This was my first time using Valley Plumbing and I am so very glad I called them. Steve was the best plumber I have ever worked with and this is the only plumber I will use. Great company in all ways!!George returned to complete the work. Once again fantastic service. They found the part quickly and it was so easy to schedule the second service call. George was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He did an excellent job! I am very pleased.

Great service. Had a plumbing issue came out immediately. Gave me a very detailed explanation of the issue even showed me the issue. The quote was reasonable and he walked me through the process and helped me with different options. Best Service Ever!!!

Great first experience with Valley Plumbing! We had a clog in our main sewer line and they were fast to respond and send someone over. Jamie was our tech and he was awesome to work with. He took time to diagnose and solve our problem, showing us his approach along the way. Definitely recommend and would use them again!

Great experience! These guys solved our plumbing problem and gave recommendations on a few other things at no charge. Then when leaving, they decided to help our elderly neighbor with cleaning his yard after a windstorm. How kind and thoughtful, quite a rarity of human kindness.

Emergency shut-off at 11pm, called Valley Plumbing at 9am, got appt for after 12pm, arrived about 1pm (with a call to give an ETA), spotted the problem, fixed it and left by 2:15. Nice, polite, obviously qualified and just plain GREAT.

Wonderful customer service and communication. The appointment schedule was definitely within reason. Friendly and knowledgeable techinicians explained what the procedure was, and how they were conducting the service. Pricing was high, but within the high end of the scope of the work. I would definitely recommend this company if you are in a pinch - I called at about 10:00 a.m. And someone was here by about noon! Its 3:00 p.m. and my issue is fixed already 🎉

A service that I would not recommend. I had a fairly simple water filter problem that the plumber had no solution to. He really did not try very hard to find a fix. He did come up with a solution that involved me purchasing 7K in water filter system that seemed unnecessary. I felt that he was getting incentives to to upsell. I looked on YouTube and fixed the problem myself in 20 mins. I felt they are more interested in selling additional services then truly fixing the problem. Don Lollar plumbing used to a respectable and good local plumber. Every since Valley Plumbing has taken over their is a lack of service and knowledge with their plumbers. I will be moving to someone different.

The interaction with this business, from the first phone call was probably right down the middle. We had a leak that needed to be fixed, but the $68 leak detection fee turned out to be $776 before they even started. The full amount was applied to the Repair, but that was not how it was explained over the phone. that was probably a fair amount in the end, but getting there was not pleasant. The only reason I’m writing this review is because of Jamie P. The final person actually doing the work, he was amazing! Whatever they’re paying him, is not enough. if you want to use this company, request, Jamie! Honest, personable, and fair.

I struggled with getting clear answers from other plumbing companies and when Jamie showed up, he guaranteed me he would find the source of the leak in my house, and he did! He really went above and beyond and I couldnt be more grateful.Explaining to me what he found, what they could and couldnt do, and letting me know what next steps I would need to take made perfect sense. His colleague, Chris, also went above and beyond. I felt really grateful that he shared his expertise and knowledge to correctly identify the problem. Absolutely request Jamie when you need help!

So grateful for Jaimie. He was the ONLY plumber out of 10 who assured me that if he wasnt able to fix the issue, he would come back. Ive had trouble with my washer backing up for months. Since he and Chris came in, I havent had any trouble. It was a little more expensive than the other services but you get what you pay for and it was WELL worth the additional cost. This will be my forever plumbing company.

We had a water pressure regulator that needed replacing for our HOA building. I was able to book an appointment in advance in order to give the HOA residents notice of a water shut-off. Steve came on time on the appointed day and installed the equipment professionally and quickly. He offered a solution to avoid soil from covering an access pipe which has always been a problem. He also made sure our water heaters were working properly with the new equipment, following up with a written cost estimate for new water heaters. I found the prices to be reasonable, but most importantly by a company that I trust.

Ive been using Valley Plumbing for nearly 10 years for all of my plumbing needs, both large and small. From clogged sinks, to new toilets install, to upgrading the plumbing lines throughout the house. Their team (especially Steve and George) can tackle anything you throw at them. Theyre good listeners and they explain what theyre going to do before they do it, so there are no surprises. Theyre not the cheapest option, but I feel strongly that theyre the best option.

The common thing that one experiences with having a plumbing issue is the fear of not knowing and having the wool pulled over your eyes and are taken advantage of. Todays visit of Valley plumbing team of Jamie and Cooper had that fear attached. However I soon learned another side of plumbing that has NEVER been afforded me. Respect, patience and professionalism. Our propertys main house was built in 1908 and with old houses there are issues and today it was sewer time. Jamie and Cooper showed me exactly why and what they were doing at each step. And using the camera snake Jamie showed me where the root problem and with assessing the situation was very confident in their ability to hydro jet the roots away and clear everything up. Not that I want more plumbing work but if I do I want Jamie and Cooper to come to my house. - Craig
