I’ve known and worked with Vahn for over 20 years. He is extremely hard working, detail oriented, knowledgeable, and his background as a former litigation attorney makes him an excellent negotiator. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying or selling real estate in the Los Angeles area as their Realtor/Agent.
Vahn is a quality person. I found him to be honest and possessing true moral standards. He went out of his way to help me professionally and respectfully even though my needs were not “high end”. He was there for me when I was experiencing trying times and offered his help when he didn’t have to. All I can say is that it’s because he has a heart that cares about people.

From day one, they cared about the needs/wishes of the trustees and followed through to the end to negotiate a great price for our “as is” property. They were thoughtful about minimizing costs to the trust, helped to identify which offers would successfully make it through escrow, and were strategic at all stages on price. It’s refreshing to find agents who genuinely represent sellers on price into the final stages, versus selling a client short just to complete a sale. Our interactions were seamless, despite being on opposite coasts. They were adept at explaining and shepherding us through the LA housing market and escrow process. Having Vahn and Lisa available in LA for this sale was like having local family, they offered to help however they could. 2022-12-15 18:11:52The decision to move from Venice to Dana Point was easy, to buy and sell with a contingency - not so easy. Having said that, using Vahn as my Agent was my best decision. To complicate matters, the transaction involved a 1031 Exchange and having to give a 2 month notice to tenants. Vahn took charge and navigated each obstacle with great professional knowledge and confidence. He is not only a person with integrity, but his attention to detail and solving problems made the experience less stressful. He is 150% dedicated to his Clients to make sure their dream home becomes a reality. He is not the typical pushy Agent, but an Agent not only with integrity but also with kindness and honesty.Thank you Vahn!

Vahns prior experience as an attorney made the process of working with him in a court-supervised probate administration that much smoother. 2022-01-28 19:40:41Vahn and Lisa took charge of the probate sale with soup to nuts user friendly service. They assisted promptly with a strategy to price the property to attract market interest with floor plans, photos and videos. In addition they coordinated identification of third party services including an estate agent to expedite removal of all debris and furnishings, a deep cleaning service and building inspection. The result: after a single open house we received a half a dozen offers in the first week on the market. Within two weeks we were in escrow at a price significantly above asking and escrow closed the same month.I have been involved in 6 other escrows during the last 3 years and none were as easy, quick and even fun to complete. My only regret is that I don’t have another house for them to represent me in another sale.
