What a wonderful most magical experience each recruiter was beyond friendly. TSgt Jenkins was even more fantastic than any other person ever. 10/10 recommend joining the air force just for this experience. You will never have a bad experience at this station any question you have will be answered quickly and swiftly TSgt Jenkins was beyond helpful a real upstanding gent.

My experience with the recruitment process and now about to ship out to bmt was great. It’s a process to go through but at the end it will be an accomplishment to be proud about. My recruiter Tsgt Jenkins helped me through this process and made it as easy as possible and connected me to the resources that I needed or that I had asked for. Now as I’m writing this I’m leaving behind my family and friends in Bakersfield. It was a great 17 years here, a place I call, home.

Sgt. Richerson is a very good recruiter he really gets to know you as a person vs just a business aspect. He will work with you through any sort of problem if you are certain that being a United States Airman is what you truly want to do. He is very supportive and involved in your process the whole time. He is very accessible at all times and does whatever he has to do to make sure you make it all the way to your leave date. He also is very good at having your family involved and keeping everyone updated and involved the whole process.

Joining the Air Force was the best decision i’ve made. Although the start of the whole process might be intimidating the recruiters will tell you everything you need to know from start to finish. Tsgt Jenkins has helped me throughout my recruiting process. He is professional and gets straight to the point. My process has taken about 6 months and there has been a lot of obstacles in the way like medical waivers. It took me a while to get all my documents in but Tsgt Jenkins was patient through it all. I ship out in October and it’s safe to say Tsgt Jenkins has informed me enough to make me confident going into BMT

My recruiter is Sgt.Bonner, I met him through a class presentation when he had came to my school and right away he was extremely helpful with all my questions I had, he had all the answers. Sgt.Bonner holds him self in such a professional and respectful manner I knew I was in good hands when it came to asking questions and getting everything situated for me to leave. I was in the Delayed Entry Program so he was my recruiter for a long time and even then he was so nice and always made all of us in the program feel very comfortable to even talk about our own personal problems to him when we really needed help or advice. Sgt.Bonner is the best recruiter!

I highly recommend TSgt Connor Richerson as a recruiter. From the first day I stepped into this office, he took on a genuine interest in helping pave the way to me joining the Air Force and helped me get the waivers I needed to ensure I nailed a great job. Joining the AF has been one of the biggest and best decision I’ve made in my life thus far. I joined later than most at 25 and turned 26 in basic training. My recruiter has moved on now but working with SSgt Bonner and seeing him work with prospects and DEP members has been great. I’m here working on Recruiters Assistance so I’ve been able to see how he operates as a professional and trustworthy guide into this big step these DEP members are taking. If you’re thinking of joining or just wanna talk to someone about it, I recommend SSgt Bonner.

At first I wasn’t qualified due to being obese practically when I first called. so I ended up losing about 60 lbs and as soon I put forth the effort my recruiter definitely met me halfway and opened the right doors of opportunity for me! I definitely couldn’t have asked for a better recruiter for my situation and I’m currently in the delayed entry program. Honestly, with this recruiting office the sky is almost the limit as long as you put in the effort! As a mother of two sons, I was hesitant at first with anything that had to do with them going into the military. But when I met with the recruiter and began to learn about what the Air Force had to offer, I became comfortable with the idea and supportive of them joining. I have one son who is currently active and one that is wanting to start the process. The recruiter that I met with was very professional, respectful and patient with all of my questions and my sons. I felt that he was honest and did not lead my son in the wrong direction. I am thankful for these men who are serving our country and helping the younger generation in this process. The Air Force has many opportunities to further their knowledge, education and job training for their future. If you have any doubt, come by and meet with a recruiter to find out for yourself.

TSgt Richerson has been a great help. There are other recruiters who pull tactics and tell white lies to meet quotas. But my recruiter said is something you hear alot during BMT. You wont have that poor experience here.You get a true discussion on what type of path is best for you in the Air/Space Force and how to utilize the military for your needs during and after your service. Unlike some other recruiters I’ve heard about being lazy, and making the process of enlisting much longer than it should be, the recruiters here were on top of everything, and worked fast and efficiently. I am currently in the recruiters assistance program working for SSgt. Gruetzmacher and it has been a great experience. Im not sure about other recruiting stations but I had a great experience here. After hearing bad stories about lazy/lying recruiters, I was a bit hesitant and dubious about what any recruiter had to say prior to signing up. That was until I came here and experienced first hand what quite possibly the Air Forces finest Air Force recruiters had in store for me.The recruiters here really have your best interests in mind and will not try to pull a fast one on you. Theyre quite amiable and are willing to answer any questions you may have regarding anything Air Force related. I pretty much got the job I wanted within a short time.You will not be disappointed coming here.
