Care and quality of office experience is exceptional. Ive been under Dr. Thomas care for the past 2 year now and I must say he is the BEST doctor Ive ever met. He goes beyond my expectations to give me the best care. I couldnt ask for anything better.

Had a appointment with Dr.Sky Shanks and she sid the foot examination and I was telling her why I came to get new orthotics because the ones made twenty years old and my feet have grown, her replied was my insurance didnt cover that and walked out of examination room saying good luck. So called my insurance and they said it was a $37 copay for the orthotics, so I have an appointment with my original orthotics Hanger which are really good people.

This office is run well, perhaps the best of the many Ive visited, professional and friendly. Of the two doctors I have have seen here both are fantastic. I am 100% thrilled with any and all interactions here.

Ive been going here for years and i just love the Doctors and staff. I have feet issues and my feet never felt better!!! I wouldnt go anywhere else. Theyre very friendly and professional and the office is very pretty. I strongly recommend you go here you will not regret it i promise you. I give them 5 stars if i could give them 10 i would.

Ive been going there for many many years ever since I was diagnosed with diabetes. The doctors are nice and understanding and the nurse will assist you at anything. 100% highly recommended

I was having heel pain and so did an internet search to find a good podiatrist. I found Vallejo Foot & Ankle was well recommended, and only a mile or so from my home. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient, the facility was clean and well-maintained, and the doctor was clearly knowledgeable, communicated well, and was personable, as well. I definitely recommend this clinic if you are having foot issues.

Great results, this was my first visit to a Podiatrist. The Doctors and Staff were very caring and compassionate to their patients. After my treatment I left feeling much better than when I walked in. They addressed most of my problems on the first visit and promptly scheduled further treatment. Very happy with the results and highly recommend this clinic to all.

My experience last year at the Vallejo Foot and Ankle Clinic was really great; they saw me quickly, and fixed my foot in just a few minutes. I was astonished at how quickly I was cured, and grateful for how gentle and friendly the doctor was. I recommend them heartily and will definitely go back if my problem recurs.

Reviewing on behalf of my dad. He usually has Tricare and his doctor on base recommended he go outside of base for treatment. We live in Vallejo and my dad is a diabetic, Ive inquired here in the past when I needed to find a podiatrist but unfortunately they didnt accept my John Muir insurance a couple of years back. My friend who is a caregiver of her grandma recommended this place to me because they did house calls for her grandma who is bed written and is always happy with her care. My dad inquired and he was seen quickly and was able to obtain auth quickly as well. He said that his appointment ran smoothly, they were very nice and kind, treated him well and would recommend this place for his in-grown treatment.

Dr Thomas and his staff are amazing. During a pandemic, they used all safety practices . I called for an appointment and it was set up for the following week. Due to a cancellation, I was able to be seen today.Dr Thomas, listened to my concerns and gave excellent recommendations for treating my foot issues. It was quick but thorough. I feel very comfortable with this clinic and have set up another appointment for follow up in a couple months.

Horrible pain with plantar fasciitis. Got a cortisone shot which was not comfortable but totally worth it! Between the shot and the exercises I’ve started doing, I’m walking without a lot of pain for the first time in months! Should have made an appointment sooner! Thank you!

Drs. Weiner and Thomas have been treating me for several years for couple of conditions. They explain things carefully, provide excellent treatment, are both pleasant and very professional, and have a friendly office staff. The only downside is trying to schedule an appointment as they are usually booked way out.

I have been a patient for many years. Dr. Weiner is friendly with a great sense of humour as is Dr. Thomas. The assistants and staff are great too. I believe Spanish and possibly Tagalog are spoken as well as English. A hopeful heads up. 👍

I had an appointment today and when I went in for my appointment I was told that they called my insurance yesterday and were told that my co-pay would be $90. They said I could pay out of pocket and it would be $70. My specialist co-pay is $50 so I dont understand why my co-pay would have been $90 for todays visit and I was not offered any explanation. No one called me to let me know that my co-pay would be so high before I came into the office. I didnt keep my appointment and left right away. This was a complete waste of my time and bad customer service. I was also asked what I was being seen for and I thought that was incredibly inappropriate as there was a waiting room full of patients who could hear. Im very frustrated with how I was treated today.

Dr. Weiner at Vallejo foot and ankle clinic is incredible. I started seeing him after another orthopedic surgeon botched an ankle surgery I had. Dr. Weiner got me in immediately and has really been invested in figuring out how to help remedy the issues I am having. Even got me in the same day once when I was in severe pain and did everything he could until the pain was under control. I can not say enough about his compassion and the compassion of his staff. I highly recommend this office to anybody needing foot or ankle care.

I am a new resident in Solano County,. Benicia, CA is my home now and I love living here. When the Nail Salons shut down in 2020 I was at a loss as to what to do about my toe nails. Im Diabetic and to make matters worst, have terrible ingrown toe nails. The last time I had my toe nails done, November 2020, the pedicurist tried her best but said...You need to go to a Podiatrist! Found Vallejo Foot and Ankle using Google. Had my first visit today, May 19, 2021. The Staff is on point with all COVID precautions, very friendly and helpful. Dr. Weiner is so personable and made me feel he really wanted to help me through whatever I needed to be done. For now, it will be maintenance to keep my toe nails short. In the future, possibly a more aggressive approach. All is well in my world now with happy toes and a fantastic doctor to make sure I stay pain free. Thank you so much to everyone at Vallejo Foot and Ankle.
