I had a fabulous experience getting my back glass fixed. It was speedy and the price reasonable too. Matt was friendly and I would say his customer service was exceptional! I will definitely go back and refer Phone Pros to my friends and family. Welcome to the neighborhood!

They are open on weekends and friendly and fast staff. My IPhone screen was fritzing and needed to be replaced and as it was work critical for me, I appreciated the fast service and convenience of being available on Saturday. He said it may take 30min but the tech had it done in 5min. Outstanding. Matt and Kent, thank you!

This place is a really good option to reapir your phone. I repaired the glass on Google Pixel 6a. Everthing was great: they changed the glass fast and qualitatively. Really like how they did it. Ill definetly come back if i break something else.

I dont write many reviews but this place was awesome from start to finish! Replaced my Samsung Galaxy S10 screen at a very fair price and in no time. Sam is super friendly, professional, and keeps you up-to-date on the repair consistently. Highly recommend for any phone repairs, certainly will be my go-to shop. Could not have been happier with the service provided!

I fixed my iPhone 13 Pro Max back glass here around end of December last year. They said the back glass would have the Apple logo on the back, but when they were finished the logo wasn’t there. The flashlight was also not working anymore and the camera side of the phone was bulging to a point that it didn’t fit into the case anymore. They apologized and said they would fix it for me at no cost. I should’ve known at that point that them opening up the phone again would be a bad idea. I wanted to give them another chance so I decided to have them fix it again. It took them about a month to reschedule and fix it for me, and one time I went there for my appointment (about a 25 min drive from home) and the shop was locked. When they finally replaced the back glass with the Apple logo and fixed the bulge, they still couldn’t fix the flashlight and now my phone speaker doesn’t work. Now about half the time I am on the phone, the receiver can’t hear me. I called again and they said they would send a person to my house to fix it but they never replied again. I decided to move on to another company too, since I figured I don’t know what else they will break if they open up my phone again.I would strongly not recommend this company. Every time they opened up my phone they broke something else. Their price was cheapest I could find so I went with them but their service was very poor and they made so many promises they did not keep.
