extra to expedite them, in which case they said the results would be emailed in somewhere between two to four hours. You have to walk up to the front to pay for expedited results. I didn’t realize this, so they defaulted to regular processing speed for my Covid test results. I got my results just before 7am on Christmas morning. I was so grateful that the staff were working on Christmas Eve to help people who needed to get COVID tested, and am grateful for the speed with which they processed my unexpedited test results. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Can’t stress enough how horrible this urgent care is. The staff is extremely rude and condescending. I went in for abdominal pain and thought my IUD had shifted. The nurse was extremely rude (for absolutely no reason). The doctor didn’t listen to a thing I said and ordered an STD test...? She then asked if I was there just to get pain meds, I told her absolutely not I just wanted to know what was wrong. She never checked my iud placement, and sent me on my way. I never received the results after a week and a half, but I was definitely billed for them. When I called in regards to the results they said they had no file of said test. I was still having issues so I went back and this time they tested my urine again, and ran some other tests. I was charged for both tests obviously. I had called a few days later for results (was still in pain and just needed to know what was going on before I went to another doctor) the lady that answers the phone was so unbelievably ridiculous and appalled by the fact that I called for my test results, even though I was told I would be reached out to within a couple days and never was after 4 days. I eventually went to another doctors office who actually examined me and found that my IUD had in fact moved and he fixed it right then and there. I still was curious about my tests (because I paid over $50 for each one, and I don’t think it’s too much to ask what they said) the lady didn’t know what tests I was talking about and I had informed her of the two I was billed for. She was so condescending towards me as if I had no idea what was going on. She then told me I need to understand these tests take 5-7 days to get back, well it’s been 10 days, so I didn’t think I was in the wrong for calling and asking for them. Especially since they have a history of never actually letting me know what my results were. Horrible staff from the lady at the front desk, to the nurses, and the doctors as well. Do not recommend at all if you want something to actually happen.

Physicians assistant was nice. Wait was a bit long and when I got in the back it was a bit bit long.Lobby wasn’t full but maybe the back was.They send your prescriptions to your pharmacy which I like, it’s super clean in their and they are all very nice and accomodating. I was treated respectfully. This will be my go to when I need urgency.FYI- do t put vinegar in your bath water.Lol irritated my cookie box lol.

Took my daughter there, reception was polite and helpful. The waiting area is clean and looks modern. We went there weekday just after lunch time and we had to wait for sometime however the wait was fruitful as the doctors were very nice, spoke to us in a very friendly way and was equally knowledgeable.

You do have to call a few times to get someone because I assume they are quite busy. But when they answer they send you the information right away. Establishment was super clean parking is a small area but people move in and out pretty quickly.

I am looking for urgent care and this one is perfect on the time I desperately needed for my daughter. Its almost closing time and they took us in. We go first to Urgent care in Reseda and the Doctor assigned got sick and in the front desk she asked me to come back the next day but I cant wait so I remember that there is one in Northridge that the Valley Community Clinic told me, Dr. Sander Puri is very good and really took care of my daughter. I tried to avoid the doctor but my throat was killing me. I came by and they were able to do a rapid strep throat test - of course, I had it. Dr. Lee was great and the Medical Assistant was super nice and helpful. They had antibiotics right there that I could purchase so it was super convenient. Definitely recommend them.

I came to this urgent care a while back because I slipped down the stairs and twisted my ankle. The staff made me feel very welcomed and made sure that I was not in pain. They sent me for an xray and then wrapped my ankle and gave me crutches. Thankfully I did not break anything, but if I did, I am sure the staff would have taken care of me just as good.Thanks VALLEY URGENT CARE!!

Based on the LA County COVID site, came for testing. According to the county site, no appointment is necessary, that one can register on site for testing and that the clinic provides drive up service.It turns out that one MUST pre-register by calling the very busy phone line (repeatedly hanging up until a human picks up) AND there is no drive up testing. Those details are not reflected on the websites (that info is pretty important and should be provided accurately via the LA County site).Once those jarring issues are surmounted, the test service is quick, and the clinics staff very professional.

I always come here for my covid tests and urgent care needs. Today I came in for a covid test and I was surprised to see plastic up in the rear entry way. There were 2 guys working under this plastic. No where on the walls inside nor outside were there notices saying that it was OK to enter. It looked like full blown construction. I tried to find another entrance but short of driving to the front theres no other way in. As I came back to the rear, a lady was coming out from under the plastic. I asked her if it was safe and she replied. I had no choice. So in conclusion, enter at your own risk.

My son and daughter were both sick and I could not get an appointment with their PCP or at a pediatric urgent care. I called all around and no one took their insurance. I finally found Valley Urgent Care and they were so convenient to my situation and problem. They were able to see my kids same day, without an appointment. The nurse Suleima was so helpful. She gave my daughter stickers and let her play with crayons while she took her vitals - it made her feel right at home! (She is 3) We are very happy and can not thank Valley Urgent Care enough.
