These guys are absolutely awesome. I’m in software and believe in the “iron triangle” of “do you want it to be great, fast or cheap-pick two” and the team from VHT managed to bend the curve with exceptional work done VERY fast and at a completely reasonable price. More than that-the follow up whenever I have inevitably had things that needed to be ironed out with the very complex system they set up for me in record time: they have jumped on it and rolled a truck, been available by text/phone/email whenever I needed them and dealt with it no questions asked. This probably sounds like a paid review but I promise it’s not-I don’t often leave reviews but everyone should know about these folks.They say what they are going to do and then do exactly what they say. More than that-in the moment that really made me a believer: weeks after installing, when I was already very happy, I got a call “we realized we didn’t install Wi-Fi 6 on your outdoor access point: is it ok if we send someone out to replace in two days?” Bear in mind I hadn’t specifically requested Wi-Fi 6 and i was having no issues with the WAP. Pretty unbelievable old-school attitude to doing good business that you don’t see often anymore.

We had an exceptional experience with VHT and highly recommend the company for any size A/V project. We initially hired VHT to install a sound system around our pool. The project went so well that we expanded the scope to include a Control4 system, door locks, an outdoor TV, indoor TV, security cameras, smart light switches, ceiling speakers, and Sonos Amps for a number of rooms in our house. Glenn was absolutely amazing to work with - he was responsive, always provided expert advice, and had great follow through. The employees that worked onsite were always on-time, courteous, professional, friendly, and cleaned up before leaving. Even with the complexity of our project, VHT did a great job of managing the myriad of details and ensuring that everything was delivered and working perfectly. Thank you VHT!

After waiting years after a remodel to finally get my audio and video (wired and wireless) up to par, I was lucky to find VHT. Everyone I worked with provided excellent communication, they were extremely responsive, and the technician was on time for the appointment. I could tell immediately that he knew exactly what he was doing, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to integrate new with existing equipment, get 4 zones working in the home, install a new universal remote, and literally change my life with what Im able to do now. They even went out of their way to deliver new piece of equipment that the technician told me was needed and we added to the project that day. HIGHLY recommend!

We had Valley Home Theater install our home theater, home control, whole house audio, and security system in our house. Glen and his crew worked really well with our general contractor who was working on the renovation. Also, Glen worked closely with our cabinet maker to ensure that the final result would look great.

I have called few companies to get a bid on home theater system and alarm. VHT was the best, very professional and when I checked Yelp I knew I was in good hands. Glenn came over and was very easy to talk to. He addressed all my questions and concerns. He did great presentation on the products and how to use them. He explained everything from beginning to the end. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient. Im not very tech savvy...The installation went very well. Paul (installer) showed up on time and work began. These people truly care about their customers and it shows in their work.The cost was very competitive with the other bids I received but the quality was much higher.We just recently finished our gazebo and backyard so I will be calling Glenn again to come install all outdoor TVs. They have fully weather proof TVs that can sit outside. I cant wait to have everything completed so we can start entertaining again. Ask about the Control 4 automation system and video surveillance. I love mine! I feel very secured and safe. I have cameras all around my house, in living room, front door, kitchen, hallway and street. Everything is being recorded so if there is ever a problem its on a video. I have a huge sign outside my house which will probably keep the bad guys away since they can see it has video surveillance system.I also love everything can be controlled from your iPad. Its very easy.Great attention to detail. Superior service. Knowledgeable staff. State of the art equipment. On time. Budget friendly. Professional. Clean.I will recommend them to all my customers and friends.

We have a property in Piedmont Ca. Glen and his crew were able to provide us a home automation system by Control 4 thats extremely easy to use, very scalable, with a very budget minded approach! We recently had some concerns regarding security at two of our facilities and after a strong referral we had Valley Home Theater out. After listening to our concerns and walking both sites they recommend the solution best fitted for our needs. There team then came out and installed the DVR and Cameras around our schedule, making sure our business was not interrupted in any way. Once the install was completed they took the time to walk us thru the features and made sure we were completely comfortable with the system. The team at VHT is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, we would highly recommend them to anyone!
