Edgar with U.S. Tech Support was FABULOUS to work with! I had been experiencing multiple issues with speed, performance and attachments not uploading, etc. He resolved everything on one call and took the time to listen to me and what was happening. Use my System Mechanic to protect and keep things running smoothly. Had issue with the password manager on Foxfire and tec support resolved it. They are experts and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

This company is obnoxious. Never trust a company where you cant manage your account preferences yourself. Want to cancel autopay? You will have to give them a call. Dont worry, they will try and sell to you instead of honoring the request. Then they take way too long to complete the cancel... makes me wonder if its so people will drop the call/chat thinking its been done and then they dont actually follow through. My experience is that this company lacks integrity and should definitely not be trusted for security.

Called customer service for billing help, all she wanted us to do is upgrade. Communication was one sided, we actually had to yell to get a word in. Hope we never have to call again.

With Over 7 years history using US Tech, I could not be more pleased with their responsiveness and ability to reach positive results each and every time I need them. Their technicians are extremely efficient and very personable in handling any issue, and they never fail to follow up with return phone calls when necessary. I recommend US Tech Support highly for system maintenance, security software, virus protection, identity protection, etc. Great service!

Ive been with USTECH since it was Cyberdefender. 24/7 tech support but the price is getting outrageous. Constantly wanting money for things were not even sure were getting. Today we need to pay 360.00 for 2 years. If not by June 1st. It goes up to 518.00. Not for sure how much longer we can do it.

After chatting with a rep online last night, I was convinced that I should replace the apps I had recently purchased from AOL with your premium version of System Mechanic. I was having issues connecting to the Internet with their apps. Also, your price was 50% of the actual price and is for a three year contract, which was a huge savings by comparison to what I was paying for with AOL.

The Tech Support Service from US Tech Support have been shockingly bad. Literally EVERYTIME I call they tell me someone will call me back within 2 hours and that never happens. It take over 24 hours if I even get a call back at all. The first service they provided the tech screwed up my laptop so bad that I had to get my laptop completely wiped clean. I asked for my money back and their response a week later through email was that it had been over 30 days since I purchased the service. One time I called the guy who answered their support line pretended he was going to help me with my issue, but not before he tried to sell me their products and services like 5 DIFFERENT TIMES!!! I kept telling him NO and yet he continued to try and sell me other products!!! UNREAL! Please don’t waste your time and money on this service!!

Pushy sales using fear and not addressing issue. Automatically downloaded software to my computer to expose ID information stored on the computer including password managers and bypassed system safeguards. Insisted I purchase MyCleanID for $199 claiming I would be responsible for fraudulent purchases to credit card. Now I wonder if he uploaded the reports to his computer to gain access to my personal information.I may have to change all my existing passwords especially HIPAA protected information.Dont let them download software to your computer.

SCAM ALERT . I paid up $299 to this scam company with weird accent and my bank is saying that the money will not be refunded. I am being scammed. The physical address is also FAKE. There is no store there.

BUYERS BEWARE Dishonest, untrustworthy, rip off place. I got a new apple computer, US Tech Support, Julia Ramos was incompetent and unable to put anti-software onto my computer and impatient as a tech and didn’t know what she was doing so I told her I wanted a refund. THIS company is awful charged me for Tech Support and anti-software that was never put on my computer. They are rude and do not care about you as a customer. I am fighting with them now to get a refund. Do not trust this place. This place is all about money and always trying to sell you more than what you want.

My 6 year old computer was running slow, would not download or open programs. Their technicians worked on my unit for over 6 hours and got it to work like new. The cost was $178.00 for one year of tech. Service plus the Iolo System Mechanic for a year. I received my moneys worth in one day. Their technicians were very pleasant and extremely knowledge.

Waiting times are terrible. Recording announces 5 to 10 min. or have an option to leave a call back number but it never allows it. Customer Service advocates like Mark Jullius, Jockie and Victor gave very poor service. No technicians available nor supervisor and not even a manager to talk to. This is not the only time this thing happened. Very expensive service premium but very poor service.Tried to call again so many times today but nobody seems to get the call. Very frustrating!!!!!

Called USTECH to repair my computer. They did NOTHING to fix my computer. What they did you can do for free on youtube. I disputed the $180.00 charge with my bank. USTECH didnt make good on the charge. Lost the money! stay away from this company its a SCAM!!

This must be a scam. I paid them to fix my computer and it has now been over 12 hours and no one has done anything. Ive called multiple times and had to re-establish the remote support session 5 times. Every time I call they just try to up-sell me something else. Why would I want to buy something else if you havent even provided the first service I have paid for? I do NOT recommend.They also continually charge you every month and make it near impossible to cancel.

Its a scam!! I never heard of this company and they emailed me that I have an auto renewal of $489 but I had to call them to make sure that it doesnt lap. I got the same email with different company name last month. I reported both to the FBI cyber fraud d division.

SCAM ALERT - They sent me a bogus email claiming I have a subscription that was about to auto-renew unless I called their number which has 347 unresolved complaints on ScamGuard.I have NEVER had a subscription of any sort with this outfit. The whole tactic stinks of fraud and deceit.

The Owner and person listed on LLC filing with state of california for RealDefense, LLC, Gary Guseinov, writes 5 star reviews on his own company pretending to be a customer. Dont trust these people.
