A few months ago Paige from v12 contacted me about boosting my listing online, I have a car dealership.At first I wasnt interested I thought its just another is advertising company trying to take my money away.but she kept on calling until I gave her 10 minutes of my time.And she explained how their software works. And she made a lot of sends to me And that was exactly what I was looking for, I signed up And it did work They got me more customers and more leads and more sales. She has a great personality and she understands what car dealers need to improve their sales.
SCAM! THEY SOLD ME A PRODUCT THAT WOULD NOT WORK ON MAC COMPUTERS, THEY WERE GOING TO CANCEL IT OVER A YEAR AGO AND ARE STILL BILLING ME, I CALL WEEKLY AND THEY KEEP SAYING THEY WILL GET ME CREDITED BACK, I HAVE NOW TURNED IT OVER TO AMEX TO ASSIST IN GETTING MY MONEY!
Do not fall on these guys.They called us insistently a couple months ago offering their service - automated posting on social media on our behalf.We signed up for the 30-day trial period. When we saw the posting they were doing, it was only one-picture posts with information extracted from our website provider. They were advertising cars that we had mark as sold ages ago in our system. When I called them and asked them to cancel the posting right away, they said they had done it, but those posts kept showing up everyday. It took us about a month to get rid of those posts by ourselves. I asked them to totally cancel the service and all they said was that the only option was to let the 30-day trial period pass. Funny thing is the trial period passed and the posts just kept showing up until we finally figured out how to get rid of them.
DATA BREACH: they exposed all my personal information & I can’t understand how I wasn’t notified about this mishap. You’ll be hearing from my attorney.

Definitely a lot of their great reviews are fake!! A V12 Sales Rep called me almost everyday for a year to get me on board. I finally signed up and thought it was a good idea and I was wrong. I was told to fill out the scheduling forms for Craigslist and they would be implemented immediately. I did fill out the form and asked my Marketing Strategist @ V12 to run the ads for the upcoming weekend and he said great, we will get this going for you. The weekend came and went and he texted me the following Monday saying that he was having server issues and that we should try again on the upcoming weekend. I agreed that we should do it again and let him know on Thursday that I was ready to go and I did not hear from him again until Monday, when he texted me again and said my card declined. I let him know that I had it loaded all weekend and pulled funds from it on Monday since there was no activity over the weekend. He apologized and said that he was on vacation over the weekend. Honestly, V12 has an awesome and persistent Sales Team but they really fail to deliver over all. I saw all of the reviews and probably should have been more hesitant. It was only $125, but how many people are they failing to help after getting paid?As a reply to the V12 reply below: Everyone at V12 that I spoke with assured me multiple times that I could post every 20 minutes. Any company can do this with enough inventory. Here is V12 making excuses and blaming the customer instead of taking any accountability. You have a sales rep call me almost daily for a year straight and become very knowledgeable on my companys needs only to tell me it was never possible? Sounds fishy to me

Ive fallen for their end of the year deal and still nothing has ever been good about it. As soon as I signed up the rep called trying to get me to buy facebook ads and when I refused i never heard from him again. I have a craigslist credit and they claim they cant refund it. I dont recommend them.

Very disappointed with their service. They keep billing us even after we canceled the ad campaign. They were not able to refund the charges but they decided to offer credit to our account with them. Theyre Reps dont follow up when needed nor the managers do their job correctly. They talk to you very soft but dont take care of issues promptly.
Dealers beware. Took payment from us and never heard a word since. Leads are a joke. Vacant phone numbers or people that had no idea why they were being contacted. Canceling is very difficult. Literally did nothing but cost our company money and time. Also they ask you to leave a review based on the representative that is helping you to keep the reviews up. Dont be fooled.

The staff are very deceiving and will constantly call the dealership and leave messages stating that they are with your website provider calling in regards to your Facebook account. When you call back they ask you numerous questions and then finally state that they are with V-12 software and try to sell you their product/service. VERY annoying to say the least!! -- Why not just be upfront and honest about who you are and what youre offering? Not a company I would like to do business with when these are the tactics they use. - Hope this helps.

Dealer websites have been down for nearly 3 days now and the excuse is maintenance! if the website does load, it takes more the 30 seconds! This is an ongoing problem with V12 Software. Im afraid that this company will not be around for much longer if they cannot handle their traffic and properly host their dealer websites. Word gets around real fast in the auto dealer community....

I had an excellent experience while I’m dealing with the same representative jack since day one, and never had difficulty on advertisement and got the best service. I would recommend his service as sales manager. But I do not recommend the company by it self, because of the shortage that they do have were keeping us getting back and forth at least twice a month.

The worse website company around. Priced at only $99, the cost is right, but you definitely get what you pay for. They are unable to update my website from my DMS Frazer, without me calling in an asking them to clear the cache. That means if I dont call in, my pricing is outdated, my pictures are not uploaded and new changes (which we do at least once a week) are not reflected accurately. If you need a website, do not choose V12.

Absolute garbage software. They charge our dealership a monthly fee to push inventory to Facebook Marketplace. We have been getting messages on SOLD vehicles that have been sold for months. I have submitted 3 support tickets about this and they havent fixed anything, but theyre still charging me. They even upsold me a higher monthly fee to get rid of having to use the FBMP app for posting, and they still cant get it right. This is such a waste of money and time. Their websites and products are cheap garbage. The backend is garbage. V12 is lightyears behind the industry in software. You absolutely, positively, get what you pay for with V12. Do not waste your time or money.

A very needed tool for any small and upcoming dealership. The young man I work with, Josh Harris, has been an invaluable resource. That said, the following are areas I believe they can improve on:— Server Response Time: The V12software.com site often has a slow response time. I’ve visited the site from multiple locations using different browser to ensure it wasn’t my internet speed or browser.
I had a choice of several companies and chose to go with V12 because of their knowledge of their products ( you be surprised of the number of companies that their reps had no idea what services they provided). I was always able to get hold of the staff for any questions that I had. Staff were always happy to help and never gave me attitude no matter what my questions were. WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. we singed up with them months ago and they never FULLY set up our account until today. Not a single vehicle was shown on FB for us. They keep blaming FB. When I asked them back in June to cancel our account, they ignored and continue charging us.
We considered the software. Company would continue calling and not listening to our concerns. Ultimately after reading the reviews we decided that it was not in our business’ best interest. The salesperson is extremely pushy and will not take no for an answer.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.I contacted the company 9 times the past 2 months (people I talked to include Sara and Emma) to let me know my credit card was wrongly getting charged by their company, as I am not a customer (one of their customer is using my card information to pay his subscription and advertising bills). Since my card is literally being charge illegally, I assumed the company would simply refund the money and remove my card number from their file: They have done NEITHER OF THOSE, and my card is still being charged hundreds of dollars every month by the company. They will not refund me and keep charging my card although they are aware that its fraudulent. This company doesnt deserve your business, stay away!

After doing research I chose V12, I worked with Elizabeth who was terrific, she was very quick to respond to her emails as well as voicemails, and called weekly to see how it was going. Since Elizabeth has left the company we have had horrible customer service, we never receive a call or email in return, and finally today I was able to speak with a supervisor Lydia and I am hoping that their communication gets better, Lydia was a big help and did feel she was telling me things just to keep me content, she was honest about her call and email time frames which is more then the others have done.

I used this platform for almost a year and it was the worst experience. Their false promises and failure to respond to e-mails and messages ended up costing me more time and was a headache through the entire time. Inventory was not uploaded properly or transferred correctly and after they promised to make it right time and time again they failed.

Very outdated software. Had them in the past. Always calling and lying that they are working in association w/ company I currently have. When I ask, the other company has stated that V12 stop using their name because they are not related or associated. So if theyre willing to lie to get your business, imagine what happens if you actually do business with them.

The worse company that I ever worked with, I signed up my company’s Facebook market place advertising which was wasting money never got anything back from it then after few months I had to cancel So I called them, I was told to email our help center to complete the cancellation which I did it couple months ago but they are still charging me . Please don’t trust these people.

If you want to get peoples information that is dragged from their cookie settings for people who arent remotely looking for cars, you have found your company.I didnt get even 1% of what I was promised. Not a single ACTUAL lead produced.This is an absolute scam.Once the sale is made they dont answer their phones. They dont reply to emails until you send 3-4 over multiple days.

2024-03-21 17:57:52I work with 5-10 vendor in the automotive space and actually referred a client to them. I will never recommend them to a dealer again. I have called 3 straight days and have not received a call back from their support team in business hours. I did receive one call back at 7:30 PM eastern time but was unable to address the issue because I was away from my computer. Terrible customer service, terrible result. Steer clear.

2024-03-23 18:35:12DONT USE THEIR SERVICE we tried them as second time after they were keep calling and following with our dealership to do service for us i tried to hire them for my dealer for bdc service they charged me 199$ up front to start their job after 2 weeks i didnt see any result even they didnt do anything and i called many many time to get my money back even bunch of emails that i sent they never respond back to me just called my credit company to dispute that charge

2024-03-19 14:16:15DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Our dealership tried them out and cancelled the service within the first 30 days. Their software is terrible to work with and they kept randomly charging our card. We had to call our credit card company to initiate chargebacks because the company stopped answering our calls and emails after cancelling our account.

2024-05-07 14:38:22I like the service in v12. So when v12 took control of my desktop to do some maintenance, they posted this review on my behalf using my account. If you wanted a 5 star review just ask, I am very pleased with the service, and have been using v12 for about 7 years. Dont go around posting using your customers accounts.
