The lady at the front desk seriously needs to brush up on her customer service skills. I cant tell if she was having a rough day or just doesnt enjoy her job, but the way she interacted with customers was downright unpleasant. She was initially rude during check-in, and although I chose to overlook it, things took a turn for the worse.While waiting for my car inspection, an older gentleman politely requested her to include a question about batteries. Instead of offering assistance, she smugly insisted that she didnt have to add a question just for him. He calmly explained that his car had been recently serviced, and had he known that disconnecting the battery would be an issue, he wouldnt have brought it in. Despite his composed response, she arrogantly asserted that they already ask enough questions and any changes were solely for him.As it turns out, the reason he requested the additional question was that they automatically failed him and made him pay because the battery had been disconnected less than 100 miles prior. The front desk clerk should have clarified this instead of being so impolite. I couldnt believe what I was hearing, and I eventually decided to walk out. Someone really needs to sit down with her and discuss the importance of treating customers with respect. Management should not allow employees to treat people this way—it reflects poorly on the entire establishment.

I have been taking all of our familys cars here for many, many years and so glad I found them all those years ago! They are very officiant, fast, friendly and accurate. They are S.T.A.R. certified if your registration requires one this year and they file the results electronically. If you want, they can even take care of the registration for you as well, saving you the hassle of standing in line at the DMV or AAA. As long as they are open, this will be the only place I take or cars to!

Its funny to me I almost used Ace Smog in Chino they wanted over a hundred $100 then called this place $48 when using a $10 coupon online no wait it took about 25 minutes and saved over 50 bucks now I can put gas in my car😃 nice and cool friendly people now for a nice steak dinner 🖐

Brought here the company truck 2015 RAM 1500 Echo Diesel for a smog check this morning, very nice people, less than 20 mins, reasonable price, you can also get a coupon from their web. We used to do smog at Chino Uhaul, but sadly the business is closed recently, glad to find this place.

I have been taking all of my family’s cars here for many years and they always do a thorough and quick job. I had an issue a couple years ago where they closed up a little early but that seems to have been a one-off. I was there tonight and Tony and Tin took good care of me and stayed open all the way to 6. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

Got there early (8:15ish) and there was 5 cars in front of me. I still got out of there before 9am. They have complimentary coffee while you wait. The restroom was clean and well stocked. Overall the service was quick and efficient. I definitely recommend this place. And if you live in the area, dont forget to clip the coupon off the Chino Champion before you go in.

This was my second time using this service. The staff has been courteous, kind and professional each visit. My kids and I walked over to Kohl’s to do some school shopping when we returned the technician was kind enough to park my car in the shade so the car wasn’t too hot for the kids. DO NOT GO HERE!Highly not recommended.I was scammed, overcharged, and the workers are extremely rude.My car passed all inspections except the very last observation. A man failed the inspection because he said there was smoke that came out of my vehicle once. I was skeptical but nevertheless I took it to a mechanic, and he said there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I took it to another Smog Check Center the same day and it passed.I went back to collect the money that I was overcharged, and another coworker said that the particular man is adamant and picky. My husband said that he didn’t follow the correct protocol when performing a smog check. He then called my husband inappropriate vulgar names. I have the whole conversation recorded.This place has been reported to the DMV.

Punished for using a coupon. They took every car before mine until there were no cars left, then began my smog. As more cars showed up, and after my car was finished they still completed service with the drivers who showed up after my car had been finished and parked in front. It took an hour and a half. If I knew they treated their customers who use the coupon off of their own website this way, I would have just paid full price or gone somewhere else. I do not reccomend this business.

If you go there when its not busy, you can get a smog check done in less than 10 minutes. They dont take appointments (call ahead and ask if they are busy) and if you go to there website you can print out a coupon and save $10 for your smog check. There are no hidden fees (certification paper fee or dmv filing fee).

Went here on a Sunday, first one there, and they say I have an after market cat and that I need to go to a muffler shop and get it replaced for around $500-$600 according to the muffler shop that I called and a $60 fee for the check. Compared to a place in Norco where this tech guy all by himself, checked the car under the hood, found a missing dip stick and notches in the gas cap that can cause an evaporation leak/check engine light. Also, this guy said the after market cat was fine and all I needed was the gas cap and dip stick replaced. Moral of the story, this guy in Norco, did an excellent alll around check of the car, and found missing components that US Smog Check did not. The guy in Norco even offered me beverages for the road. Dont believe everything of what they say here, they took advantage of me.

Went to Us Smog today.Really upset with the Smog test.There was no engine light on ny car when I went to this place.There were 3 or 4 cars aheaf of me.I made sure when I go for smog test everything has been checked.To my disappointment these two mechanics or so told me that my engine light was on.I was really upset because there was no engine light when I went there.And the answer from these mechanics was that it can happen anytime.Like I said they were the ones who got hold of my key and they are suppose to be responsible.I remember 2bor 3 years ago they charged me for smog test for engine light on.This time they said they will not charge.This is because I know there was no engine light.And the whole time these past few weeks there was no engine light.This is disturbing to your customers.I should have observe them when they were checking.my car.I will never come to this place.Im done.Tomorrow I will call the manager or owner of this place.

I failed the smog check, but that wasnt the problem. They charged me the 49 bucks, thats not the problem. If someone has an obvious visual problem that would cause a failure, and you dont needed the expensive equipment to know it would fail, thats different. it would be courteous to inform them beforehand. This is legal, but poor character, especially with California consequences. After coming here with several cars for several years, I will come here no more.

Failed smog due to legal dealer installed parts. Was marked as tampered with in the system even though nothing was modified illegally.
